Detailed Description
The voice recognition type remote control device of the television picture position regulator of the embodiment of the invention can effectively prevent the misoperation of the household appliance caused by the unnecessary voice command which is not caused by the voice command of the user but caused by the surrounding noise.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a tv screen position adjuster of a voice recognition type remote control apparatus to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied includes: a bracket (10); a main bracket (20) fixedly mounted on the upper portion of the bracket (10); a hollow guide pipe (30) vertically attached to the main bracket (20); an auxiliary bracket (40) which follows the guide pipe to move up and down; a main link (50) rotatably coupled to the front of the auxiliary bracket (40) by a link (41) to perform seesaw movement and having a television screen (T) mounted at the front end thereof; an angle adjustment motor (61) that is attached to the auxiliary stand and adjusts the vertical angle of the television screen (T) by rotating the main link (50) about the hinge (41); and an elevation adjustment motor (32) that is attached to the main bracket (20) and that elevates the auxiliary bracket (40).
A guide rod (31) rotated by the lift adjustment motor (32) is provided inside the guide pipe (30), and the auxiliary bracket (40) is screwed to the guide rod (31) and is supported by a plurality of rollers (42) on the outer surface of the guide pipe by the drive of the lift adjustment motor (32) to be lifted.
With reference to fig. 3, when the angle adjustment motor (61) is driven, the pinion (65) rotates and rotates the fan-shaped gear (51) fixed to the main link (50), and the angle of the television screen (T) is adjusted up and down while the main link (50) rotates in conjunction with this rotation.
In the above-described television picture position adjuster, the elevation angle and the elevation angle of the television picture (T) are adjusted by a voice command of a user.
Referring to fig. 5, which shows a configuration of a voice recognition infrared remote control device (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention, the voice recognition infrared remote control device (100) includes a microphone (110), a voice recognition unit (120), a key input unit (130), a control unit (140), an ir (infrared ray) code output unit (150), a memory (160), and a charging unit (170).
The microphone (110) converts the input user voice into an analog voice signal, which is an electrical signal, and outputs the signal to the voice recognition unit (120). The microphone (110) is installed in the remote control device, and can be installed at any place of the remote control device as long as the voice of the user can be normally input.
A voice recognition unit (120) analyzes and recognizes an electric voice signal input from a microphone (110) based on a predetermined algorithm, generates a voice code corresponding to the voice signal, and outputs the generated voice code to a control unit (140).
For example, the voice recognition unit (120) may analyze a voice waveform of the input analog voice signal to extract a feature and generate a voice code corresponding thereto, or may convert the input analog voice signal into a digital signal and extract a feature from the converted digital voice signal to generate a voice code corresponding thereto. However, these speech recognition methods are merely examples, and any existing speech recognition algorithm may be used as the speech recognition method.
The key input section (130) includes a plurality of input keys and outputs a key signal corresponding to an input key selected (pressed) by a user to the control section (140). In particular, the key input part (130) may include an input key (voice command key) reporting a voice command input. At this time, either a separate dedicated key or a conventional input key may be used as the voice command key.
A control unit (140) determines which command the command included in the user's voice belongs to from the voice code input from the voice recognition unit (120) and the code information stored in advance in the memory (160), and generates a control signal corresponding to the determination result and outputs the control signal to an IR code output unit (150). In this case, the control signal is a signal for controlling the operation of a control target (e.g., a television).
In particular, the control section (140) according to the present embodiment generates and outputs a control signal corresponding to a voice code without condition because the voice code is input from the voice recognition section (120), but generates and outputs a control signal corresponding to the input voice code only when a certain condition is sufficiently predetermined. For example, when a key signal for a speech key is input and a speech code (pre-speech code) for a predetermined specific word (e.g., 'merser') is input, the control section (140) generates a control signal corresponding to the pre-speech code and outputs the control signal to the IR code output section (150). In this case, the control unit (140) can confirm whether or not the previous voice code is input before the main voice code without considering the input of the key signal.
When a control signal is input from the control unit (140), an IR code output unit (150) generates an IR code corresponding to the input control signal, converts the generated IR code into an IR signal, and outputs the IR signal. For example, the IR code output unit (150) converts a control signal input from the control unit (140) into a pulse signal, and then converts the pulse signal into an optical signal by an infrared transmission LED and outputs the optical signal.
The memory (160) stores cooperation information about a control signal for controlling an action of a control object (e.g., a television) and a voice code. Also, the memory (160) stores information on the preliminary voice code.
The charging unit (170) stores power supplied from the outside and supplies power necessary for the operation of the remote control device. The charging part (170) may include a charging terminal (including a charging mat) for receiving power supply from the outside, a battery (secondary battery) for charging or discharging power, and a charger (charger) for storing the power supplied through the charging terminal in the battery. At this time, as a method of charging the power to the battery, the power supply may be directly received from the outside through the micro USB terminal, or the power supply may be received through the cradle by inserting the remote control device into the cradle (cradle) as shown in fig. 6.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart for explaining a voice control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a diagram showing a case where the elevation and angle of the television screen (T) are adjusted by using a remote control device.
According to the present embodiment, a case where the remote control apparatus (100) is remotely controlled as a television will be exemplified. In this case, the television apparatus has a function of adjusting the angle of the screen in the up-down direction (up) or down direction (down) or in the front-back direction according to a remote control signal (for example, an infrared signal).
In order to raise the television screen as shown in fig. 8, the user approaches the microphone (110) of the remote control (100) in a state where the voice command key of the remote control (100) is pressed and uses the voice command: "silently," raise the television.
Thus, when the voice of the user is inputted to the microphone (110), the microphone (110) converts the voice of the user into an analog voice signal as an electric signal and outputs the signal to the voice recognition unit (120) (step 210).
When a voice signal as an analog point signal is input from the microphone (110), the voice recognition unit (120) recognizes the voice signal and generates a voice code (step 220).
For example, a speech recognition unit (120) analyzes an input speech signal according to a predetermined speech recognition algorithm to extract the characteristics of a speech waveform and generates a speech code corresponding to the extracted characteristics. At this time, since the present invention is not characterized by the speech recognition itself, any existing algorithm can be used as the algorithm for speech recognition.
In other words, the speech recognition unit (120) generates a speech code corresponding to "silently" and raises the television to "and outputs the speech code to the control unit (140).
When a voice code is input, the control unit (140) first confirms whether or not a key signal for a predetermined voice command key is input (step 230).
When a key signal for a voice command key is input, the control unit (140) checks whether or not a predetermined prior voice code is included in the input voice code (step 240).
For example, the control unit (140) compares the first input code value of the input speech code with the information of the predetermined speech code set in advance in the memory (160) in order to confirm whether or not the predetermined speech code exists in the front of the input speech code. In other words, the control unit (140) confirms whether or not the voice code is input before the voice code for the command for directly controlling the operation of the television apparatus.
According to the result of the confirmation, when it is confirmed that the voice code of the voice "silent silk" which is the same voice code as the predetermined previous voice code is first inputted, the control unit (140) compares the code value of the main voice code which is the voice code after the previous voice code with the command code stored in the memory (160) to confirm which command the voice command of the user belongs to.
When the command ("raise") of the user is confirmed, the control section (140) generates a control signal corresponding to the command, that is, a control signal instructing to raise and lower the adjustment motor (32) so that the screen of the television apparatus is raised, and outputs the control signal to the IR code output section (150) (step 250).
When a control signal is received from the control unit (140), the IR code output unit (150) generates an IR code corresponding to the control signal, and converts the generated IR code into an IR code by the infrared transmission LED and outputs the IR code (step 260).
When an IR signal outputted from an IR code output unit (150) is inputted to an IR receiver of a television device, the television device drives an up-down adjustment motor (32) provided inside to raise a television screen.
Although the foregoing embodiment has been described only by way of example in the case where "silent" is set for a pre-speech code, various other words may be set as speech for a pre-speech code.
Also, in the foregoing embodiment, the explanation was given by way of example as a situation in which the command is only "raise", but voice commands of "down", "lift", "stop", and the like may be executed in the same manner.
In other words, when a command such as "take down", "lower", "lift", "stop" is input together with the word "siler", the control unit (140) can generate a control signal for operating the up-down adjustment motor (32) or the angle adjustment motor (61) of the television apparatus or stopping the operation of the drive motor in accordance with the command to output the IR signal, thereby allowing the user to again lower the television screen or adjust the angle (tilt) of the screen in the front-rear direction to the extent required by the user.
Fig. 9 is a view showing the shape of a voice recognition type infrared remote control apparatus according to other embodiments of the present invention.
In the foregoing embodiments, the case where the voice recognition type infrared remote control device is applied to remote control has been described. In contrast, fig. 9 shows a case where the voice recognition type infrared remote control device is applied to a cradle for charging remote control. For example, a microphone and an IR transmission LED for receiving voice input are provided on the surface of the holder, and another configuration shown in fig. 5 is provided inside the holder.
In this case, an input key at the remote control may be used as the voice command key. In other words, when a specific input key (voice command key) in the remote control is pressed, the same voice command as the above-described voice command is input through the microphone in the cradle, and the operation of the television can be controlled by voice.
The above description is merely an exemplary description of the technical idea of the present invention, and a person of ordinary skill in the art should be able to implement various modifications and variations within a scope not departing from the essential characteristics of the present invention.
Therefore, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention are not intended to limit the technical spirit of the present invention but to illustrate the technical spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. The scope of the present invention should be construed in accordance with the following claims, and all technical ideas belonging to the scope of equivalents thereof should be construed to be included in the scope of the claims.
