Abstract
The invention relates to a television camera lifting and turning device, which is provided with a mounting frame, wherein a driving assembly capable of driving a camera is arranged on the mounting frame; the driving assembly comprises a lifting driving motor, a screw rod, a lifting sliding block and a lifting rod; the lifting driving motor is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame; the screw rod is rotationally connected to the mounting frame; the output rod of the lifting driving motor is in transmission connection with one end of the screw rod through a coupler; the screw rod is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame; the lifting sliding block is provided with a mounting hole and an internal threaded hole; one end of the lifting rod is arranged in the mounting hole of the lifting sliding block; the screw rod passes through the internal threaded hole of the lifting slide block and is in transmission fit with the internal threaded hole; the other end of the lifting rod is provided with a mounting rack for mounting the camera. The invention can realize the lifting of the television camera through the driving component, thereby providing possibility for the hidden installation of the television camera.

The mounting frame is also provided with a guide rod which is arranged in parallel with the screw rod; the lifting sliding block is provided with a guide hole; the guide rod passes through the guide hole and is mounted on the mounting frame.

A first housing is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame; the driving gear and the driven gear are located in the first housing.
A second housing is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame; the lifting driving motor and the rotating motor are fixedly connected to the second housing; one end of the guide rod and one end of the screw rod respectively extend into the second housing and are in transmission connection with the output shaft of the rotating motor and the output shaft of the lifting driving motor through the coupler.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the invention comprises a mounting frame 1, wherein a driving component 2 capable of driving a camera is arranged on the mounting frame 1; the driving assembly 2 includes a lift driving motor 21, a screw 22, a lift slider 23, a lift lever 24, a guide lever 25, a rotating motor 26, a driving gear 27, and a driven gear 28.
The lifting driving motor 21 is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame 1; the screw rod 22 is rotatably connected to the mounting frame 1; the output rod of the lifting driving motor 21 is in transmission connection with one end of the screw rod 22 through a coupler; the screw rod 22 is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame 1; the lifting slide block 23 is provided with a mounting block 231, an internal threaded hole 232 and a guide hole 233; one end of the lifting rod 24 is installed in the installation hole 231 of the lifting slide block 23; the screw rod 22 passes through the internal threaded hole 232 of the lifting slide block 23 and is in transmission fit with the internal threaded hole 232; the other end of the lifting rod 24 is provided with a mounting frame 3 for mounting the camera.
The screw rod 22 is arranged in parallel with the guide rod 25; the guide rod 25 passes through the guide hole 233.
The rotary motor 26 is fixedly connected to the mounting frame 1, and the driven gear 28 is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame 1; the guide rod 25 is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame 1; one end of the guide rod 25 is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the rotating motor 26 through a coupler; the other end of the guide rod 25 is in transmission connection with a driving gear 27; the driving gear 27 is in transmission fit with the driven gear 28; the driven gear 28 is provided with a through hole 281, and the through hole 281 is a flat hole; the lifting lever 24 includes a connecting portion 241 and a lifting portion 242; the connecting part 241 is cylindrical, and the connecting part 241 is rotatably arranged in the mounting hole 231 of the lifting slide block 23; the lifting part 242 is a flat bar; the lifting part 242 may pass through the through hole 281; the through hole 281 and the flat rod form a circumferential transmission fit.
The mounting frame 1 is fixedly provided with a first housing 4; the driving gear 27 and the driven gear 28 are located within the first housing 4.
A second housing 5 is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame 1; the lifting driving motor 21 and the rotating motor 26 are fixedly connected to the second housing 5; one end of the guide rod 25 and one end of the screw rod 22 extend into the second housing 5 and are in transmission connection with an output shaft of the rotating motor 26 and an output shaft of the lifting driving motor 21 through a coupler.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the action process of the lifting drive is as follows: the lifting driving motor 21 works to drive the screw rod 22 to rotate, and the screw rod 22 drives the lifting sliding block 23 to slide along the screw rod, so that the mounting frame 3 for mounting the camera is lifted up and down. Since the lifting rod 24 can pass through the through hole 281, the driven gear 28 does not affect the lifting of the mounting bracket 3.
The action process of the rotation driving is as follows: the rotating motor 26 works to drive the driving gear 27 to rotate, the driving gear 27 drives the driven gear 28 to rotate, and the driven gear 28 and the lifting part 242 of the lifting rod 24 form circumferential transmission fit, so that the lifting rod 24 is driven to rotate; thereby effecting rotation of the mounting 3.
The rotation of the mounting frame 3 may be performed as needed during the lifting and lowering.
