The invention has the advantages of good insulation, stable performance, simple structure, convenient installation and long service life.

Technical Field

Background
Common mode inductor (Common mode Choke), also called Common mode Choke, is commonly used in switching power supplies to filter Common mode electromagnetic interference signals. The existing common mode inductor has the following problems:
(1) the insulativity between the magnetic core and the coil is poor, the magnetic core needs to be coated with insulating paint, the production process is complex, the process of coating the insulating paint is easy to cause environmental protection problems, and meanwhile, the insulating paint is easy to wear and fall off in the use process, so that the service life of the inductor is influenced;
(2) the conventional common mode inductor usually needs to be provided with a base independently, and has a complex structure and inconvenient production and installation;
(3) the magnetic core is the most important component in the common mode inductance, and the magnetic core main part of current common mode inductance exposes outside usually, receives the collision easily in inductance installation and the use to cause inductance magnetic core to damage.

According to the common mode inductor, the shell is additionally arranged outside the magnetic core, the magnetic core is completely wrapped in the insulating shell, and then the coil is wound on the shell, so that on one hand, the insulation between the magnetic core and the coil can be ensured, the inductance performance is more stable, and the problems of complex process and environmental protection caused by the fact that insulating paint is required to be coated on the traditional common mode inductor are solved; on the other hand, the shell can protect the magnetic core and avoid the magnetic core from being damaged by collision; meanwhile, the shell plays a role of a base, the problem that the traditional inductor needs to be reconfigured to install the base is avoided, the structure is simpler and more convenient, and the production and installation efficiency is greatly improved.
Furthermore, the middle part of the shell is provided with two wire winding holes which are square holes, and baffle plates extending from outside to inside are arranged around the wire winding holes.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. For convenience of description, the terms "left" and "right" are used in the left and right directions of the drawings, but do not limit the structure of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a common mode inductor includes a magnetic core 1, a coil 2, a housing wrapped outside the magnetic core 1, four pin fixing portions 4 located at ends of the housing, and pins 5 disposed on the pin fixing portions 4; the magnetic core 1 comprises two winding posts 11 positioned at the left end and the right end and two connecting posts 12 positioned at the front end and the rear end, and the winding posts 11 and the connecting posts 12 are connected into a square magnetic core 1 with a through hole in the middle; the shell is made of insulating materials, a winding hole 31 is formed in the middle of the shell, the shell comprises two shells 3 which are an upper shell 32 and a lower shell 33 respectively, and the upper shell 32 and the lower shell 33 are detachably connected together through a buckling structure 7; the upper shell 32 and the lower shell 33 enclose a magnetic core slot 35 for placing the magnetic core 1, and the coil 2 is symmetrically wound on the corresponding shell of the winding post 11.

The fixing strip 36 and the clamping strip 37 can prevent the upper shell 32 and the lower shell 33 from shifting left and right, and facilitate the closing of the upper shell 33 and the lower shell 33.
Four support bases 38 are symmetrically arranged at the front end and the rear end of the outer part of the upper shell 32 and the lower shell 33.
The outer side of the pin fixing part 4 is provided with a wire column 41. The copper wire in the coil 2 is wound from the lower portion of the wire guide 41 up to the lead 5 and then fixedly soldered to the upper end of the lead 5, thereby preventing the coil 2 from being released.
