(1) preparing materials: preparing a treating agent according to the mixture ratio of the raw materials, wherein the treating agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 85-90% of water-based resin, 8-12% of water-based color paste, 0-5% of color-changing powder and 0-2% of extinction powder; the aqueous resin is aqueous polyurethane resin, and the aqueous color paste is aqueous polyurethane color paste adaptive to the aqueous resin;
(2) coating compositionDecorating treatment: coating or roll coating the treating agent on the base artificial leather, wherein the coating thickness is 0.12-0.18mm, and the coating amount is 85-125g/m2;
(3) Printing: printing on the base artificial leather treated in the step (2) by using the treating agent by using a double-plate printing machine;
(4) grain treatment: performing texture treatment on the base artificial leather treated in the step (3), wherein the texture treatment refers to any one of cold embossing, suction embossing or hot embossing;
(5) and (3) post-processing: and (4) performing post-treatment on the base artificial leather treated in the step (4), wherein the post-treatment refers to any one or more of printing, spraying, roller coating, scraping, color smearing, film pasting, pricking and graining.
2. The full aqueous artificial leather multiple treatment process according to claim 1, wherein the printing has a thickness of 0.04-0.06mm and a printing amount of 6-20g/m2。
3. The fully aqueous artificial leather multiple treatment process according to claim 1, wherein the cold pressing temperature is 5-10 ℃, the suction pressure is 0.08-0.09MPa, and the hot pressing temperature is 100-120 ℃.

The full aqueous artificial leather multiple treatment process according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the double-plate printer, the spraying machine, the roller coater and the scraper in the printing, spraying, roller coating and scraper treatment processes is 100-120 ℃, the speed is 15-35m/min, and the air pressure of the rubber wheel is not less than 0.5 MPa.
5. The full aqueous artificial leather multiple treatment process according to claim 1, wherein the sprayed material loading is 20-40g/m2The feeding amount of the roller coating is 55-70g/m2The feeding amount of the scraper is 7-42g/m2。

8. The fully aqueous artificial leather multiprocessing process according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the base artificial leather is any one of PU, PVC and microfiber.
