Rectangular open slots are formed in the lower ends of the left side and the right side of the spraying cover body, and corrugated boards can penetrate through the rectangular open slots; the arrangement of the spraying cover body can play a role in protecting the shunt and the spray head.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the corrugated board flattening device is provided with the two groups of pressing rollers, the spring assembly is arranged above the upper pressing roller, so that elastic pressure is formed between the upper pressing roller and the lower pressing roller, proper pressure intensity is set, and the corrugated board can be effectively flattened under the condition of not damaging the corrugated board by matching with spray treatment of the thermal spray device; the pressure between the upper compression roller and the lower compression roller is adjusted according to the thickness and the performance of the corrugated board, so that different flattening requirements are met; in addition, the pressure between the upper press roller II and the lower press roller can be adjusted according to actual requirements, and the corrugated board can be flattened under the condition of energy conservation.

wherein, the hot spraying device is used for spraying hot water with the temperature not lower than 60 ℃ so as to keep the surface of the corrugated board moist; the first upper pressing roller 31 and the second upper pressing roller 32 are both electromagnetic heating rollers, the temperature of the electromagnetic heating rollers is manually set to be 80-95 ℃, the heat conductivity coefficient of the shell of the electromagnetic heating roller is 115-151.7W/(m.K), the heat conduction effect is good, and the heat energy waste of the electromagnetic heating rollers can be reduced; the shell material is brass with the mark of H80, and the heat conductivity coefficient is 141.7W/(m.K).
