step three, technicians can regularly be connected with the communicating pipe (7) through an external aeration mechanism, carry out aeration treatment on the inside of the treatment box (1) through a plurality of aeration holes at the bottom end of the aeration pipe (6), and the microorganism carrier (4) in rotation can be fully contacted with gas, so that the uniformity of oxygen supply is easily improved, meanwhile, the oxygen content in the treatment box (1) can be favorably improved in the rotation process, and the treated water body is discharged through the through hole (9) as well.
