Description

Biogas slurry filtering and irrigating device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biogas slurry treatment, in particular to a biogas slurry filtering and irrigating device.
Background
With the large-scale development of domestic livestock and poultry breeding industry, the fecal sewage treatment of the livestock and poultry breeding farm becomes a concern for people, and the construction of large and medium-sized biogas projects provides a powerful solution for the fecal sewage treatment of the large-scale livestock and poultry breeding farm. The method takes the feces of the farm as the fermentation raw material to obtain the clean energy biogas, thereby improving the environment of the farm and reducing the pressure on the environment caused by the feces. But simultaneously, large and medium-sized biogas projects generate a large amount of anaerobic residue biogas slurry, and if the anaerobic residue biogas slurry is not fully and reasonably utilized, the biogas slurry can cause secondary pollution to the environment again, so that the development of large-scale aquaculture is restricted.
The existing main treatment mode of the biogas slurry mainly comprises two modes of direct artificial irrigation and artificial wetland digestion, the two modes easily cause secondary pollution, accurate irrigation technologies such as drip irrigation and the like and equipment are adopted for carrying out biogas slurry irrigation, and the method is an effective way and mode for recycling the biogas slurry. The biogas slurry contains a large amount of organic suspended matters and microorganisms, and algae, bacterial clusters and other substances are easy to propagate in the pipeline, so that the pipeline and an emitter are easy to block. At present, the existing domestic related filtering equipment can not meet the requirements of biogas slurry irrigation engineering, which causes the difficulty in large-area popularization of the biogas slurry irrigation engineering.
In order to solve the problem that biogas slurry irrigation equipment is easy to block, chinese patent publication No. CN102527147A discloses a graded filtering and water-gas combined backwashing device for biogas slurry irrigation, comprising: the sewage treatment system comprises four systems of a grading sewage blocking box, water inlet and liquid inlet, a laminated net type filter group and water-gas combined backwashing. The laminated filter and the screen filter are combined into the filter group to serve as a biogas slurry double-filtering device, so that the filtering efficiency can be improved, the reverse flushing can be conveniently implemented, the working efficiency of the device is improved by combining the water-gas combined flushing function, and the device is not easy to block.
However, the above technical solutions still have disadvantages in practical use, which are as follows: in the technical scheme, an air compression pump is independently arranged for cleaning the filtering device, and irrigation water in an air joint pipeline is used for reversely washing the filtering device, so that the defect that the structure of irrigation equipment is more complex and the use cost is higher due to the added air compression pump and matched pipelines thereof is overcome; meanwhile, when the pipeline is backwashed by air, the biogas slurry at the sewage discharge port is easy to splash due to the instability of the flow rate of the air in the pipeline, so that the surrounding environment is polluted.
