Abstract
A writing training pen comprising: a pen cap; a pen body; and the two ends of the connecting piece are respectively connected with the pen cap and the pen body, and when the pen cap and the pen body are separated under the action of external force, the connecting piece generates relative resistance to the pen cap and the pen body. The application provides a writing training pen can obstruct cap and body of a pen separation through the produced suction of connecting piece. The user can do a plurality of times of long-time training for separating the pen cap and overcoming the suction force, and the effect of improving the hand muscle strength of the user can be helped, so that the aim of training writing can be achieved.

There are many children with writing disorders in clinical rehabilitation. The main reason for the impairment of their writing is the lack of fine motor function of the hands. Further analysis of the hand fine exercise deficiency has the problems of insufficient hand gripping force and pinching force and insufficient wrist stability.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of this application is to provide a writing training pen, include: a pen cap; a pen body; and the two ends of the connecting piece are respectively connected with the pen cap and the pen body, and when the pen cap and the pen body are separated under the action of external force, the connecting piece generates relative resistance to the pen cap and the pen body.

As shown in fig. 1, the present application relates to a writing training pen comprising: a pen cap 1, a pen body 2 and a connecting piece. The two ends of the connecting piece are respectively connected with the pen cap 1 and the pen body 2, and when the pen cap 1 and the pen body 2 are separated under the action of external force, the connecting piece generates relative resistance to the pen cap and the pen body. In the present embodiment, the connecting members are the first magnetic member 3 and the second magnetic member 4. The first magnetic means 3 are arranged on said cap 1. The second magnetic member 4 is disposed on the pen body 2, and opposite poles of the first magnetic member 3 and the second magnetic member 4 are disposed opposite to each other. When the pen cap 1 is covered on the pen body 2, a mutual attraction force is generated between the first magnetic component 1 and the second magnetic component 2. This suction can hinder the user from pulling the cap 1 out of the body 2 and away from the body 2. Finally, the pen cap 1 and the pen body 2 can still be separated under the pulling force of the two hands of the user. However, when the user pulls out the pen cap by overcoming the attraction between the magnetic components for a plurality of times for a long time, the purpose of exercising hand muscles can be achieved, and further the hand gripping force and the pinching force strength are improved, so that the effect of training writing is achieved.
However, the form of the connector is not limited to the magnetic component, and any other connector capable of preventing the pen cap from being separated from the pen body can be used by those skilled in the art according to actual needs. For example, an elastic member (such as a spring or a rubber string) is used, and both ends of the elastic member are connected to the pen body and the pen cap, respectively. And the resistance of the connecting piece for resisting the separation of the pen cap 1 and the pen body 2 is adjusted by adjusting the distance. For example, when the connectors are magnetic members, the attraction force between the magnetic members can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the magnetic members. Or when the connecting piece is an elastic component such as a spring, the resistance of the spring for obstructing the pen cap 1 from the pen body 2 is adjusted by adjusting the elastic deformation amount of the spring.
In order to precisely control the resistance variation of the connection, in an embodiment of the present application, the outer wall of the inner sleeve 21 is provided with an external thread 211, the inner wall of the outer sleeve 22 is provided with an internal thread 221, and the inner sleeve 21 and the outer sleeve 22 are matched with the internal thread 221 through the external thread 211, so that the inner sleeve 21 and the outer sleeve 22 are relatively moved in the axial direction. Because the specification of the thread is known, the lead of the thread rotating for one circle can be known, the distance between two ends of the connecting piece is further controlled, and finally the resistance of the connecting piece is accurately controlled.
However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can use other controllable manners according to actual requirements, for example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the outer wall of the inner sleeve 21 is provided with a protrusion (not shown), and the inner wall of the outer sleeve 22 is provided with an axial sliding slot (not shown), and the protrusion reciprocates in the axial sliding slot, so as to drive the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve to move relatively in the axial direction. The displacement distance between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve is controlled by the friction force between the convex block and the sliding groove, and then the distance between two ends of the connecting piece is controlled.
In actual use, the distance between the two ends of the set connecting piece may change. For example, if the friction between the projections and the sliding grooves is not sufficient to maintain the relative fixation between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, additional structure is required to maintain the relative fixation between the two. Therefore, in an embodiment of the present application, the inner wall of the outer sleeve 22 is provided with a limiting ball 222, the outer wall of the inner sleeve 21 is provided with a limiting groove 212, and the limiting groove 212 is located on a moving path of the limiting ball 222 when the outer sleeve 22 drives the limiting ball 222 to move. Namely, when the relative displacement occurs between the outer sleeve 22 and the inner sleeve 21, the relative displacement also occurs between the position-limiting ball 222 and the position-limiting groove. However, no matter how the two are relatively displaced, the position-limiting ball 222 is always moved into the position-limiting groove 212 at a specific position, and the relative fixation between the outer sleeve 22 and the inner sleeve 21 is achieved through the friction force between the position-limiting ball 222 and the position-limiting groove 212. When it is desired to change the distance between the ends of the connector, it is only necessary to continue to move the outer sleeve 22, at which point the retaining balls 222 exit the retaining grooves 212 and continue to move with the outer sleeve.
However, the position of the limiting ball and the limiting groove can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs. Namely, the limiting marble can be positioned on the inner surface of the outer sleeve, and the limiting groove is positioned on the outer surface of the inner sleeve. Or the limiting ball can be positioned on the outer surface of the inner sleeve, and the limiting groove is positioned on the inner surface of the outer sleeve. In addition, the movement of the limiting marble and the immobility of the limiting groove can be realized; or the limiting groove moves, and the limiting marble moves, which belong to the protection scope of the application.
In actual use, more than one gear is often required. Therefore, in an embodiment of the present application, the number of the limiting grooves is multiple, or the number of the limiting balls is multiple, or both of them are multiple.
In order to facilitate the movement of the position-limiting ball out of the position-limiting groove, in an embodiment of the present application, the material of the position-limiting ball is an elastic material (such as rubber, etc.), or the material of the position-limiting groove is an elastic material (such as a spring leaf, etc.).
In an embodiment of the present application, the pen cap is provided with a vent hole.
In an embodiment of the present application, a detachable stamp 5 is disposed at an end of the pen body away from the pen cap.
In the above-described embodiment, it is not specified whether one end of the connecting member is connected to the inner sleeve or the outer sleeve. The present application is not limited thereto, and it is within the scope of the present application that one end of the connecting member is connected to the inner sleeve or the outer sleeve, as long as the connecting member can prevent the pen body from separating from the pen cap.
The application provides a writing training pen can obstruct cap and body of a pen separation through the produced suction of connecting piece. the pen body comprises:
an inner sleeve; and
an outer sleeve, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve being axially relatively movable;
the outer wall of the inner sleeve is provided with external threads, the inner wall of the outer sleeve is provided with internal threads, and the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are matched with the internal threads through the external threads so that the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve move relatively in the axial direction; the distance between one end of the connecting piece positioned on the pen body and the other end of the connecting piece positioned on the pen cap is adjusted through the relative movement between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve so as to adjust the resistance of the connecting piece for resisting the separation of the pen cap and the pen body;
