Abstract
The invention provides a data display method, which comprises the following steps: arranging a plurality of Nth-level data in a database in an Mth-level report; n, M are each integers greater than 1 and equal to 1; associating the Nth-level data with at least one next-level data corresponding to the Nth-level data; clicking certain Nth-level data in the M-level report, automatically linking to next-level data corresponding to the Nth-level data, and displaying the next-level data in the M + 1-level report. The invention can realize data linkage on the same page without returning to the database and reselecting data to produce different reports.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a data display method.
Background
In order to graphically display data, the data displayed by the diagram and the configuration corresponding to the diagram and the display form and content are established during data processing; in a popular graphic report display tool, a chart is generated according to a preset form, and data is bound through a set data source; when the query and the display are carried out, the loaded data are combined and displayed in a preset chart form, and the display is not flexible enough when complex reports and personalized icon reports are generated due to the fact that the types and the number of the data are usually large, the display requirements are various, and the types of the charts are numerous; and the graphs and the data cannot be displayed in a linkage manner, the relationship between the data cannot be reflected, and a user cannot effectively mine the deep data value from the graphs and make corresponding prediction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a data display method which can realize data linkage on the same page without returning to a database and reselecting data to produce different reports.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the invention provides a data display method, which comprises the following steps:
s3: arranging a plurality of Nth-level data in a database in an Mth-level report; n, M are each integers greater than 1 and equal to 1;
s4: associating the Nth-level data with at least one next-level data corresponding to the Nth-level data;
s5: clicking certain Nth-level data in the M-level report, automatically linking to next-level data corresponding to the Nth-level data, and displaying the next-level data in the M + 1-level report.
Further, in the data presentation method, before the step S3, the method further includes a step S1: a plurality of data is collected in a database.
Further, in the data presentation method, after the step S1, the method further includes a step S2: all data are divided into N levels, wherein N is an integer which is greater than 1 and equal to 1.
Further, in the data presentation method, after the step S4, the method further includes a step S6: and grouping the next-stage data.
Further, in the data display method, when a certain nth level data in the mth level report is clicked, the next level data corresponding to the nth level data is automatically linked to be displayed in different reports when the next level data is grouped differently.
Further, in the data presentation method, the format of the mth report includes any one of a pie chart, a bar chart, and a line chart.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the invention can realize data linkage on the same page without returning to the database and reselecting data to produce different reports.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort.
For the sake of simplicity, the drawings only schematically show the parts relevant to the present invention, and they do not represent the actual structure as a product. In addition, in order to make the drawings concise and understandable, components having the same structure or function in some of the drawings are only schematically illustrated or only labeled. In this document, "one" means not only "only one" but also a case of "more than one".
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a data display method, which specifically includes the steps of:
s1: collecting a plurality of data in a database; as shown in table 1, data of suppliers, all material numbers, electronic material numbers, material consumption numbers, electronic material purchase amounts and material consumption purchase amounts are collected in a database;
s2: dividing all data into N levels, wherein N is an integer which is greater than 1 and is equal to or greater than 1;
in this embodiment, the electronic material purchase amount and the consumable material purchase amount are classified as class 1, that is, the data of the electronic material purchase amount and the consumable material purchase amount are both level 1 data. The supplier is listed as level 2, that is, the data of the supplier is level 2 data and is next level data of level 1 data. All material numbers are listed as 3 rd grade, that is to say, the data of all material numbers are 3 rd grade data and are the next grade data of 2 nd grade data. The electronic material number and the consumption material number are listed as 4 th grade, namely the electronic material number and the consumption material number are 4 th grade data and are next grade data of 3 rd grade data.
Table 1S 3: arranging a plurality of Nth-level data in a database in an Mth-level report; n, M are each integers greater than 1 and equal to 1; the format of the M report comprises any one of a pie chart, a bar chart and a line chart.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, taking the data of the electronic material purchase amount as an example, a first-level report is generated according to the data of the electronic material purchase amount, and there are pie charts of material numbers 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, and 11 in the total purchase amount;
as shown in fig. 3, in another embodiment, taking the data of the purchase amount of the consumables as an example, another first-level report is generated according to the data of the purchase amount of the consumables, and the first-level report has pie charts of the total purchase amount occupied by the materials No. 07, 08, 09, 10, 96, 97 and 98;
s4: associating the Nth-level data with at least one next-level data corresponding to the Nth-level data; that is, the previous-level data can be associated with the corresponding next-level data until all the data are associated;
in the embodiment, the electronic material purchasing amount and the material consumption purchasing amount are respectively associated with the corresponding suppliers; then associating all the material numbers corresponding to the suppliers with the suppliers;
s5: clicking certain Nth-level data in the M-level report, automatically linking to next-level data corresponding to the Nth-level data, and displaying the next-level data in the M + 1-level report.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, when material number 06 in fig. 2 is clicked, all suppliers with material number 06 are automatically associated and displayed in the second report.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, when the G supplier in fig. 4 is clicked, all material numbers supplied by the G supplier are automatically associated and displayed in the third report.
S6: grouping the next-stage data;
in this embodiment, the electronic material numbers in the 4 th-level data are divided into one group, and the material consumption numbers are divided into one group;
s7: and when a certain Nth-level data in the M-level report is clicked, automatically linking to the next-level data corresponding to the Nth-level data, and displaying the next-level data in different reports when the next-level data are grouped differently.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the G supplier in fig. 4 is clicked, the electronic material number and the material consumption number supplied by the G supplier are automatically associated, and the electronic material number and the material consumption number are in different groups, and are displayed in different reports.
