As shown in fig. 4: the operating key 2 is of a cylindrical structure; a knob hole 2.1 is arranged in the center of the top end of the operating key 2, the opening of the knob hole 2.1 is an inner square or an inner hexagonal, and a threaded blind hole 2.7 is arranged at the bottom of the knob hole 2.1; the edge of the top end of the operating key 2 is provided with an arc-shaped limiting groove 2.2, and the arc-shaped limiting groove 2.2 is in rotating fit with a limiting boss 1.5 at the orifice of an operating hole 1.4 at one side of the valve body 1; the bottom end of the operating key 2 is provided with a linear convex key 2.3, and the cylindrical excircle above the linear convex key 2.3 is provided with a limiting ring 2.5; the top surface of the limiting ring 2.5 is provided with an oil groove 2.4, the oil groove 2.4 on the top surface of the limiting ring 2.5 is provided with a soft metal sealing gasket 2.6, a sealing ring structure between the operating key 2 and the valve body 1 is provided with a sealing ring groove 1.6 on a corresponding hole of the valve body, an O-shaped ring with a double-retainer structure is arranged, and the sealing part corresponding to the operating key 2 is a smooth cylindrical surface.
As shown in fig. 5: a smooth through hole 3.1 is arranged on the ball core 3, and the central axis of the smooth through hole 3.1 is superposed with the central axis of the valve body 1; an operation plane 3.2 parallel to the central axis of the smooth through hole 3.1 is arranged on the ball core 3, and a key groove 3.3 vertical to the central axis of the smooth through hole 3.1 is arranged on the operation plane 3.2; the key groove 3.3 is matched and connected with the linear convex key 2.3; the center of the key groove 3.3 is provided with a small hole 3.4.
As shown in fig. 6: the ball seats 4 at the upper and lower ends of the ball core 3 have the same structure and are all in a convex circular tube structure; the big-end mouth of pipe of ball seat 4 and the spheroid fitting surface of ball core 3 are interior concave spherical surface 4.1, are equipped with ball seat seal groove 4.2 on the little head pipe end external diameter of ball seat 4, are equipped with two retainer ring structure sealing washers 4.3 in the ball seat seal groove 4.2.
As shown in fig. 7: the spare cap 5 is a circular tube structure; the outer circle of the spare cap 5 is provided with an external thread 5.1, and the external thread 5.1 is matched and connected with an internal thread 1.1 in the valve body 1; a group of screwing grooves 5.2 for screwing the spare cap 5 are arranged at the pipe orifice at the top of the spare cap 5.
The spring 6 is a corrugated spring or a group of uniformly distributed cylindrical springs.
During manufacturing, the water flow channel of the valve body 1, the water flow channel of the ball core 3 and the ball seats 4 at the upper and lower ends thereof, and the water flow channel formed by the spare cap 5 and the inner hole of the valve body 1 are all manufactured into smooth drift diameters with the same diameter.
The drift diameter water flow channel formed by the valve body 1, the ball core 3, the ball seat 4 and the inner hole of the spare cap 5 is smooth and has no groove, thus no turbulent flow is caused and the inner hole of a workpiece is eroded. Therefore, the structure is safe and reliable, and the service life is prolonged.
The invention is further illustrated as follows:
the invention relates to an improvement of the existing plug valve, which comprises an operation key sleeve 8, a cross joint 9, an upper splicing ring 10, a lower splicing ring 11, a support sleeve 12, an upper ball seat 13, a lower ball seat 14 and other parts as shown in figures 8 and 9, wherein the number of the parts is large, and the valve body is also provided with corresponding mounting grooves with deep grooves due to more parts forming the existing plug valve. These deep grooves affect the strength of the valve body. Meanwhile, stress concentration is easily generated at the deep grooves, the existing plug valve has the risk of underground fracture, and the reliability is low. Improvements are therefore needed.
The improved structure of the plug valve can be used as a standardized reliable plug valve product, and as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the improved structure comprises a valve body 1, wherein an operating key 2 is arranged on one side of the valve body 1; the operating key 2 is matched and connected with the ball core 3 in the valve body 1; ball seats 4 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the ball core 3; a spare cap 5 is arranged at the top of the ball seat 4 above the ball core 3; springs 6 are arranged between the spare cap 5 and the ball seat 4 and between the ball seat 4 and the valve body 1; an elastic check ring 7 for holes is arranged between the top of the spare cap 5 and the valve body 1, and a check ring groove 1.3 of the elastic check ring 7 for holes is arranged on the valve body 1. All be equipped with seal groove 1.6 in the handle hole 1.4 of valve body 1 and on the ball seat 4, be equipped with two ring structure sealing washers 4.3 in the seal groove 1.6, under the feasible prerequisite of assurance intensity and processing, do not establish the seal groove on the handle key 2, but set up in handle key 2 hole department of valve body 1, thereby the diameter minimum can be done to handle key 2, the handle hole 1.4 of opening on the valve body 1 also can accomplish minimumly simultaneously, the intensity of valve body 1 has effectively been improved. The valve body 1 is of a tubular structure; the valve body 1 is provided with a ball seat limiting ring 1.1, an internal thread 1.2 for installing a spare cap 5 and a retainer groove 1.3 for installing a circlip 7 for a hole; the lower part of the operation hole 1.4 is provided with a sealing groove 1.6 for installing a sealing ring 4.3 with a double-retainer structure. The internal thread 1.2 in the inner hole of the valve body 1 is connected with the external thread 5.1 of the spare cap 5, so that the compression adjustment of the ball seat 4 and the ball core 3 is realized, and the device is particularly suitable for adjusting the situation that the combined height of the ball core 3 and the ball seat 4 is shortened after the plug valve is used in a well for a period of time after the plug valve is worn; so as to simplify the structure of the plug valve and improve the repeated use times of the ball core 3 component. An operation hole 1.4 is formed in one side of the valve body 1, a limiting boss 1.5 is arranged at the orifice of the operation hole 1.4, an arc-shaped limiting groove 2.2 is formed in the operation key 2, the operation key 2 can only rotate within 90 degrees through the rotation matching of the limiting boss 1.5 and the arc-shaped limiting groove 2.2, the bottom of the operation key 2 is connected with a key groove 3.3 in the valve core 3 through a linear convex key 2.3 to jointly realize the opening and closing functions of the cock valve, and the number of the limiting bosses 1.5 and the number of the arc-shaped limiting grooves 2.2 of the operation key 2 can be 1, 2 or 3; in addition, the bottom of the operating key 2 is provided with a limiting ring 2.5, the limiting ring 2.5 is provided with a soft metal sealing gasket 2.6, and the soft metal sealing gasket 2.6 is made of soft metal materials with sealing and self-lubricating functions, so that the operating key 2 is prevented from being ejected out of the operating hole 1.4 by water pressure in a water flow channel, meanwhile, the sealing function is achieved, and the rotating torque can be reduced when a pressure switch is operated; the bottom of the operating key 2 is connected with a key groove 3.3 on the ball core 3 through a linear convex key 2.3, so that the purposes of simplifying the structure of the plug valve and improving the reliability of the plug valve are achieved. The operating key 2 is of a cylindrical structure; a knob hole 2.1 is arranged in the center of the top end of the operating key 2, and the knob hole 2.1 can be an inner hexagonal hole or an inner square hole; the edge of the top end of the operating key 2 is provided with an arc-shaped limiting groove 2.2, and the limiting boss 1.5 is positioned in the arc-shaped limiting groove 2.2; the bottom end of the operating key 2 is provided with a linear convex key 2.3, and the cylindrical excircle above the linear convex key 2.3 is provided with a limiting ring 2.5; the top surface of the limiting ring 2.5 is provided with an oil groove 2.4. The ball core 3 is of a spherical structure, a smooth through hole 3.1 with the roughness not less than 3.2 is arranged on the ball core 3, and the central axis of the smooth through hole 3.1 is superposed with the central axis of the valve body 1; an operation plane 3.2 parallel to the central axis of the smooth through hole 3.1 is arranged on the ball core 3, and a key groove 3.3 vertical to the central axis of the smooth through hole 3.1 is arranged on the operation plane 3.2; the key groove 3.3 is matched and connected with the linear convex key 2.3; the center of the key groove 3.3 is provided with a small hole 3.4. The ball seats 4 at the upper and lower ends of the ball core 3 have the same structure and are all in a convex circular tube structure; the inner hole of the round tube of the ball seat 4 is a smooth inner hole 4.4 with the roughness not less than 3.2, and the matching surface of the large-head end tube orifice of the ball seat 4 and the ball body of the ball core 3 is an inner concave spherical surface 4.1. The spare cap 5 is a circular tube structure, and the inner hole of the circular tube is a smooth inner hole with the roughness not less than 3.2; the outer circle of the spare cap 5 is provided with an external thread 5.1, and the external thread 5.1 is matched and connected with an internal thread 1.2 in the valve body 1; a group of screwing grooves 5.2 for screwing the spare cap 5 are arranged at the pipe orifice at the top of the spare cap 5. The springs 6 are respectively arranged on the steps of the excircle of the ball seat 4 at the upper end and the lower end, and the springs 6 are corrugated springs or a group of uniformly distributed cylindrical springs.
The structure is attached, and as can be seen from fig. 3, a limiting boss 1.5 is arranged at the orifice of an operation hole 1.4 of the valve body 1; fig. 4 shows that the operating key 2 is provided with an arc-shaped limiting groove 2.2; the operating key 2 can only rotate within a range of 90 degrees through the rotating matching of the limiting lug bosses 1.5 and the arc-shaped limiting grooves 2.2, meanwhile, the bottom of the operating key 2 is connected with the key groove 3.3 on the ball core 3 through the linear convex key 2.3 to jointly realize the opening and closing functions of the cock valve, and the number of the limiting lug bosses 1.5 and the number of the arc-shaped limiting grooves 2.2 of the operating key 2 can be 1, 2 or 3; in addition, the bottom of the operating key 2 is provided with a limiting ring 2.4 to prevent the operating key 2 from being ejected out of the operating hole 1.4 by water pressure in the water flow channel; the bottom of the operating key 2 is connected with a key groove 3.3 on the ball core 3 through a linear convex key 2.3, so that the purposes of simplifying the structure of the plug valve and improving the reliability of the plug valve are achieved. The upper ball seat 13 and the lower ball seat 14 with different structures at the upper end and the lower end of the ball core 3 are standardized and designed into the ball seat 4 with a unified structure, so that the upper ball seat and the lower ball seat can be interchanged, and the processing procedure is simplified. The spare cap 5 positioned above the ball seat 4 is connected with the valve body 1 through threads, so that the ball seat 4 and the ball core 3 are tightly pressed and adjusted; to simplify the structure of the plug valve.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the improved structure of the plug valve of the present embodiment is that, for the sealing ring structure between the operation key 2 and the valve body 1, the solution of the present embodiment is preferably that a sealing ring groove 1.6 is arranged on the valve body 1 corresponding to the operation hole 1.4, and a sealing ring with a 4.3 double-retainer structure is arranged, so that the advantages are that: 1. the reverse installation of the double check rings is avoided; 2. the check ring can be installed without cutting a groove opening and cannot be cut when an operation key is installed; 3. the structure of the operating key 2 is simpler, the corresponding sealing surface is a smooth cylindrical surface, the diameter of the cylinder can be minimized when the same internal square or internal hexagonal size exists in the knob hole 2.1, namely the strength of the operating key is the best, and meanwhile, the hole formed in the valve body can also be minimized, so that the strength of the valve body is improved, and the reliability of the valve body is effectively ensured. Naturally, the structure can also be easily modified, the operating hole and the sealing ring groove arranged on the operating hole at the operating key are designed and placed on the operating key, and the corresponding valve body hole is a smooth inner hole, which is also the structure modification at the operating key. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the improved structure of the plug valve of this embodiment is mainly composed of a valve body 1, an operation key 2, a ball core 3, a ball seat 4, a backup cap 5, a spring 6, a circlip for hole 7, a double-circlip structure seal 8, and the like. As shown in fig. 3, the operation hole 1.4 of the valve body 1 is a sealing hole with steps, and a limit boss 1.5 is arranged outside the orifice of the operation hole 1.4, the limit boss 1.5 is matched with an arc limit groove 2.2 on the operation key 2 in a rotating way to limit the operation key to rotate only within 90 degrees, and is matched with a linear convex key 2.3 at the bottom of the operation key 2 and a key groove 3.3 on the ball core 3 in a connecting way to jointly operate to open and close the sealed ball core 3; as shown in FIG. 4, the top center of the operation key 2 is provided with a hexagonal or square inner turning hole 2.1 for turning the operation key 2 by a hexagonal or square wrench. A threaded blind hole 2.7 is arranged at the bottom of the knob hole 2.1; when the operation key 2 is assembled, the operation key 2 can be easily pulled to be in place through the tool connecting thread blind hole 2.7, and the assembling efficiency is improved. When being equipped with spacing ring 2.5 on the operating key 2 and avoiding the rivers passageway internal pressure, operating key 2 is ejecting from operation hole 1.4, and the in-line convex key 2.3 embedding of operating key 2 bottom is in the keyway 3.3 of ball core 3, realizes the rotatory linkage of operating key 2 and ball core 3 two. As shown in fig. 5, the ball core 3 is provided with a smooth through hole 3.1, and the central axis of the smooth through hole 3.1 is coincided with the central axis of the valve body 1 in the open state of the plug valve; the central axis of the smooth through hole 3.1 in the closed state of the plug valve is vertical to the central axis of the valve body 1. The spring 6 is installed on the step outside the ball seat 4 to prevent corrosive liquid such as mud from being deposited in the pit from soaking the spring, thereby prolonging the service life of the spring. The spring is preferably a wave spring; a ring of cylindrical springs may be arranged along the circumference of the outer step of the ball seat 4. The external screw thread 5.1 of the spare cap 5 cooperates with the internal screw thread 1.2 in the valve body 1, can adjust the compression of spring, is particularly suitable for the maintenance condition that the ball core subassembly overall height reduces after using, a set of keyway 3.3 of the spare cap 5 upper end is used for revolving 2.5 top surfaces of spacing ring on the 5 manipulating keys 2 of the spare cap and is equipped with 1 ~ 2 circles of arcuation oil groove 2.4, the oil groove 2.4 bottom is the circular arc bottom, the oil groove 2.4 upper end and the sealed 2.6 cooperation of soft metal pad. The oil groove 2.4 can be used for storing oil and lubricating, can also avoid the situation that the sealing gasket is not sealed after being reversely arranged, and greatly reduces the friction resistance when the pressure switch is operated. In the embodiment, the valve body 1, the operation key 2, the ball seat 4 and the spare cap 5 are all provided with the sealing grooves 1.6, the sealing rings are arranged in the sealing grooves 1.6, the sealing rings are all of sealing structures of double check rings and O-shaped rings, so that the assembly is convenient, the condition that the unidirectional sealing structure is assembled reversely and is not sealed can be avoided, and the bidirectional high-pressure sealing and guiding support performance is realized.
The plug valve of the embodiment can be used for high-pressure plug valves with double operating keys, drill rod plug valves, top drive plug valves, full open type safety valves or tubing plug valves.
Claims (10)
1.
