Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all implementations consistent with one or more embodiments of the present specification. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of one or more embodiments of the present description as detailed in the accompanying claims.
It should be noted that: in other embodiments, the steps of the corresponding method are not necessarily performed in the order shown and described in this specification. In some other embodiments, the method may include more or fewer steps than described in this specification. Furthermore, individual steps described in this specification, in other embodiments, may be described as being split into multiple steps; while various steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
In an embodiment, the search scheme of the present disclosure may be applied to an electronic device, for example, the electronic device may include any type of mobile phone, tablet device, notebook computer, palm computer (PDAs, personal Digital Assistants), wearable device (such as smart glasses, smart watch, etc.), and the present disclosure is not limited thereto. In the operation process, the electronic equipment can acquire search keywords input by a user through man-machine interaction with the user, and execute corresponding search operation based on the search keywords, so that the acquired information such as a search result set, inclusion reasons and the like is displayed to the user.
In another embodiment, FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the architecture of a search system provided in an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a server 11, a network 12, a number of electronic devices, such as a cell phone 13, a cell phone 14, a cell phone 15, and the like.
The server 11 may be a physical server comprising a separate host, or the server 11 may be a virtual server carried by a cluster of hosts. During the running process, the server 11 may run a server-side program of an application to be implemented as a server side of the application.
The handsets 13-15 are but one type of electronic device that may be used by a user. Indeed, it is obvious that the user may also use electronic devices of the type such as: tablet devices, notebook computers, palm top computers, wearable devices (e.g., smart glasses, smart watches, etc.), etc., to which one or more embodiments of the present description are not limited. During the running process, the electronic device may run a program on the client side of a certain application to be implemented as a client of the application. It should be noted that: an application program of a client of the application may be pre-installed on an electronic device, so that the client may be started and run on the electronic device; of course, when an online "client" such as HTML5 technology is employed, the client can be obtained and run without installing a corresponding application on the electronic device.
And the network 12 for interaction between the handsets 13-15 and the server 11 may comprise various types of wired or wireless networks. In one embodiment, the network 12 may include a public switched telephone network (Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN) and the internet.
In the operation process, the mobile phone 13-15 can be used for realizing man-machine interaction with the user so as to acquire the search keywords input by the user based on the mobile phone 13-15. The mobile phones 13-15 can realize data interaction with the server 11 through the network 12, so that the mobile phones 13-15 can inform the server 11 of search keywords and trigger the server 11 to implement corresponding search operation, and the mobile phones 13-15 can acquire information such as a search result set and inclusion reasons returned by the server 11 and provide the information to the user.
Fig. 2A is a flow chart of a search method provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2A, the method is applied to an electronic device (such as the mobile phones 13-15 shown in fig. 1, etc.), and may include the following steps:
step 202A, triggering a search operation according to the determined search keyword.
In an embodiment, the electronic device may interact with the user in any manner to determine the search keyword that the user wishes to input, which is not limited in this specification. For example, the electronic device may provide an input box to the user such that the user may fill in search keywords into the input box; for another example, the electronic device may collect a voice input by the user and parse a search keyword included in the voice; for another example, the electronic device may provide the user with alternative search keywords, and take the selected alternative search keywords as search keywords input by the user, where the alternative search keywords may include search keywords that are historically input by the user, the hottest search keywords obtained by counting all search keywords input by the user in the last time period (such as the most input times, the most input frequency, etc.), and so on.
Step 204A, displaying a search result set obtained by the search operation, where the search result set includes at least one piece of search result information matched with the keyword.
Step 206A, showing the inclusion reason for the search result information to be included in the search result set.
In an embodiment, by displaying the inclusion reason corresponding to the search result information, the user can learn the relevance between the corresponding search result information and the search keyword based on the inclusion reason, so that the display of the search result information is based.
In an embodiment, the inclusion reason may include multiple types, depending on the actual association between the search result information and the search keyword, e.g., the inclusion reason may include "recent click", "homonym", "context", etc., which is not limited in this specification.
In an embodiment, the reasons for inclusion may be presented in any manner. For example, the inclusion cause may be characterized as a label form and presented within a presentation area of the corresponding search result information.
In one embodiment, the inclusion cause may be set to a triggerable form so that the user may select the inclusion cause for the presentation. In practice, the arrangement order of the search result information often cannot meet the actual requirement of the user, but if the user determines that the target data that the user wants to view is the same as the inclusion reason of a certain search result information, the user may select the inclusion reason. When any inclusion reason is selected by the user, the search result information belonging to any inclusion reason in the search result set can be screened and displayed, so that the number of the search result information required to be displayed by the electronic equipment is greatly reduced, the user can conveniently and quickly find the target data from the search result information displayed after screening, and the search efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, for the inclusion reason corresponding to the search result information, explanation information related to the search result information may be further displayed, where the explanation information is used for explaining the inclusion reason. In practice, the inclusion cause can only roughly represent the corresponding cause type, but the cause type is quite superior and generalized and cannot represent the personalized information of different search result information, so that the personalized information of the part can be contained in the interpretation information, and the user can further know the corresponding search result information based on the interpretation information. For example, when the inclusion factor is "last click", the interpretation information may include the corresponding click time; for another example, when the inclusion factor is "context", the interpretation information may include context information that is specifically referred to.
In an embodiment, the search result information selected by the user and the inclusion reason corresponding to the search result information in the search result set may be determined, and the influence weight of the inclusion reason corresponding to the search result information selected by the user may be increased, so as to increase the probability that the information conforming to the inclusion reason is used as the search result information in the subsequent search operation triggered by the user. In other words, when the user selects a certain search result information, the approval of the user to the corresponding inclusion reason can be indicated to a certain extent, that is, the inclusion reason is more in line with the user requirement than other inclusion reasons at this time, so that the influence weight of the user can be increased. Wherein, the influence weight can influence all subsequent searching operations; alternatively, the influence weight may only influence the search operation based on the above-described search keyword that occurs subsequently.
In an embodiment, when the search result set includes a plurality of pieces of search result information with the same inclusion reason, a ranking reason of the plurality of pieces of search result information with the same inclusion reason may be displayed, so as to indicate why the plurality of pieces of search result information are displayed in the current ranking order.
In an embodiment, the search result information selected by the user and the ordering reason corresponding to the search result information in the search result set may be determined, and the influence weight of the ordering reason corresponding to the search result information selected by the user may be increased, so that in the subsequent search operation triggered by the user, the probability that the information conforming to the ordering reason is arranged in advance is increased, thereby helping the user to preferentially view the corresponding search result information. In other words, when the user selects a certain search result information, the approval of the user to the corresponding sorting reason can be indicated to a certain extent, that is, the sorting reason is more in line with the user requirement compared with other sorting reasons at this time, so that the influence weight of the sorting reason can be increased. Wherein, the influence weight can influence all subsequent searching operations; alternatively, the influence weight may only influence the search operation based on the above-described search keyword that occurs subsequently.
In an embodiment, the electronic device may run a client of the instant messaging application, i.e. the electronic device is configured as a client device of the instant messaging application. By improving the function of the instant messaging application, the client device of the instant messaging application can realize the search scheme shown in fig. 2A.
Fig. 2B is a flow chart of a search method provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2B, the method applied to an electronic device (such as the mobile phones 13-15 shown in fig. 1, etc.) or a server (such as the server 11 shown in fig. 1, etc.), may include the following steps:
step 202B, obtaining a search keyword.
In an embodiment, when applied to a client on an electronic device, the electronic device may present a search interface, such that a user may input search keywords through the search interface; alternatively, the user may input the search keyword through other means such as voice input, thereby implementing step 202B.
Step 204B, determining search result information matched with the search keyword to include the search result set corresponding to the search keyword.
In one embodiment, search operations may be performed on search keywords via a pre-configured search engine or search model to obtain corresponding search result information, which may be included in a set of search results for presentation to a user providing the search keywords, triggering the search operations.
Step 206B, generating inclusion reasons for the search result information to be included in the search result set, wherein the inclusion reasons include a first inclusion reason generated based on association relations between the search result information and the search keywords.
In an embodiment, in the process of implementing the search operation, an association relationship between the search result information and the search keyword may be determined, for example, the association relationship may be reflected in dimensions such as text similarity, semantic similarity, and the like, so as to determine the first inclusion reason, for example, "homonym", "text matching degree is highest", "semantic matching degree is highest", and the like.
In one embodiment, after the search operation is completed, the search result information may be analyzed from other dimensions different from the above dimensions based on a pre-created intelligent analysis model, artificial intelligence technique, etc., to determine a second inclusion reason, such as "recent click", "relationship between people", etc., that is unrelated to the association relationship.
In an embodiment, the inclusion cause is selected from a set of alternative inclusion causes; for example, historical search data may be statistically analyzed by big data analysis, artificial intelligence techniques, etc., to extract alternative inclusion causes for use in forming inclusion causes in the specification.
In an embodiment, the alternative inclusion reasons in the alternative inclusion reason set may be adjusted according to the received user configuration instruction, for example, an alternative inclusion reason is newly added, an original alternative inclusion reason is modified or deleted, and the like.
In an embodiment, according to the statistical analysis result of the historical search data, the alternative inclusion reasons in the alternative inclusion reason set may be adjusted, such as adding an alternative inclusion reason, modifying or deleting an original alternative inclusion reason, and the like.
In one embodiment, the user may select the inclusion reason for the presentation.
In an embodiment, for the inclusion reason corresponding to the search result information, interpretation information related to the search result information may be further determined, where the interpretation information is used to interpret the inclusion reason.
In an embodiment, when the search result set includes a plurality of pieces of search result information with the same inclusion reason, a ranking reason of the plurality of pieces of search result information with the same inclusion reason may be determined to indicate why the plurality of pieces of search result information are displayed in the current ranking order.
In an embodiment, the server may run a server of the instant messaging application, i.e. the server is configured as a server device of the instant messaging application. By improving the function of the instant messaging application, the server device of the instant messaging application can realize the search scheme shown in fig. 2B.
For ease of understanding, the technical solutions of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be described by taking information searching in communication applications as an example. The method comprises the steps that a client of a communication application is operated on a mobile phone used by a user, the client can acquire search keywords input by the user, and the client triggers search operation based on the search keywords; the client can directly implement the search operation based on the search keyword, or the client provides the search keyword to a server running on a server and the server implements the search operation based on the search keyword.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a search interface provided by an exemplary embodiment. The client of the communication application may present the user with a search interface 300 as shown in fig. 3, the search interface 300 may include an input box 302 for the user to enter a search keyword in the input box 302, such as the search keyword in fig. 3 may be a "mouse". Of course, in addition to the input box 302, the user may input a search keyword through other means, such as voice input, etc., which is not limited in this specification.
The client of the communication application may trigger a search operation based on the search keyword "mouse" to obtain a corresponding set of search results, which may be presented in the search interface 300. For example, the search result set may include search result information 310, search result information 320, search result information 330, search result information 340, and the like as shown in fig. 3, which are sequentially displayed in the search interface 300.
For the above-described search result information 310-340, the search interface 300 may include a corresponding inclusion reason, i.e., the reason that the search result information 310-340 is included in the search result set. For example, for search result information 310, the corresponding inclusion reason 312 may be "you last click"; for another example, for search result information 320, the corresponding inclusion reason 322 may be "intelligent matching from a homophone; for another example, for the search result information 330, the corresponding inclusion reason 332 may be "according to second degree matching; also for example, for search result information 340, the corresponding inclusion reason 342 may be "include: small, shirtke, zodiac-zhi.
By showing the inclusion reasons 312-342 corresponding to the search result information 310-340, a user is enabled to clearly understand why the search result information 310-340 was included in the search result set. In particular, the search result set may be divided into two parts in one embodiment, namely "you may want to find" and "more" as shown in FIG. 3; the communication application predicts the most likely search result information selected by the user through the preset search model, such as the search result information 310-340, and displays the search result information 310-340 on the part of "you may want to find", while other search result information that simply matches the search keyword "small" is displayed on the part of "more" (the content display on the part is omitted by "…" in fig. 3). Thus, as a result of the prediction of the communication application, inclusion reasons 312-342 may help the user to learn the reason or reason why the search result information 310-340 is predicted by the preset search model to be "the most likely search result information selected by the user".
In one embodiment, inclusion reasons 312-342, etc. are merely generalized descriptions of various types of inclusion reasons and do not incorporate the specifics of the corresponding search result information 310-340. Accordingly, to assist the user in knowing the inclusion reasons 312 to 342 corresponding to the search result information 310 to 340 in detail, the inclusion reasons 312 to 342 may be interpreted and the corresponding interpretation information may be shown. For example, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram showing explanatory information of a cause of the penetration provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, when the user trigger inclusion reason 312 is detected, the client of the communication application may show a corresponding information presentation window 314, and show corresponding interpretation information in the information presentation window 314; for example, when the search result information 310 is the contact information of "mouse", the inclusion reason 312 is "you last click", the interpretation information in the information presentation window 314 may include: the time when the user last clicked on the contact information of "mouse", such as "2018-06-04 15:20:35" shown in fig. 4. For another example, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of another explanatory information showing a cause of the penetration provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, when the user trigger inclusion reason 332 is detected, the client of the communication application may show a corresponding information presentation window 334, and show corresponding interpretation information in the information presentation window 334; for example, when the search result information 330 is "Zhu Xiaozhi contact information", the inclusion reason 332 is "match according to second degree context", the interpretation information in the information presentation window 334 may include: the second degree of context between "I (i.e., the user described above)" and "Zhu Xiaozhi" is, for example, "I→xiaobai→xiaoblack→ Zhu Xiaozhi" as shown in FIG. 5.
In an embodiment, the explanation information corresponding to the inclusion reasons 312 to 342 may be directly displayed in the search interface 300, without triggering the corresponding inclusion reasons 312 to 342 by the user, which is not limited in this specification.
In one embodiment, the search result set may include a lot of search result information, but is limited by the specification of the mobile phone screen, so that only part of the search result information can be displayed in the mobile phone screen at the same time, and other search result information needs to be manually flipped by the user to be able to be seen. Therefore, in order to improve the viewing efficiency of the search result information, the present specification also provides a fast screening viewing scheme of the search result information. For example, FIG. 6 is a diagram of filtering search result information based on inclusion reasons, as provided by an exemplary embodiment. When a user is interested in all the search result information corresponding to the inclusion reason 322 such as shown in fig. 3, the user may perform a triggering operation on the inclusion reason 322, such as clicking on the inclusion reason 322, and then the mobile phone may show all the search result information belonging to the inclusion reason 322, such as the search result information 320, the search result information 610-620 shown in fig. 6, etc. in the search interface 300 without the user having to look one by one in the search result set. Similarly, the user may also select other inclusion reasons to screen and view the corresponding search result information, which will not be described in detail herein.
In one embodiment, to distinguish from the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the embodiment shown in fig. 6 may show a "filter" word in the search interface 300, and show the inclusion reason 322 selected by the user near the "filter" word, to indicate that the inclusion reason 322 is regarded as a corresponding filter condition. Wherein the inclusion reason 322 may take the form of a tag as shown in FIG. 6, which may includeAn icon so that the user can click on the +.>After the icon, the embodiment shown in fig. 6 is returned to the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of another search interface provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the client of the communication application may divide the search result information into several types, such as "all", "contact", "group", "function", "chat record", etc., based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3. By default, the search interface 300 may switch to the "all" type for presenting all of the search result information, where the presentation is the same as that of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3. In response to user selection of the "contact," "group," "functionality," "chat log," and other types, such as when the user selects the "group," all of the "group" types of search result information may be presented in search interface 300, such as search result information 350, search result information 360, and search result information 370 shown in fig. 8.
In one embodiment, similar to the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the corresponding inclusion causes 352-372 may be shown for the search result information 350-370, respectively, described above. Similar to the above embodiment, explanation information corresponding to the inclusion causes 352 to 372 may also be shown, and rapid filtering of search result information based on the inclusion causes 352 to 372 may be implemented, which will not be described here.
In one embodiment, when multiple search result information of the same type are shown in the search interface 300, the client of the communication application may add a corresponding ranking reason to the search result information of the same type to indicate the reason for the currently shown ranking order between the search result information. For example, the search result information 350-370 shown in fig. 8 are all groups matching the search keyword "blobs", and the client may show the corresponding ranking reasons 354-374 for the search result information 350-370, such as "click within a week", "no message for more than one month" for the ranking reasons 342-372 arranged in order among the search result information 350-370.
In one embodiment, similar to the inclusion reason, the client of the communication application may display the interpretation information corresponding to the ordering reason. For example, when the user triggers the ranking reason 354 as shown in fig. 8, the "click within a week" corresponding to the ranking reason 354 may show the latest click time corresponding to the "click within a week" in the search interface 300, which is not described herein.
In one embodiment, similar to inclusion reasons, ranking reasons may also be applied to filter search result information. For example, the user may intensively display all groups that match the search keyword "small" and satisfy "click within a week" by triggering the ranking reasons 354 as shown in fig. 8, which will not be described here.
Fig. 9 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus provided in an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 9, at a hardware level, the device includes a processor 902, an internal bus 904, a network interface 906, a memory 908, and a nonvolatile storage 910, although other hardware required by other services is also possible. The processor 902 reads a corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory 910 into the memory 908 and then runs, forming a search means on a logic level. Of course, in addition to software implementation, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure do not exclude other implementation manners, such as a logic device or a combination of software and hardware, etc., that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, but may also be hardware or a logic device.
