Abstract
The invention discloses an exhaust system of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode, wherein a filling system is positioned in a deep well; the filling system comprises: an exhaust pipe, coke particles and geotextiles; the exhaust pipe is fixed on the outer side of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode extending to the underground; the length of the exhaust pipe is greater than the total depth of the deep well; exhaust holes are distributed on the pipe wall of the exhaust pipe; the coke particles are filled between the well wall of the deep well and the deep well type direct current grounding electrode; the geotextile is coated on the outer side of the exhaust hole. The construction method of the exhaust system of the deep well type direct current grounding electrode can effectively fill the deep well flow dispersing section, effectively exhaust gas and prolong the service life of the exhaust system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of direct current transmission, in particular to an exhaust system of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode.
Background
The particle size and the proportion of coke particles are key technologies in the engineering filling process of the deep well type direct current grounding electrode. The coke is used as a main filling material for a gap between the underground feed rod and the wall of the deep well and is an important component of the grounding electrode. In actual work, the feed conductor has an ion conduction condition in a flow scattering process, in the ion conduction process, an action system of coke and water is accompanied with the generation of gas, and if the gas cannot be smoothly discharged out of a downhole feed system, the gas is attached to the feed system in the form of bubbles; with the increasing of the gas quantity, the grounding resistance is increased correspondingly, and finally the grounding electrode is failed.
Therefore, an exhaust system of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode is needed, and the service life of the exhaust system is prolonged.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an exhaust system of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode, which can effectively fill a deep well flow dispersing section and prolong the service life of the exhaust system while effectively exhausting.
The embodiment I of the invention provides an exhaust system of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode, wherein a filling system is positioned in a deep well; the filling system comprises: an exhaust pipe, coke particles and geotextiles;
the exhaust pipe is fixed on the outer side of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode extending to the underground; the length of the exhaust pipe is greater than the total depth of the deep well; exhaust holes are distributed on the pipe wall of the exhaust pipe;
the coke particles are filled between the well wall of the deep well and the deep well type direct current grounding electrode;
the geotextile is coated on the outer side of the exhaust hole.
As an improvement of the scheme, the total depth of the well body of the deep well is not less than 1000m, and the well diameter is not less than 340 mm.
As an improvement of the scheme, the exhaust port of the exhaust pipe extends out of the wellhead of the deep well, and the extending distance is not less than 0.5 m;
as an improvement of the scheme, the particle size of the coke particles is 0.125mm-0.180 mm.
As an improvement of the scheme, the specification of the geotextile is 200g/m2。
Compared with the prior art, the exhaust system of the deep well type direct current grounding electrode provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the coke particles are filled between the well wall of the deep well and the deep well type direct current grounding electrode, so that the contact area of the feed rod and the stratum can be increased, the current dispersion efficiency is accelerated, and the corrosion rate of the feed rod is reduced; the particle size range of coke particles is 80-120 meshes (the particle size is 0.125mm-0.180mm), the contact area of the feed rod and the stratum can be effectively ensured, and the diffusion efficiency is ensured; when the geotextile with the thickness of 200g/m2 is adopted, the coke particles with the thickness of 0.1-0.2mm can penetrate through the geotextile and enter the exhaust pipe, the amount of the coke particles is less than 10g/h, the geotextile has good filtering effect, and the exhaust system can be ensured to effectively exhaust; therefore, the exhaust blockage caused by bottom coke particles is prevented while the exhaust is effectively carried out, and the service life of the exhaust system is further prolonged.

Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an exhaust system of a deep-well type dc ground electrode according to an embodiment of the present invention, a filling system is located in a deep well; the filling system comprises: an exhaust pipe 1, coke particles 2 and geotextiles 3;
the exhaust pipe 1 is fixed on the outer side of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode 4 extending underground; the length of the exhaust pipe 1 is larger than the total depth of the deep well; exhaust holes are distributed on the pipe wall of the exhaust pipe 1;
the coke particles 2 are filled between the well wall of the deep well and the deep well type direct current grounding electrode 4;
the geotextile 3 is coated on the outer side of the vent hole.
Furthermore, the total depth of the well body of the deep well is not less than 1000m, and the well diameter is not less than 340 mm.
Further, an exhaust port of the exhaust pipe 1 extends out of a well mouth of the deep well, and the extending distance is not less than 0.5 m;
further, the particle size of the coke particles 2 ranges from 0.125mm to 0.180 mm. That is, the particle diameter of the coke particles 2 is 0.180mm or less and 0.125mm or more.
Further, the specification of the geotextile 3 is 200g/m2。
Compared with the prior art, the exhaust system of the deep well type direct current grounding electrode provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the coke particles are filled between the well wall of the deep well and the deep well type direct current grounding electrode, so that the contact area of the feed rod and the stratum can be increased, the current dispersion efficiency is accelerated, and the corrosion rate of the feed rod is reduced; the particle size range of coke particles is 80-120 meshes (the particle size is 0.125mm-0.180mm), the contact area of the feed rod and the stratum can be effectively ensured, and the diffusion efficiency is ensured; when the geotextile with the thickness of 200g/m2 is adopted, the coke particles with the thickness of 0.1-0.2mm can penetrate through the geotextile and enter the exhaust pipe, the amount of the coke particles is less than 10g/h, the geotextile has good filtering effect, and the exhaust system can be ensured to effectively exhaust; therefore, the exhaust blockage caused by bottom coke particles is prevented while the exhaust is effectively carried out, and the service life of the exhaust system is further prolonged.

the exhaust pipe is fixed on the outer side of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode extending to the underground; the length of the exhaust pipe is greater than the total depth of the deep well; exhaust holes are distributed on the pipe wall of the exhaust pipe;
the coke particles are filled between the well wall of the deep well and the deep well type direct current grounding electrode;
the geotextile is coated on the outer side of the exhaust hole.
2. The exhaust system of a deep well type direct current grounding electrode according to claim 1, wherein the total depth of the well body of said deep well is not less than 1000m, and the well diameter is not less than 340 mm.
3. The deep well type direct current grounding electrode exhaust system according to claim 2, wherein the exhaust port of the exhaust pipe extends out of the mouth of the deep well by a distance of not less than 0.5 m.
4. The deep well type direct current grounding electrode exhaust system according to claim 3, wherein the coke particles have a particle size of 0.125mm to 0.180 mm.
5. The deep well type direct current grounding electrode exhaust system according to claim 4, wherein the geotextile has a specification of 200g/m2。
