Preferably, the driving disc for the variable displacement compressor of the automobile air conditioner, wherein the bent body is in a smooth arc shape.
Preferably, the driving disc for the variable displacement compressor of the automobile air conditioner is formed by integrally punching the first driving disc body, the second driving disc body, the positioning lug, the bending body, the inclined plane body and the limiting block.
Preferably, the driving disc for the variable displacement compressor of the automobile air conditioner is characterized in that a temperature sensor and a rotating speed sensor are arranged in the first driving disc body, and the temperature sensor is positioned on the inner side of the rotating speed sensor; and a buffer part is arranged at the joint of the rotating speed sensor and the first driving disc body.

The number of the positioning projections 7 is three, two of the positioning projections 7 are on the first drive disk body 1, and one of the positioning projections 7 is on the second drive disk body 2, so that a relatively stable state is maintained.
The bending body 5 is kept balanced between the two positioning lugs 7, and the bending body 5 is in a smooth arc shape, so that the structural stress is favorably and uniformly distributed, and the bending part is not broken.
First driving-disc body 1, second driving-disc body 2, location lug 7, the body of bending 5, the inclined plane body 4, stopper 6 integrative stamping forming. The structural strength of the driving disk is high, the installation steps of the disk body of the driving disk and other parts can be saved, and the installation is convenient.
A temperature sensor and a rotating speed sensor (not shown in the figure) are arranged in the first driving disc body 1, and the temperature sensor is positioned on the inner side of the rotating speed sensor; and a buffer part is arranged at the joint of the rotating speed sensor and the first driving disc body 1. The temperature and the rotating speed inside a driving disc of the variable displacement compressor of the automobile air conditioner can be measured in real time.
The buffer component is a rubber piece.
The positioning lugs 7 are evenly distributed around the central hole.

1. A drive plate for a variable displacement compressor of an automotive air conditioner, comprising: the section area of the second driving disk body is larger than that of the first driving disk body, central positions of the first driving disk body and the second driving disk body are provided with central holes for a crankshaft to pass through, positioning lugs are evenly arranged around the central holes, a bending body is arranged on the outer surface of the side of the top surface on the first driving disk body, an inclined plane body is arranged on the outer surface of the side of the top surface on the second driving disk body, a limiting block is arranged on the inclined plane body, and smooth cambered surface bodies are arranged at two ends of the inclined plane on the top surface of the second driving disk body.

The drive plate for a variable displacement compressor of an automotive air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein said positioning projections are three in number, two of said positioning projections being on said first drive plate body and one of said positioning projections being on said second drive plate body.
3. A drive plate for a variable displacement compressor of an automotive air conditioner as set forth in claim 2, wherein said bent body is between two of said positioning projections.
4. A drive plate for a variable displacement compressor of an automotive air conditioner as described in claim 3, wherein said bent bodies are smoothly curved.
5. The driving plate for a variable displacement compressor of an automotive air conditioner as set forth in claim 4, wherein said first driving plate body, said second driving plate body, said positioning projection, said bending body, said ramp body, and said stopper are integrally formed by press molding.
6. The drive plate for a variable displacement compressor of an automotive air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein a temperature sensor and a rotational speed sensor are provided in the first drive plate body, said temperature sensor being located inside said rotational speed sensor; and a buffer part is arranged at the joint of the rotating speed sensor and the first driving disc body.
7. The drive plate for a variable displacement compressor of an automotive air conditioner as set forth in claim 6, wherein said cushioning member is a rubber member.
8. A drive plate for a variable displacement compressor of an automotive air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein said positioning projections are evenly distributed around said center hole.
