The invention is mainly realized by the following technical scheme:
a medical composite bone cutting machine comprises a cutting device, a driving device, a storage device and a chip removal device, and is characterized in that the cutting device comprises a cutter and a cutter base, the cutter is driven by the driving device and reciprocates up and down in a main body groove at a high frequency, and the cutter base are meshed to cut bones; the storage device is positioned in the cutter and the base and is a cavity, and the two parts of cavities are butted when the cutter is meshed with the cutter base; the driving device consists of a motor and a transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism is transmitted to the transmission wheel by the motor through a belt, and then transmitted to the sliding block by the transmission wheel through gear connection, and the transmission block transmits the motion to the cutter through the sliding block; the chip removal device is positioned at the upper end of the mechanism, is connected with the upper end of the cavity in the cutter through a connecting pipe, and is connected with the storage device.
Further, the cutter and the base are hollow cylinders, and one end of the cutter and one end of the base are obliquely cut.
Furthermore, the middle of the cut inclined plane of the cutter protrudes outwards; the base is recessed by the middle of the inclined plane.
Further, the cutter and the base are sharp in edge and can be meshed.
Furthermore, the high-frequency up-and-down reciprocating motion amplitude of the cutter is adjustable.
Further, the storage device is a shaped cavity.
Preferably, the cavity can be cylindrical, polygonal or irregular.
Further, the driving device is powered by the motor and can be transmitted out by a gear mechanism, a belt wheel mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism and a combined mechanism.
Furthermore, the chip removal device can be of an air injection type, a hydraulic type and a powerful type.
Furthermore, the strength can be from top to bottom by applying external force to the bone fragments in the cavity by a rod, or from bottom to top or both ends of the cavity act simultaneously.
The invention can select different orthopedic surgery conditions
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the medical composite bone cutting machine adopts the scheme that the electric control cutter reciprocates at high frequency to cut the bone, so that the stability of the cutting process and the accuracy of the cutting position can be effectively improved. Prevent that the bone fragment from sneaking into musculature, guarantee the integrality of incision position musculature, very big reduction patient's pain plays crucial effect to patient's recovery.
