Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to an intelligent infusion device.
Background
The intravenous infusion is a common treatment means in clinic, at present, infusion devices adopted in hospitals and clinics are very simple, and infusion bottles/infusion bags are hung on a support for infusion. The infusion device needs to manually monitor the dropping speed and the liquid level in the infusion bottle/infusion bag, and medical accidents easily occur under the condition of insufficient staff in hospitals.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an intelligent transfusion device capable of automatically monitoring dropping speed and liquid medicine allowance.
In order to solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides an infusion apparatus, including a support on which a drug solution container is hung, wherein a gravity sensor for detecting a gravity of the container is disposed on the support, the infusion apparatus further includes a controller and an alarm prompter, the controller has an input end and an output end, the input end is connected to the gravity sensor, and the output end is connected to the alarm prompter.
Further, the standard dropping liquid velocity range that has various liquid medicines is edited in the controller, the controller is received the real-time gravity that gravity sensor sent, according to real-time gravity's variation rate calculates real-time dropping liquid speed to compare with the standard dropping liquid velocity range in it, work as when real-time dropping liquid speed surpassed standard range, the controller starts the warning reminder reports to the police.
Furthermore, the controller edits residual liquid gravity threshold values of various liquid medicines contained in containers with various specifications, receives the real-time gravity sent by the gravity sensor, and starts the alarm prompter to give an alarm when the gravity sensed by the gravity sensor is lower than the residual liquid threshold values.
Further, the infusion device also comprises a data input terminal, and the data input terminal is connected with the input end of the controller.
The data input by the data input terminal is a name of the chemical solution and a specification of the container, and the specification of the container includes a type of the container and a capacity of the container.
Further, the data input terminal is a mobile communication device or a touch screen.
Furthermore, the top end of the support is provided with a hook, and the gravity sensor is located on the hook.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent transfusion device collects the real-time gravity information of the liquid medicine container by arranging the gravity sensor on the support and sends the information to the controller, the controller judges the information through the real-time gravity information and starts the alarm prompter to alarm when the information exceeds the set standard, the intelligent transfusion device can automatically monitor the transfusion condition, and medical staff, accompanying staff or patients do not need to monitor the transfusion device all the time.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a control schematic block diagram of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the infusion device includes a support 1, a gravity sensor 2, a controller 3 and an alarm 4. The support 1 is used for hanging a medicine liquid container (a hanging bottle, a hanging bag, etc.) (not shown in the figure), in this embodiment, a hook 11 is provided at the top end of the support 1, and the medicine liquid container is hung on the hook. The gravity sensor 2 is positioned on the hook 11 of the bracket 1 and is used for detecting the gravity of the container. The controller 3 has an input end and an output end, the input end is connected with the gravity sensor 2, and the output end is connected with the alarm prompter 4.
In addition, the controller 3 also edits residual liquid gravity thresholds of various liquid medicines contained in containers with various specifications, and judges whether the liquid medicines are used up or not according to detected gravity information. Specifically, the controller 3 receives the real-time gravity sent by the gravity sensor 2, and when the gravity sensed by the gravity sensor 2 is lower than the residual liquid threshold value, the controller 3 starts the alarm prompter 4 to alarm.
To avoid errors due to the controller 3's judgment of the initial value, the infusion set in this embodiment further comprises a data input terminal 5, and the data input terminal 5 is connected to the input terminal of the controller 3. The data input by the data input terminal 5 are the name of the drug solution and the specification of the container, including the type of the container (infusion bottle or infusion bag) and the capacity of the container. The data input terminal 5 may be a mobile communication device or a touch screen, etc.
When the intelligent transfusion device is used, a liquid medicine container is held on the hook 11 of the bracket 1, and the type of the liquid medicine and the specification of the container are input through the data input terminal 5; the data input terminal 5 transmits the input initial value to the controller 3, the controller 3 initializes, searches a corresponding program according to the input initial value and detects the program; when the dropping speed calculated by the controller 3 according to the real-time gravity information detected by the gravity sensor 2 exceeds the standard range in the controller, the controller 3 sends a control signal to the alarm prompter 4 to perform alarm prompt; when the real-time gravity information detected by the gravity sensor 2 is lower than the residual liquid gravity threshold value, the controller 3 also sends a control signal to the alarm prompter 4 for alarm prompt. The alarm prompter 4 can be placed in a medical room, and medical staff can immediately go to a corresponding patient to solve the problem after receiving the alarm.
The intelligent transfusion device collects real-time gravity information of a liquid medicine container by arranging the gravity sensor 2 on the support 1 and sends the information to the controller 3, the controller 3 judges the information through the real-time gravity information and starts the alarm prompter 4 to give an alarm when the information exceeds a set standard, and the intelligent transfusion device can automatically monitor the transfusion condition without the need of monitoring a transfusion device by medical staff, accompanying staff or patients at any time.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
