Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a hot water circulation device for a hot water mat according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating a hot water circulation device for a hot water mat according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
fig. 3 is an exploded view showing a case of a hot water circulation device for a hot water mat according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention,
fig. 4 is a plan view illustrating a lower case of a hot water circulation device for a hot water mat according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a hot water circulation device 1000 for a hot water mat for supplying hot water to a mat portion (not shown) includes a case 100, a connection member 200, a heating portion 300, a guide discharge portion 400, and a connection pipe 410 (shown in fig. 6).
The housing 100 is formed with a space for receiving water therein, and includes: an openable lower case 110, and an upper case 150 for covering an opened upper portion of the lower case 110. The lower case 110 includes: a bottom surface portion 112 formed at the bottom and a side wall portion 114 protruding toward the upper portion thereof along the outer edge of the bottom surface portion 112. The interior of the lower case 110 is partitioned into a barrier partition 130, a first space 134 located on one side of the barrier partition, and a second space 136 located on the other side of the barrier partition. Further, an O-ring 115 having a packing function is provided on the upper side of the side wall portion 114, and can be attached to a lid portion 152 described later in a watertight manner. In addition, a drain portion 113 may be formed on the bottom surface of the bottom surface portion 112 so as to be able to drain water inside the case 100.
The upper case 150 includes: a cover 152 for covering the opened upper portion of the lower case 110; and a convex portion 154 formed to protrude from the center of the cover portion 152 toward the upper portion thereof. An air layer 156 having an empty space communicating with the lower case 110 is formed inside the projection 154. When more water is supplied to the lower case 110 than necessary, water exceeding a predetermined amount of water is contained in the air layer 156. Alternatively, when the air inside the lower case 110 expands to a required air amount or more, the air exceeding the predetermined air amount is contained in the air layer 156. A pressure reducing Valve 170(Relief Valve) may be provided on the side of the convex portion 154. The pressure reducing valve 170 is a valve capable of controlling pressure, and is capable of maintaining the pressure inside the housing 100 below a predetermined pressure by discharging gas inside the housing 100 to the outside when the pressure inside the housing 100 exceeds the predetermined pressure. As described above, since the casing 100 is provided with the air layer 156 and the pressure reducing valve 170, even if the internal pressure abnormally rises, the casing 100 can be safely controlled so as not to explode.
Further, a plurality of upper fastening portions 160 are formed along the outer edge of the lid portion 152 provided in the upper case 150 in the direction of the side wall portion 114, and a plurality of lower fastening portions 120 are formed along the outer edge provided on the upper side of the side wall portion 114 of the lower case 110 so as to be engageable with the upper fastening portions 160. Among them, the upper fastening part 160 is formed in a simple structure that is inserted into the lower fastening part 120 and then snap-coupled with the lower portion of the lower fastening part, and thus, the upper case 150 can be easily assembled to the lower case 110, and thus productivity can be improved.
In addition, the present invention may further comprise: and a plurality of coupling portions 180 for integrally coupling the cover portion 152 of the upper case 150 and the side wall portions 114 of the lower case 110. The joint 180 can be formed by, for example: the bolt is formed in a bolt shape, and the water level detection sensor 182 may be provided for any one of the coupling portions 180 selected from the plurality of coupling portions 180. The water level detection sensor 182 detects the depth of water contained in the lower case 110, and a lower end portion thereof may be formed to be exposed to the inside of the lower case 110. Such a water level detection sensor 182 can be formed of, for example: an electronic water level detection sensor 182 for detecting a change in capacitance. When the water level detection sensor 182 detects that the water level of the water in the lower housing 110 is lowered to a predetermined level or less, a water shortage may be notified to the outside by activating a water supplement indicator (not shown) attached to the upper housing 150, or the operation of the heating part 300 may be stopped. As described above, the water level detection sensor 182 is formed in a bolt shape, and can simultaneously have a fastening action and a detection action, and thus, a manufacturing cost can be saved.
The link member 200 is separately assembled to the outside of the case 100, and includes: a supply part 202 connected to the mat part and receiving water supplied from the mat part; a discharge part 204 connected to the mat part and discharging the hot water inside the case 100 to the mat part; and a connection portion 206 integrally connecting the supply portion 202 and the discharge portion 204. In addition, the supply portion 202 and the discharge portion 204 are coupled to the side wall portion 114 of the lower case 110, so that water supplied to the supply portion 202 flows into the lower case 110, and hot water in the lower case 110 is discharged to the discharge portion 204. On the other hand, a first blocking portion 203 (shown in fig. 5) for blocking the supply portion 202 is attached to the supply portion 202, and a second blocking portion 205 (shown in fig. 6) for blocking the discharge portion 204 is attached to the discharge portion 204. In addition, when the supply portion 202 and the discharge portion 204 are connected to the cushion portion, the first blocking portion 203 and the second blocking portion 205 will move, thereby causing the supply portion 202 and the discharge portion 204 to be opened.
The heating part 300 is located at one side of the inside of the lower housing 110, that is: a first space portion 134, and can be formed of, for example: an electronic water heater electrically heated to a predetermined temperature, and the like.
The guide discharge part 400 is located at the other side of the inside of the lower case 110, that is: the second space portion 136 or the outer side of the lower case 110 may be formed by, for example: the bottom surface of the bottom surface portion 112 of the lower case 110 is directly connected to communicate with the second space portion 136 in the lower case 110. As described above, the guide discharge part 400 can be directly and integrally coupled to the outside of the lower case 110, and thus, has a simple structure and is easily assembled. Among them, the guide discharge part 400 may be formed of, for example: the water pump is a conventional water pump that pumps water by power, and can pump water located in the second space 136 to a connection pipe 410, which will be described later.
The connection pipe 410 is integrally formed on the bottom surface of the bottom surface portion 112 of the lower case 110, has one end connected to the side portion of the guide discharge portion 400 and the other end connected to the discharge portion 204, and is capable of discharging the water pumped by the guide discharge portion 400 to the discharge portion 204.
On the other hand, the blocking partition 130 and the support rib 140 are further provided inside the lower case 110, and this will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of section a-a' in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a blocking barrier 130 is formed upright between one side and the other side of the inside of the lower case 110, that is: between the first space portion 134 and the second space portion 136, for example: the plate shape is formed. The barrier ribs 130 are formed to have a height lower than that of the lower case 110, and a left-right width of the barrier ribs 130 is formed so as not to contact the side wall portions 114 of the lower case 110. Thus, the fluid transfer portion 132 having an empty space is formed between the baffle plate 130 and the side wall portion 114 of the lower case 110, so that water of the first space portion 134 is easily transferred to the second space portion 136. In addition, the water located in the first space part 134 may move to the second space part 136 via the upper portion of the blocking partition 130.
Since the heating part 300 is provided in the first space part 134, when the water supplied from the supply part 202 to the first space part 134 is heated to the hot water by the heating part 300, the hot water can be moved to the second space part 136 through the fluid moving part 132 and the upper part of the baffle plate 130. At this time, the first space part 134 forms an additional space with respect to the second space part 136 by blocking the partition plate 130, and therefore, the water located in the first space part 134 is uniformly heated by the heating part 300 to generate sufficiently heated hot water, and the hot water generated as above moves to the second space part 136, and therefore, the water of the second space part 136 can be supplied with the sufficiently heated hot water also by the hot water supplied from the first space part 134.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of section B-B' in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the support rib 140 is provided on the inner side opposite to the second space portion 136 of the side wall portion 114 of the lower case 110 and formed long in the up-down direction, and a plurality of support ribs may be formed to protrude at regular intervals. Such support ribs 140 can reinforce the strength of the side wall portions 114 of the lower case 110. That is, the second space 136 contains cold water having a temperature lower than that of the hot water heated by the heating part 300, and when the hot water moves to the second space 136 in this state, the side wall 114 of the lower housing 110 may be expanded or cracked due to a temperature difference between the cold water and the hot water. In the present invention, the side wall portion 114 of the lower case 110 is formed with the plurality of support ribs 140 so that the side wall portion 114 has a strong support strength, and thus, even if the hot water in the first space portion 134 moves to the second space portion 136, the side wall portion 114 can maintain a strong form.
On the other hand, the hot water moved from the first space part 134 to the second space part 136 is uniformly mixed with the relatively cold water of the second space part 136, so that the hot water is formed by uniformly mixing the water. The hot water formed as above is discharged to the guide discharge part 400 through the connection pipe 410 by the pressure of the heater. In addition, the hot water discharged to the guide discharge part 400 is re-moved to the supply part 202 after being circulated to the pad part.
