Abstract
The invention discloses a method for treating cubilose. And (3) placing the cubilose in a treatment device, vacuumizing, introducing gas into the treatment device after reaching a set vacuum degree, then performing radio frequency treatment on the cubilose in the treatment device, reacting for a period of time, and taking out the cubilose. The bird's nest is treated by vacuum plasma, the original solid skeleton structure of the bird's nest is not lost, the original shape of the material is kept, the bird's strips of the original bird's nest are spongy, and the drying shrinkage condition is avoided, so that the rehydration property is excellent, and the material rehydration generated by other drying and sterilizing modes is closer to the original shape of a fresh material.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device and a method for treating cubilose, and belongs to the technical field of cubilose processing.
Background
The bird's nest is also called as edible bird's nest, root and vegetable, and is made up by using saliva and velvet through the processes of mixing and coagulating, and its form is similar to that of Yuyanke, and its external wall is made up by using filiform material with dense transverse strips, and piling up them into irregular prismatic projection, and its internal wall is made into irregular net form, and its bowl root is solid, and its two ends have small drop angles, and its general diameter is 6-7 cm, and depth is 3-4 cm. Mainly produced in the islands of south China sea and countries of south east Asia. The bird's nest can be divided into three types due to different collection time: 1. white swallow: ancient times listed as tribute, so it is also called Gongyan; 2. hairy swallow; 3. bloody swallow. The bird's nest is nutritious and contains 50% protein, 30% carbohydrate and some minerals. Is one of the traditional and rare foods in China. Modern medical research of the cubilose finds that the cubilose comprises the following main components: water-soluble proteins, carbohydrates; trace elements: calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium and amino acids which play an important role in promoting human vitality. The cubilose contains bioactive molecules with unique protein component content, and is beneficial to the growth, development and recovery of human tissues after diseases; the epidermal growth factor and the water-soluble substances in the edible bird's nest can directly stimulate cell division, regeneration and tissue reconstruction, so that the edible bird's nest has great effects on nourishing and recovering the human body; in addition, the edible bird's nest contains rich nutrients such as minerals, active proteins and collagen, and the epidermal growth factor and the water extract in the edible bird's nest can strongly stimulate cell regeneration, division and tissue reconstruction.
However, because more bacteria on the original cubilose can not be eaten directly, the cubilose is sterilized at low temperature by adopting the low-temperature sterilization of a bus at present, the method is mainly to place the cubilose to be sterilized in hot water with the temperature of 60 ~ 70 ℃ above zero for soaking sterilization, but because the cubilose is stacked together and kept still in the soaking process, the cubilose is often not soaked completely, the sterilization effect is not ideal, and the cubilose is required to be dried in time by special drying equipment after the low-temperature soaking sterilization, the processing cost is not high, the time spent is longer, and the whole processing efficiency is not improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the cubilose treatment device and the cubilose treatment method, which have good sterilization effect, can sterilize at low temperature, has small damage to the cubilose and can effectively whiten the cubilose.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a method for treating edible bird's nest includes such steps as loading edible bird's nest in treating apparatus, vacuumizing, introducing gas to the treating apparatus, radio-frequency treating, reacting for a certain time, and taking out.
The method for treating the cubilose comprises the steps of vacuumizing, and heating the treatment device at the temperature of 30-45 ℃.
According to the method for treating the bird's nest, the frequency of the radio frequency is 13.56MHz or 27.12 MHz.
According to the method for treating the cubilose, the gas is oxygen, nitrogen or argon.
The utility model provides a processing apparatus of cubilose, processing apparatus includes processing chamber and the cavity door that uses with processing chamber cooperation, processing chamber has evacuating device through the pipe connection, processing chamber still is connected with radio frequency generator and adapter, processing chamber still is connected with gas line.
The bird's nest processing device comprises a first pipeline and a second pipeline, wherein a first valve is arranged on the first pipeline, and a second valve is arranged on the second pipeline.
According to the bird's nest processing device, the processing chamber is internally provided with the carrying disc and the guide rail, and the carrying disc is installed on the guide rail and can move on the guide rail.
According to the bird's nest treatment device, a flowmeter is arranged at the gas pipeline.
According to the cubilose processing device, a sensor is arranged at the cavity door.
The cubilose treatment device is characterized in that the vacuumizing device is a vacuum air pump. .
In the plasma form formed by high-frequency (radio frequency 2MHz, 4MHz, 13.56MHz and 27.12MHz) dissociation, the plasma contains electrons, ions, active particles and ultraviolet rays to carry out vacuum sterilization and destroy the basic substances of microorganisms, thereby destroying the viability of the microorganisms and bacteria. The low temperature plasma is caused by only a portion of the light-weight electrons jumping rapidly and the atoms and molecules in the gas colliding with each other. High temperatures are generally a requirement for chemical reactions, but low temperatures can also be used here; on the other hand, the plasma can emit various colors of light (ultraviolet light, visible light, etc.), and this characteristic can be used for sterilization.
OH, O, N, NO dissociated in plasma environment by using nitrogen and oxygen mixed gas2NH, etc., rapidly recombining molecular structure and adding excess N2、O2、H2O、CO2Is discharged in the form of waste gas, and the discharged material is non-toxic and does not need to be treated again.
The plasma uses electrical energy to promote surface cleaning and sterilization, a chemical reaction environment at a lower temperature than heating, and eliminates the danger of wet chemistry.
The whole process provides the production by controllable parameters, improves the working efficiency, and can carry out quality control by setting all the parameters and recording data by a computer.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
the treatment method provided by the invention has the advantages that the bird's nest is sterilized by the plasma generated by the radio frequency generator and the matcher, the sterilization effect is good, the bird's nest can be sterilized at a low temperature, the damage to the bird's nest is small, and the bird's nest can be effectively whitened. The treatment method firstly performs vacuum pumping and then performs plasma treatment, and the treatment effect is good.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
Referring to fig. 1, in the method for treating bird's nest according to the present invention, the bird's nest is placed in a treatment apparatus, and a vacuum-pumping process is started.
Can reach different vacuum degrees in multiple stages according to program control, and effectively control the excess moisture of the cubilose. Generally, the section of high-speed propagation of bacteria is arranged between 30 ℃ and 60 ℃, the cubilose is treated in a vacuum mode, and the high-efficiency pumping vacuum can quickly pass through the temperature range, so that the propagation of the bacteria can be greatly reduced, the bacterial quantity is easily controlled, and the safety of food is improved, and the shelf life is prolonged.
The freeze dried cubilose presents a porous structure due to the biochemical action of the tiny ice crystals and keeps the original frozen volume, and the cubilose is easy to dissolve and recover after being added with water.
And (3) placing the cubilose in a high-frequency electric field, adding gas at the moment, starting a radio frequency power supply after the working pressure is stable, exciting the gas to generate dissociated plasma, and starting dissociation sterilization by the plasma.
After the plasma processing is finished, the cavity starts to be flushed and blown, and the generated residual taste and reactants are discharged by the repeated action of air extraction and exhaust.
