Further, see fig. 9, 11: a metal scale 326 is arranged in the sliding range of the metal sliding block 328 of the bamboo recombined material supporting base 325; the metal sliding block 328 is provided with a bolt 3282, the metal sliding block 328 moves left and right on the bamboo heavy component supporting base 325 by loosening the bolt 3282, and the metal sliding block 328 is fixed on the bamboo heavy component supporting base 325 by tightening the bolt 3282, so that the hardness of the bed is adjusted.
The bamboo recombined material supporting base 325 of the embodiment is provided with a metal scale 326 which is used as a scale for quantitatively adjusting the hardness of the skeleton frame, the slide block is adjusted towards two sides, the scale is larger, the hardness of the skeleton frame 32 is also larger, and therefore the hardness of each area of the bed surface can be quantitatively adjusted and controlled.
Further, see fig. 6, 8: the bamboo laminated wood tenon plate 323 is further included, two holes 3211 with groove structures are arranged in parallel at the upper end of the metal sleeve head 321, and the holes are used for directly fixing the three layers of bamboo spring pieces 322, or the bamboo laminated wood tenon plate 323 is placed in the groove of the holes 3211 to fix the two layers of bamboo spring pieces 322.
In this embodiment, the tenon 323 of the bamboo laminated wood can be fixed in the hole 3211 through the groove to reduce the capacity of the hole, so as to facilitate fixing the two layers of bamboo splinters 322.
Further, see fig. 19-21: support frame 31 includes outer frame 311 and connects in the vertical braces 312 in outer frame 311 middle part, a plurality of spareribs strips 32 pass through vertical braces 312 divides into double and align to grid in outer frame 311, vertical braces 312 and outer frame 311 all are equipped with the slot 313 that is used for connecting spareribs strip 32 on the corresponding terminal surface of connecting spareribs strip 32, spareribs strip 32 both ends are equipped with slot 313 matched with metal insert 327.
It will be appreciated that the ribs 32 are secured by inserting the metal insert 327 into the slot 313 of the support frame. By analogy, the plurality of rib strips 32 are sequentially inserted into the slots 313 one by one, and the rib frame 3 can be fixed.
Further, see fig. 22: the skeleton 3 is sequentially divided into five regions, namely a head pressure region 33, a shoulder and back pressure region 34, a waist pressure region 35, a hip pressure region 36 and a leg pressure region 37 along the longitudinal direction; every region is according to the difference of the holding power demand of different crowds to each position of full bamboo function bed, carries out the subregion design to the soft or hard degree of full bamboo bed skeleton through soft or hard degree adjusting device, and the bed surface transversely can be divided into two districts about for satisfy double different soft or hard degree demands.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the principle of human engineering is combined, and five regions of head, shoulder back, waist, buttock, shank are vertically divided to meet the requirement that each part of people of different sizes supports, guarantee that the backbone is naturally bent, and realize pressure relief simultaneously.
Further, the bamboo spring piece 322 specifically comprises four different elastic modulus grades, specifically, a grade A is more than or equal to 12500Mpa, a grade B is more than or equal to 11000Mpa, a grade C is more than or equal to 9000Mpa and less than or equal to 11000Mpa, and a grade D is more than or equal to 9000 Mpa.
It should be noted that the elastic modulus can be regarded as an index for measuring the difficulty of the material in elastic deformation, and the larger the value of the elastic modulus is, the larger the stress for the material to generate a certain elastic deformation is, that is, the higher the rigidity of the material is, that is, the smaller the elastic deformation is generated under the action of a certain stress; the smaller the elastic modulus value, the smaller the material stress, the weaker the rigidity, and the more easily the material is deformed. In this embodiment, the bamboo striking flake 322 is subjected to nondestructive testing by a dynamic method, and the bamboo striking flake is divided into four different elastic modulus grades according to the value obtained by the testing, for example, the grade A is not less than 12500Mpa, the grade B is not less than 11000Mpa, the grade C is not less than 9000Mpa and is not more than 11000Mpa, and the grade D is not more than 9000 Mpa. The bamboo elastic sheet with larger elastic modulus value has better elasticity, the softer the surface of the skeleton frame is, the bamboo elastic sheet in the proper elastic modulus range can be selected by a user according to the characteristics of the user, and the bamboo elastic sheet can be selected according to different requirements of different partitions of the bed.
Further, see fig. 24-25: the mattress 4 comprises an upper bedding layer 42, a middle core layer 43, a lower bedding layer 44 and a fabric composite layer 41 for coating the upper bedding layer 42, the core layer 43 and the lower bedding layer 44; wherein, the fabric composite layer 41 is made of outer fabric, hard sponge or sponge material and inner fabric; the core layer 43 specifically includes three layers of foam sponge 431, latex 432 and memory cotton 433.
In particular, see fig. 3-5: the bed screen 1 comprises a screen frame 11 and a soft package 12; the screen frame 11 comprises a bed screen outer frame 111, a bed screen inner support frame 112 and wrapping plates 113, wherein the bed screen inner support frame 112 is fixed in the bed screen outer frame 111, the wrapping plates 113 are respectively sealed at the front end and the rear end of the bed screen inner support frame 112, and the soft packages 12 are adhered to the wrapping plates 113 at the front end and the rear end of the screen inner support frame 112 through glue; the bed screen inner supporting frame 112 is connected with a plurality of bed screen inner supporting frame transverse plates 1121 and bed screen inner supporting frame vertical plates 1122 through glue or air nails.
It should be noted that the top surface of the outer frame 111 of the bed screen is higher than the bed surface by 860mm, which is slightly higher than the height of the upper trunk of the human body, and can fully provide support for the back of the person in a sitting posture.
Specifically, see fig. 23: bed chassis 2 includes bed frame 21, metal angle sign indicating number 22, bed brace, sheetmetal 23, four corners level is provided with four metal angle sign indicating numbers 22 in the bed frame 21, metal angle sign indicating number 22 is triangle-shaped metal angle sign indicating number and or four-angle shape metal angle sign indicating number, sheetmetal 23 is a plurality of level evenly to be fixed in bed frame 21 inboardly, inserts the bed brace in 23 inboards of relative sheetmetal and is used for supporting framed bent frame 3, sheetmetal 23, metal angle sign indicating number 22 are all on same horizontal plane, realize the fixed of bed frame 21 through triangle-shaped metal angle sign indicating number, four-angle shape metal angle sign indicating number to metal angle sign indicating number, sheetmetal, bed brace all can be used for consolidating the support to framed bent frame 3.

Claims (10)

1. An all-bamboo functional bed with adjustable hardness is characterized by comprising a bed screen (1), a bed frame (2), a skeleton frame (3) and a mattress (4);
the bed screen (1) is fixed at one end of the bed frame (2), and the main frame structures of the bed frame (2) and the bed screen (1) are made of bamboo; the bed frame (2) is sequentially provided with a skeleton frame (3) and a mattress (4) from bottom to top in a matching way; the spareribs frame (3) comprises a supporting frame (31) and a plurality of spareribs strips (32) arranged in the supporting frame (31); each rib strip (32) comprises two or three layers of bamboo elastic sheets (322), two metal sleeve heads (321) sleeved at two ends of the two or three layers of bamboo elastic sheets (322) and a hardness adjusting device connected to the bottoms of the two metal sleeve heads (321), wherein the hardness adjusting device is used for adjusting the pressure when the surfaces of the two or three layers of bamboo elastic sheets (322) are stressed.
2. The hardness-adjustable full bamboo functional bed according to claim 1, wherein the hardness-adjusting device comprises a bamboo recombination material supporting base (325), a metal sliding block (328), a metal fixing sleeve block (329), an elastic metal supporting rod (324) and a metal connecting block (3210); the bottoms of the two metal sleeve heads (321) are respectively connected with two metal connecting blocks (3210), and the two metal connecting blocks (3210) are clamped between two sides of one end of the recombined material supporting base (325) and fixed with the recombined material supporting base; the middle part of the bamboo recombined material supporting base (325) is fixedly sleeved with two metal fixing sleeve blocks (329), one end of the outer side of the two metal fixing sleeve blocks (329) opposite to the bamboo recombined material supporting base (325) is respectively sleeved with two metal sliding blocks (328) in a sliding manner, and the elastic metal supporting rods (324) are specifically four metal supporting rods which are respectively tightly attached to two sides of the bamboo recombined material supporting base (325) and sequentially penetrate through a penetrating hole (3292) of the metal fixing sleeve block (329) and a penetrating hole (3283) of the metal sliding block (328) to be fixedly connected with the bottom of the metal connecting block (3210) on the corresponding side.

The hardness-adjustable all-bamboo functional bed according to claim 2, wherein the bamboo recombined material supporting base (325) is provided with a metal graduated scale (326) within a sliding range of a metal sliding block (328); the metal sliding block (328) is provided with a bolt (3282), the metal sliding block (328) moves left and right on the bamboo heavy component supporting base (325) through loosening the bolt (3282), and the metal sliding block (328) is fixed on the bamboo heavy component supporting base (325) through tightening the bolt (3282), so that the hardness adjustment of the bed is completed.

The hardness-adjustable full bamboo functional bed according to claim 1, further comprising a bamboo laminated wood tenon sheet (323), wherein two holes (3211) with groove structures are arranged in parallel at the upper end of the metal sleeve head (321) for directly fixing the three layers of bamboo spring sheets (322), or the bamboo laminated wood tenon sheet (323) is placed in the groove of the hole (3211) for fixing the two layers of bamboo spring sheets (322).

The full bamboo functional bed of adjustable soft or hard degree of claim 1, characterized in that, braced frame (31) includes outer frame (311) and connects in the vertical braces (312) in outer frame (311) middle part, a plurality of spareribs strips (32) pass through vertical braces (312) divide into double row and align to grid in outer frame (311), vertical braces (312) and outer frame (311) all are equipped with slot (313) that are used for connecting spareribs strip (32) on the corresponding terminal surface of connecting spareribs strip (32), spareribs strip (32) both ends are equipped with slot (313) matched with metal inserted sheet (327).

The hardness-adjustable all-bamboo functional bed according to claim 1, wherein the skeleton row (3) is sequentially divided into five regions, namely a head pressure region (33), a shoulder and back pressure region (34), a waist pressure region (35), a hip pressure region (36) and a leg pressure region (37), along the longitudinal direction; every region is according to the difference of the holding power demand of different crowds to each position of full bamboo function bed, carries out the subregion design to the soft or hard degree of full bamboo bed skeleton through soft or hard degree adjusting device, and the bed surface transversely can be divided into two districts about for satisfy double different soft or hard degree demands.

The hardness-adjustable all-bamboo functional bed according to claim 1, wherein the bamboo splints (322) comprise four different elastic modulus grades, specifically, a grade a is equal to or greater than 12500Mpa, a grade 11000Mpa is equal to or greater than B is equal to or less than 12500Mpa, a grade 9000Mpa is equal to or greater than C is equal to or less than 11000Mpa, and a grade D is equal to or less than 9000 Mpa.

The hardness-adjustable all-bamboo functional bed according to claim 1, wherein the mattress (4) comprises an upper bedding layer (42), a middle core layer (43), a lower bedding layer (44) and a fabric composite layer (41) covering the upper bedding layer (42), the core layer (43) and the lower bedding layer (44); wherein the fabric composite layer (41) is made of outer fabric, hard sponge or sponge material and inner fabric; the core layer (43) specifically comprises a three-layer structure of foam sponge (431), latex (432) and memory cotton (433).

The hardness-adjustable all-bamboo functional bed according to claim 1, wherein the bed screen (1) comprises a screen frame (11) and a soft bag (12); the screen frame (11) comprises a bed screen outer frame (111), a bed screen inner support frame (112) and wrapping plates (113), the bed screen inner support frame (112) is fixed in the bed screen outer frame (111), the wrapping plates (113) are respectively sealed at the front end and the rear end of the bed screen inner support frame (112), and the soft packages (12) are adhered to the wrapping plates (113) at the front end and the rear end of the screen inner support frame (112) through glue; a plurality of bed screen inner supporting frame transverse plates (1121) and bed screen inner supporting frame vertical plates (1122) are connected in the bed screen inner supporting frame (112) through glue or air nails.

The whole bamboo functional bed with adjustable hardness according to any one of claims 1 to 9, it is characterized in that the bed underframe (2) comprises a bed frame (21), a metal corner brace (22), a bed support and a metal sheet (23), four metal corner connectors (22) are horizontally arranged at four corners in the bed frame (21), the metal corner connectors (22) are triangular metal corner connectors or quadrangular metal corner connectors, the metal sheets (23) are horizontally and evenly fixed on the inner side of the bed frame (21), a bed support is inserted into the inner side of the opposite metal sheet (23) for supporting the skeleton frame (3), the metal sheet (23) and the metal corner connectors (22) are on the same horizontal plane, the bed frame (21) is fixed through the triangular metal corner connectors and the quadrilateral metal corner connectors, and the metal corner connectors, the metal sheets and the bed supports can be used for reinforcing the support of the skeleton (3).
