Abstract
The invention provides a method for realizing the compatibility of earphone and serial port functions through an earphone pin, which realizes the compatibility of earphone and serial port functions through the earphone pin and has strong reliability, simple operation and lower cost.
Description
Technical Field

Background
For debug of television sets, it is often the case that we are faced with in production as well as after-market. In order to prevent the misoperation of the consumer, a debug socket reserved on the main board is generally not opened outside the television. After-sale service personnel conveniently debug the motor machine without detaching the rear shell, and the debugging interface generally needs to be compatible with a common terminal on the television. The conventional method is to use a compatible serial port function on the NCPIN on the VGA terminal, but with the decrease of the VGA terminal in practical application, many televisions slowly begin to cancel the VGA terminal, and the serial port function attached to the VGA terminal also needs to find other terminals for compatibility.
When the VGA terminal is eliminated, there are two solutions in the industry: 1) the USB3.0 socket is used, only the function of USB2.0 is used, and the rest of USB3.0 _ TX + and USB3.0 _ TX-are used for being compatible with the function of a serial port. 2) Two pins of I2C _ SDA and I2C _ SCL in the HDMI channel are used for being compatible with the serial port function by adding a triode for switching.
However, although the two methods can solve the problem of serial port function compatibility, the operation is more complex and the cost is higher.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for realizing the compatibility of the functions of the earphone and the serial port through the earphone pin, which realizes the compatibility of the earphone pin and the serial port simultaneously, and has the advantages of strong reliability, simple operation and lower cost.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a method for realizing the functions of an earphone and a serial port through an earphone pin, which comprises an earphone plug with 4 pins of a GND grounding end, an MIC microphone, a right sound channel and a left sound channel, a serial port plate with 4 pins of a GND grounding end, a digital signal channel control end, a serial input end and a serial output end, an earphone seat corresponding to the earphone plug on a television mainboard end, and a change-over switch circuit on the television mainboard end, wherein the method for realizing the functions of the earphone and the serial port through the earphone pin comprises the following steps:
s1: respectively corresponding a 4-pin GND grounding end, an MIC microphone, a right sound channel and a left sound channel of the earphone plug to a 4-pin GND grounding end, a digital signal channel control end, a serial input end and a serial output end of a serial port plate;
s2: monitoring the voltage of the earphone seat corresponding to the MIC microphone;
s3: the changeover switch circuit comprises a signal switch, wherein an Asel pin of the signal switch is fixed to be at a low level, a VAUDIO pin of the signal switch is connected with a 5V power supply, a Vbus pin of the signal switch is connected with a 4.7K pull-down resistor, when no external part is inserted into the earphone seat, the voltage of the Vbus pin of the signal switch, namely the voltage of the position, corresponding to the MIC microphone, in the earphone seat is at a low voltage, and the signal switch is switched to an earphone channel by default; when the earphone plug is inserted into the earphone seat, the voltage of the Vbus pin of the signal switch is kept in a low level state, and the signal switch is kept switched to an earphone channel; when the serial port line is inserted into the earphone seat, the voltage of the Vbus pin of the signal switch is 3.3V, and the signal switch is switched to a serial port channel.
Further, in step S3, when the serial port line is pulled out from the earphone socket, the signal switch is immediately cut to the earphone channel.
Further, the earphone plug is 3.5mm, and the earphones comprise earphones with MIC and earphones without MIC.
Further, the signal switch is of a model TS5USBA 224.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

s3: the changeover switch circuit comprises a signal switch, wherein an Asel pin of the signal switch is fixed to be at a low level, a VAUDIO pin of the signal switch is connected with a 5V power supply, a Vbus pin of the signal switch is connected with a 4.7K pull-down resistor, when no external part is inserted into the earphone seat, the voltage of the Vbus pin of the signal switch, namely the voltage of the position, corresponding to the MIC microphone, in the earphone seat is at a low voltage, and the signal switch is switched to an earphone channel by default; when the earphone plug is inserted into the earphone seat, the voltage of the Vbus pin of the signal switch is kept in a low level state, and the signal switch is kept switched to an earphone channel; when the serial port line is inserted into the earphone seat, the voltage of the Vbus pin of the signal switch is 3.3V, and the signal switch is switched to a serial port channel.
Further, in step S3, when the serial port line is pulled out from the earphone socket, the signal switch is immediately cut to the earphone channel.
In this embodiment, since the serial port board introduces a 3.3V level at MIC, when the serial port line is inserted into the earphone seat, the voltage on Vbus is 3.3V at this time, and the signal switch switches to the serial port channel.
Further, the earphone plug is 3.5mm, and the earphones comprise earphones with MIC and ordinary earphones without MIC. If a common earphone, namely a common earphone without MIC, is connected to the earphone seat, Vbus is low level, the signal switch is switched to an earphone channel, and the earphone functions normally. If connect the earphone of taking MIC in the earphone seat, because MIC is the high impedance state, Vbus continues to keep the low level, and signal switch keeps switching over in the earphone passageway, and the earphone function is normal.
