The main inventive thought of the invention is as follows: after the user finishes the normal renting program, the cabinet body sends an instruction to the interpreter so as to unlock the core function module of the interpreter, and thus the interpreter can be normally used after the user takes out the interpreter. If the user does not complete the renting program, the cabinet body cannot send an instruction to the interpreter, and even if the user illegally takes out the interpreter, the core function module of the interpreter cannot be normally used.
