Background
In the field of mechanical assembly, a widely used thread anti-loosening mode is to use the tension of a metal fuse to perform insurance. At present, only a pure manual operation mode can be adopted, the efficiency is low, and the metal fuse is very thin, so that the cutting injury to an operator is easily caused.
The national aviation industry standard HB 0-2-2002 anti-loosening method for threaded connection and pin connection stipulates that: the "6.3 fuse should be wound with no gaps between the buttons. A buckle is a full turn of the fuse at one end relative to the other. The number of the buckles is not less than 3 buckles in the length of 10mm for the fuse with the diameter d being less than or equal to 0.8mm, is not less than 2 buckles in the length of 10mm for the fuse with the diameter d being greater than 0.8mm, and the end part of the fuse of 6.5 is wound by 3-4 buckles and is pressed. For example, a 40mm length fuse with a diameter d of 0.3mm requires at least 18 twisted pairs. The pure manual operation mode has extremely low efficiency and can be completed in at least 2-3 minutes.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, for the anti-loosening screw-threading operation, a metal fuse needs to pass through a fuse hole at the head of one screw (the right screw in fig. 1), be twisted, then pass through a fuse hole at the head of the other screw (the left screw in fig. 1), and be sheared after being twisted.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a quick-acting safety tool for preventing loosening of threads comprises a roller, a locking device, a sleeve and a cover plate. The roller is located in the round cavity of the sleeve, the outer diameters of two ends of the roller are in small clearance fit with the inner cavity of the sleeve, and the roller can freely rotate in the sleeve. The screw rod of the locking device is screwed into the threaded hole of the roller, and by rotating the locking device, the outer conical surface of the screw rod of the locking device is attached to or separated from the inner conical surface of the roller, so that the metal fuse can be locked or loosened. The cover plate is fixedly connected with the sleeve through 4 GB819 screws, and the roller is limited in the sleeve.
Preferably, the roller is in an I shape, namely the outer diameters of two ends are larger, the outer diameter of the middle part is slightly smaller, and knurling is pressed at the outer diameter of the middle part.
Preferably, one end face of the roller is provided with 2 phi 1 first round holes, and a V-shaped 90-degree counter bore is formed in an orifice; the inner conical surface is provided with 2 second round holes with the diameter phi of 3-phi 5, and the second round holes are concentric with the 2 phi 1 first round holes, so that the problem that the phi 1 milling cutter cannot penetrate through the roller due to insufficient processing depth is solved.
Preferably, the other end of the locking pile is a flat milling boss, and the locking device can be rotated by clamping the flat milling boss with two fingers.
Preferably, the inner side of the sleeve is a circular flat bottom cavity, and a through hole with the diameter slightly smaller than that of the circular cavity is machined in the cavity bottom. The through-hole diameter slightly is less than the mesh of circle chamber diameter and is lived the gyro wheel, prevents that the gyro wheel from the inside roll-off of sleeve, simultaneously, and the metal fuse of being convenient for continues to extend after passing the gyro wheel, beats the fuse.
Preferably, the roller intermediate knurled area emerges from the indentation of the sleeve profile 2.
Preferably, the inner side of the cover plate is provided with a circular through hole with a diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the roller, the circular through hole is used for milling a flat boss, manual rotation and locking of the fuse are facilitated, and meanwhile the fuse can enter the first circular hole and the second circular hole in the roller from the inner conical surface of the locking device conveniently.
Example 2
The metal fuse is twisted:
as shown in fig. 4, two ends of the metal fuse wire are respectively inserted into 2 phi 1 round holes of the roller, and a V-shaped 90-degree counter bore is formed in the 2 phi 1 round hole of the roller, so that the metal fuse wire can be guided to be accurately inserted. And after the head of the metal fuse contacts the outer conical surface of the screw rod of the locking device, the metal fuse penetrates through a gap between the inner conical surface of the roller and the outer conical surface of the screw rod of the locking device. And tightening the locking device, wherein the metal fuse is locked by the outer conical surface of the screw rod of the locking device and the inner conical surface of the roller, and simultaneously, the rebound force of the extruded metal fuse forms the pretightening force for the screw thread of the screw rod of the locking device, so that the screw rod of the locking device is self-locked after being tightened. The clamping part shown in figures 2 and 3 is held by one hand, and the knurled area of the roller is stirred by the other hand, so that the rapid twining of the metal fuse can be realized. During the twinning process, the metal fuses on the left side of fig. 2, 3 and 4 may be accidentally twisted together, the locking device is unscrewed, the metal fuses are pulled out from the right side, and the metal fuses hinged on the left side are automatically separated by the tool.
The method comprises the following specific steps of:
1) passing a metal fuse through a fuse hole in the head of one screw (the right screw in fig. 1);
2) respectively penetrating two ends of a metal fuse into the tool, screwing the locking device, and vigorously shifting the roller to twist the metal fuse for a certain number of turns; unscrewing the locking device and pulling out the metal fuse from the tool;
3) a metal fuse is inserted into a fuse hole at the head of another screw (the left screw in the figure 1);
4) respectively penetrating two ends of a metal fuse into the tool, screwing the locking device, and vigorously shifting the roller to twist the metal fuse for a certain number of turns; cutting off the metal fuse by using diagonal pliers; unscrewing the locking device pulls the metal fuse scrap out of the inventive tool.
The time for one-time insurance making by pure manual operation is about 2-3 minutes, the time for making insurance by adopting the invention is less than 40 seconds, and the efficiency can be improved by more than 200% under the same insurance making condition.
The invention is not limited to the foregoing embodiments. The invention extends to any novel feature or any novel combination of features disclosed in this specification and any novel method or process steps or any novel combination of features disclosed. Those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains will appreciate that insubstantial changes or modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
