Description

Laparoscope with telescopic function
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a laparoscope with a telescopic function.
Background
At present, the laparoscopic surgery equipment and instruments are widely applied to the operation of clinical abdominal and thoracic surgeries, and the laparoscopic surgery has obvious advantages compared with the traditional surgery, and has the advantages of small wound, quick recovery, light pain, early discharge and the like. The endoscope is generally extended inwards to a part, so that the whole laparoscope pipeline needs to be moved, and fixing mechanisms on the endoscope need to be repositioned and fixed; this takes a lot of time; therefore, there is a need for a laparoscope that can be partially extended without moving as a whole.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to provide a laparoscope having a telescopic function in view of the above-mentioned situation.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a laparoscope with telescopic function comprising: camera lens, a plurality of concatenation body, a plurality of extensible member, circuit pipe, it is a plurality of the concatenation body with a plurality of extensible member interval connection forms total body, the camera lens sets up the tip of total body, circuit pipe sets up total body and with the camera lens is connected, extensible member can expand or reduce in order to adjust the concatenation body with interval between the concatenation body.
The invention has the following effects: according to the invention, the splicing pipe bodies are arranged discontinuously, and the telescopic pieces are arranged among the splicing pipe bodies and used for adjusting the distance among the splicing pipe bodies, so that the purpose of local contraction or extension of the laparoscopic pipeline is realized.

FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of a laparoscope with a telescopic function according to the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic view of a connection structure between the splicing pipe body and the telescopic member in fig. 1.
Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a schematic view of a laparoscope with a telescopic function according to the present invention is shown. The laparoscope with the telescopic function comprises: camera lens 1, a plurality of concatenation body 2, a plurality of extensible member 3, circuit pipe 4, it is a plurality of concatenation body 2 with a plurality of 3 interval connections of extensible member form total body 5, camera lens 1 sets up the tip of total body 5, circuit pipe 4 sets up total body 5 and with camera lens 1 is connected, extensible member 3 can expand or reduce in order to adjust concatenation body 2 with interval between the concatenation body 2.
The concatenation body 2 is the tubulose, the both ends of concatenation body 2 to the outside extension of concatenation body 2 forms first outer butt ring 21 and the outer butt ring 22 of second respectively, the both ends of concatenation body 2 to the inside extension of concatenation body 2 forms first interior butt ring 23 and the interior butt ring 24 of second respectively.
The telescopic member 3 comprises an inner tube 31, an outer tube 32, an annular inflatable bag 33 and a plurality of abutting springs 34.
The inner pipe 31 and the outer pipe 32 are tubular, and the inner diameter of the outer pipe 32 is larger than the outer diameter of the inner pipe 31.
The inner tube 31 is arranged in the splicing tube body 2, two ends of the inner tube 31 extend towards the inner wall of the splicing tube body 2 to form a first inner tube abutting end 311 and a second inner tube abutting end 312, the abutting spring 34 is arranged between the first inner tube abutting end 311 and the first inner abutting ring 23, and two ends of the abutting spring 34 are fixed with the first inner tube abutting end 311 and the first inner abutting ring 23; the abutting spring 34 is provided between the second inner tube abutting end 312 and the second inner abutting ring 24, and both ends of the abutting spring 34 are fixed to the second inner tube abutting end 312 and the second inner abutting ring 24.
The outer tube 32 sets up the outside of concatenation body 2, the both ends of outer tube 32 to the extension of concatenation body 2 outer wall forms first outer tube butt end 321 and second outer tube butt end 322, first outer tube butt end 321 with be equipped with between the first outer butt ring 21 butt spring 34, the both ends of this butt spring 34 with first outer tube butt end 321 with first outer butt ring 21 is fixed, second outer tube butt end 322 with be equipped with between the second outer butt ring 22 butt spring 34, the both ends of this butt spring 34 with second outer tube butt end 322 and the second outer butt ring 22 is fixed.
The annular inflation bag 33 is disposed between the inner tube 31 and the outer tube 32, and abuts against the ends of the two splicing tubes 2 connected to the telescopic member 3.
The inner tube 31 is provided with an inflation through hole 311, the air pipe of the annular inflatable bag 33 penetrates through the inflation through hole 311, and the air pipe of the annular inflatable bag 33 is connected with the fan.
In this embodiment, the portion of the splicing pipe body 2 contacting the telescopic member 3 is a hard pipe, and the rest portion is a hose.
In this embodiment, the inner tube 31 and the outer tube 32 are hard tubes.
In an initial state, the annular inflatable bag 33 is filled with partial gas, and the abutting spring 34 is in a compressed state; when the laparoscope is used, the laparoscope is stretched into the abdomen of a patient to observe the abdominal cavity, when the laparoscope needs to be stretched, air is blown into the annular inflatable bag 33 through the fan, the annular inflatable bag 33 is inflated and expanded, the two splicing pipe bodies 2 connected with the telescopic piece 3 are pushed to move back to back, the pipeline of the laparoscope is stretched, and when the abutting spring 34 is compressed to the minimum state, the pipeline of the laparoscope is stretched to the longest; when the laparoscope tube needs to be contracted, the fan rotates reversely to suck out air in the annular inflatable bag 33, and the splicing tube body 2 moves oppositely under the action of the abutting spring 34, so that the laparoscope tube is contracted.
According to the invention, the splicing pipe bodies are arranged discontinuously, and the telescopic pieces are arranged among the splicing pipe bodies and used for adjusting the distance among the splicing pipe bodies, so that the purpose of local contraction or extension of the laparoscopic pipeline is realized.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
