Fig. 3 is an embodiment of an automatic generation method of a change management service product according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method for automatically generating a reform management service product includes the following steps:
and S10, grouping the historical project information in the project resource library to obtain a plurality of characteristic project groups.
Specifically, the project resource library comprises a plurality of historical project information, and each historical project information comprises historical enterprise characteristic information and corresponding historical product characteristic information.
The historical enterprise characteristic information comprises the affiliated industry, the enterprise scale, the position in an industry chain and the like, and the similarity between different enterprises can be calculated according to the historical enterprise characteristic information. The historical enterprise characteristic information corresponds to the historical product characteristic information, and the product characteristic information is a change management service product which is created by a change enterprise on the basis of an ordered service product after the change enterprise orders the service product on a change management platform. Such as human resource evolution, financial evolution, etc. Similarity between different products can be calculated according to project characteristics.
Furthermore, historical project information in the project resource library can be grouped according to the historical enterprise feature information and the corresponding historical product feature information to obtain a plurality of feature project groups. Each feature item group includes a plurality of historical item information, and it can be understood that the historical enterprise feature information and the historical product feature information corresponding to the historical item information in each feature item group are the same or similar.
S20, matching the acquired change demand information with the historical item information in the plurality of characteristic item groups, and determining the characteristic item group corresponding to the change demand information.
The change demand information comprises change enterprise characteristic information and change management service product characteristic information;
specifically, the reform demand information may be generated from survey results obtained through interaction pages related to the reform management, such as an enterprise questionnaire page, a registration page, and a reform management service product selection page. For example, a plurality of survey options may be set on an enterprise questionnaire page, an enterprise user selects or fills in each survey option in the enterprise questionnaire page, and a selection result or a filling result input by the user in each survey option in the enterprise questionnaire page is used as a survey result, where the selection result is in the form of a choice question, for example, a survey question is "from which aspect your enterprise wants to improve research and development efficiency", option a: performance assessment of research and development personnel; and option B: researching and developing organization structure optimization; and option C: optimizing a research and development flow; option D: the capability of software developers is improved. The selection result may be a single check or a multiple check. The filling result is in a text input form, and the enterprise user fills text information on the column to be filled, such as: service requirement description, industry chain location, sales, year of year, benchmarking business name, and the like.
In some embodiments, the voice information of the enterprise user may also be collected in a voice form as the survey result, for example, the client collects the voice information corresponding to each survey option input by the user in the enterprise questionnaire page and sends the voice information to the server, and the server converts the voice information into text information and semantically analyzes the text information to obtain the survey result. If the voice information is in a non-standard language, the server translates the voice information into a standard language according to the voice type of the voice information, for example, when the voice information is English, the server translates the English into Chinese.
Further, the server extracts and analyzes the characteristic information of the reform enterprise and the characteristic information of the reform management service product according to the obtained survey result. For example, the affiliated industry, the enterprise scale, the position in the industry chain, the sales volume, the established year, the benchmarking enterprise name and the like corresponding to the enterprise user can be analyzed through the investigation result, so as to determine the corresponding revolutionary enterprise characteristic information. And analyzing the corresponding characteristic information of the change management service product through the service requirement description in the investigation result.

And performing semantic analysis on the execution result evaluation information, and if the execution result evaluation information comprises positive words, such as "excellent", "good", "efficient", and "in time", and the like, determining that the execution result evaluation information is forward evaluation information. If the execution result evaluation information includes negative words, such as "not good", and "not effective", etc., the execution result evaluation information may be determined to be negative evaluation information. If the execution result evaluation information includes neutral words, such as "may still", "generally", and "still good", etc., it may be determined that the execution result evaluation information is neutral evaluation information.
The product unit is a specific content to be executed, and may be, for example, a current situation investigation, a problem analysis, a remote review, a field review, and the like.
Specifically, a mapping relationship exists between each type of execution result evaluation information and a plurality of product units, so that a plurality of preferred product units can be screened out from the plurality of product units in each group of feature item groups according to the execution result evaluation information and the product units.
In order to better screen out a plurality of the preferred product units from the product units in each of the feature item groups according to the execution result evaluation information and the product units, please refer to fig. 7, S31 includes the following steps:
s311, respectively establishing a mapping relation between the positive evaluation information, the neutral average information and the negative evaluation information and the plurality of product units.
Specifically, each type of the execution result evaluation information corresponds to a plurality of the product units, so that a mapping relationship can be established between each type of the execution result evaluation information and the plurality of the product units.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the product unit corresponding to the forward evaluation information has a status quo investigation, a set of established projects and a field review; the product unit corresponding to the neutral average information has problem analysis, benchmarking best case sharing and remote review; and the product unit corresponding to the negative evaluation information comprises an established project group, remote evaluation and operation guidance. And then, according to the product units respectively corresponding to the positive evaluation information, the neutral average information and the negative evaluation information, a mapping chart as shown in fig. 8 is established.
S312, obtaining the weight corresponding to each product unit according to the mapping relation, and screening a plurality of preferable product units from each characteristic item group according to the weight.
Specifically, according to the mapping relationship, the product unit corresponding to the positive evaluation information is set as a first preset weight, the product unit corresponding to the neutral evaluation information is set as a second preset weight, and the product unit corresponding to the negative evaluation information is set as a third preset weight.
And if a plurality of preset weights are correspondingly set for the same product unit, averaging the preset weights to obtain the corresponding weight of the product unit. For example, as shown in fig. 8, when the product unit (the established item group) corresponds to a first preset weight of positive evaluation information and a third preset weight of negative evaluation information, respectively, the first preset weight and the third preset weight are averaged, and the average value is used as the weight corresponding to the product unit (the established item group). For another example, if the product unit (remote review) corresponds to a second preset weight of the neutral evaluation information and a third preset weight of the negative evaluation information, the second preset weight and the third preset weight are averaged, and the average value is used as the weight corresponding to the product unit (remote review).
And if only one preset weight is correspondingly set for one product unit, taking the corresponding preset weight as the weight corresponding to the product unit. As shown in fig. 8, if the product unit (operation guidance) corresponds to only the third preset weight of the negative evaluation information, the third preset weight is used as the weight corresponding to the product unit (operation guidance).
Therefore, according to the mapping relationship, as shown in table 1, the weight corresponding to each product unit is obtained.
Product particles Weight of
Status quo investigation 0.7
Problem analysis 0.8
Establishing item group 0.6
Benchmarking best case sharing 0.7
Remote review 0.1
On-site review 0.3
Operation guide 1.0
TABLE 1
Specifically, after the weight corresponding to each product unit is obtained, if the weight corresponding to the product unit reaches a preset preferred weight, the product unit corresponding to the weight is determined to be the preferred product unit.
For example, the preset priority weight is 0.6, as shown in table 1, the weight 0.7 corresponding to the product unit (benchmarking best case sharing) is greater than the preset priority weight 0.6, the weight 1.0 corresponding to the product unit (operation tutoring) is greater than the preset priority weight 0.6, the weight 0.7 corresponding to the product unit (status quoting) is greater than the preset priority weight 0.6, and the weight 0.8 corresponding to the product unit (problem analysis) is greater than the preset priority weight 0.6. And determining that the product units (the benchmarking optimal case sharing, the operation tutoring, the current situation investigation and the problem analysis) are all the preferred product units if the benchmarking optimal case sharing, the operation tutoring, the current situation investigation and the problem analysis all reach the preset preferred weight.
