Background
At present, the movement of a plasticizing seat in a glue injection mechanism of an injection molding machine is guided by four guide posts and a copper sleeve, one of the four guide posts is used for guiding, and the other guide post is used for supporting the plasticizing seat.
However, the weight of the plasticizing seat assembly is all applied to the four guide posts, so that the guide posts are deformed, the friction resistance is increased, and further, the back pressure is unstable, so that the precision of the glue injection mechanism is affected.
