The structure is basically the same as that of the embodiment 2, and the only difference is that: the secondary air supplement chamber 3 has a first side wall and a second side wall which are connected with the top wall of the outer ring fire cover 2 and the bottom wall 13 of the outer ring air mixing chamber 1, the inner ring wall 11 and the outer ring wall 12 directly serve as the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the secondary air supplement chamber 3, the inner ring wall 11 is provided with an air inlet 32, and the size of the area of the air inlet arranged at the air inlet 32 can be adjusted by adopting a mode of being adjacent to an adjusting ring arranged at the inner side of the inner ring wall 11 in the prior art, as shown in fig. 9.
