The parking resource sharing and management, billing system of claim 1 wherein: the display screen is integrated with a wireless receiving module and a large-scale data storage hard disk, and the wireless receiving module and the large-scale data storage hard disk are respectively used for receiving parking spot monitoring information and storing data; the display screen receives the control of the server and is used for displaying the monitoring video or the sound data of the parking spot.
