in step 301, body temperature information and skin information are acquired.
In this embodiment, a wireless connection may be established between the peer device and the thermometer 100, for example, the peer device may be connected by bluetooth or wifi or data, and when the data connection is established between the thermometer 100 and the peer device, the data connection may be through a data network such as 4G, 5G, or 3G, which is not limited in the disclosure. This body temperature information can detect through the temperature sensor who sets up in the clinical thermometer and acquire, and this clinical thermometer can also include skin information inductor, and this skin information inductor can be used for acquireing skin information, and this skin information can be used for confirming skin characteristic information, and the clinical thermometer can send this skin characteristic information to opposite terminal equipment, perhaps sends skin information to opposite terminal equipment, by opposite terminal equipment according to skin information confirmation skin characteristic information.
In step 102, user information is determined according to a preset mapping relationship and the skin characteristic information, wherein the preset mapping relationship comprises a corresponding relationship between the user information and the skin characteristic information.
In this embodiment, since the preset mapping relationship stores the corresponding relationship between the user information and the skin characteristic information, the user information corresponding to the body temperature information can be determined by the obtained skin characteristic information and the preset mapping relationship.
The preset mapping relationship may be established in the following manner: the method comprises the steps of obtaining skin information, wherein the skin information can comprise one or more of image information and power signal sampling information, further obtaining skin characteristic information according to the skin information, and establishing the preset mapping relation according to input user information and the skin characteristic information.
Taking skin information including skin image information and power signal sampling information as an example, in one embodiment, the thermometer may be configured with a polarized lens and a power signal sensor. Different skin image information can be obtained through the polarized lens because the skin texture, roughness and capillary vessel distribution of different users are different; due to differences in skin moisture, grease, PH value, flow rate of sebum capillary blood and the like of different user individuals, each user individual can be considered as a different resistor, different current signals can be obtained when applied voltages are the same, and different power signals can be sampled through the power signal sensor, and specifically the power signals can comprise the current signals. The skin information obtained by the polarized lens, such as the skin texture, roughness, and capillary blood vessel distribution of the user, and the skin information obtained by the power signal sensor, such as the moisture, grease, PH, and flow rate of sebum capillary blood of the skin, can be combined in different ways to determine the skin characteristic information, for example: the way of setting the weight is not limited here.
In step 103, the body temperature information is stored in correspondence with the determined user information.
In this embodiment, the obtained body temperature information may be stored corresponding to the determined user information, so as to facilitate subsequent query of the historical body temperature information of each user.
In each of the above embodiments, when the obtained skin feature information is different from all the skin feature information recorded in the preset mapping relationship, a middle terminal device configured with a display panel may be prompted to show an input interface of the user information, so that the user may input the user information corresponding to the new skin feature information on the input interface, and add the corresponding relationship between the obtained user information and the skin feature information to the preset mapping relationship, thereby facilitating subsequent storage of the body temperature information of the new user.
For example, when the method shown in the embodiment of fig. 3 is applied to a terminal device and the terminal device is configured with a display panel, if the obtained skin feature information is different from all the skin feature information recorded in the preset mapping relationship, an input interface may be shown on the display panel by a processor of the terminal device; for another example, when the method shown in the embodiment of fig. 3 is applied to a cloud device, if the obtained skin feature information is different from all the skin feature information recorded in the preset mapping relationship, the cloud device sends a prompt message to a terminal device configured with a display panel, and prompts the terminal device to show a display interface.
A special interface may also be provided to allow the user to actively enter the user information input interface without prompting.
In any of the above embodiments, the acquired body temperature information may be compared with preset body temperature information, and when the body temperature information is greater than or equal to the preset body temperature information, a prompt message may be sent to inform the user that the current body temperature information is not good, and the user needs to seek medical advice as soon as possible. The preset body temperature information can be a constant body temperature stored in the thermometer; or preset body temperature information corresponding to each user is acquired according to the historical body temperature information corresponding to each user information, that is, different users can correspond to different preset body temperature information and meet different physical conditions of different users, so that intelligent service is realized.
According to the embodiment, the skin characteristic information is acquired and compared with the preset mapping relation, so that the user information corresponding to the body temperature information is determined, the body temperature information can be stored corresponding to the determined user information, the historical body temperature information of each user can be conveniently inquired subsequently, intelligent service is provided, and the user experience is improved.

in step 401, body temperature information and skin characteristic information are acquired.
In this embodiment, the body temperature information and the skin characteristic information can be measured by the thermometer, and further the body temperature information and the skin characteristic information can be sent to the cloud terminal by the thermometer, and the electronic device acquires the body temperature information and the skin characteristic information from the cloud terminal; or in other embodiments, the thermometer may send the acquired skin information to the cloud, and the electronic device obtains the skin feature information based on the skin information after acquiring the skin information.
In step 402, whether matching skin feature information exists in the mapping relation is preset.
In this embodiment, the preset mapping relationship includes a corresponding relationship between the skin feature information and the user information. When the preset mapping relationship has the matched skin feature information, the step 403 is performed, and when the preset mapping relationship does not have the matched skin feature information, the step 405 is performed.
In step 403, user information is determined.
In step 404, the body temperature information is stored corresponding to the user information. The process is ended.
In step 405, the terminal device configured with the display panel is prompted to show an input interface. The process is ended.
In this embodiment, when there is no skin characteristic information matching in the preset mapping relationship, the user currently performing body temperature measurement may be considered as a new user, and therefore user information needs to be acquired to establish a corresponding relationship between the user information and the skin characteristic information, which is convenient for subsequently storing the body temperature information of the new user. Wherein, this terminal equipment who disposes display panel all is connected between needs and high in the clouds and the clinical thermometer to avoid the data outflow, protect user's privacy.
