It should be noted that the MAC address is unique to the intelligent terminal. The MAC addresses of all the intelligent terminals are different.

In the embodiment of the invention, after the MAC address and the terminal machine model of the intelligent terminal are obtained, the encryption algorithm preset in the intelligent terminal is determined. Wherein the encryption algorithm may be MD5, a hash encryption algorithm, etc. The encryption algorithm is applied to encrypt the MAC address and the terminal machine model of the intelligent terminal, for example: the MAC address of the intelligent terminal is as follows: when the number of the terminals is A3:93:2F: DA: CD:51 and the terminal model is BKL-AL00, the encryption algorithm can be applied to carry out encryption calculation on A3:93:2F: DA: CD:51 and BKL-AL00 to obtain a unique customer service assistance code. And after the unique customer service assistance code is generated, storing the unique customer service assistance code into the storage space.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, in addition to obtaining the unique customer service assistance code by encrypting the MAC address and the terminal machine model, the unique customer service assistance code may also be obtained by encrypting and calculating the version number, the serial number, and the like of the intelligent terminal. At least any two pieces of terminal information, such as the MAC address, the terminal machine model, the version number, the serial number and the like, related to the intelligent terminal can be arranged and combined and then encrypted for calculation, and the unique customer service assistance code corresponding to the intelligent terminal is obtained.
In the remote connection method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the intelligent terminal needs to be remotely connected with the server, the only customer service assistance code of the intelligent terminal needs to be obtained. When the unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal, the unique customer service assistance code can be directly sent to the server so as to be remotely connected with the server. When the only customer service assistance code does not exist in the intelligent terminal, the customer service assistance service generates the only customer service assistance code, wherein in the generating process of the only customer service assistance code, the MAC address and the terminal machine model of the intelligent terminal are obtained firstly, and the MAC address and the terminal machine model are encrypted by applying a preset encryption algorithm to generate the only customer service assistance code of the intelligent terminal. After the customer service assistance service generates the unique customer service assistance code, the unique customer service assistance code is stored in a preset storage space, wherein the storage space may be the EMMC memory mentioned in the step S201.
It should be noted that, after the customer assistance service generates and stores the unique customer assistance code in the storage space, the unique customer assistance code in the storage space cannot be erased. After the intelligent terminal is closed, the intelligent terminal cannot be remotely connected with the server side, when the intelligent terminal is opened again and remotely connected, only the unique customer service assistance code needs to be acquired from the storage space, and a new unique customer service assistance code does not need to be generated through customer service assistance service.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the unique customer service assistance code does not exist in the intelligent terminal, the customer service assistance service encrypts the MAC address and the terminal machine model in the intelligent terminal to obtain the unique customer service assistance code, so that the uniqueness of the unique customer service assistance code is ensured, the generation process of the unique customer service assistance code is not required to be participated in the generation operation by a user, the generation is ensured to be finished under the condition that the user does not sense, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, after the unique customer service assistance code in the intelligent terminal is obtained, the unique customer service assistance code needs to be sent to the server, where the sending of the unique customer service assistance code to the server specifically includes:
detecting whether the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state;
if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state, the unique customer service assistance code is sent to the server;
and if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is not in the networking state, detecting the current network state of the intelligent terminal in real time, and sending the unique customer service assistance code to the server side until the intelligent terminal is detected to be in the networking state.
In the remote connection method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the unique customer service assistance code of the intelligent terminal is obtained, whether the current network state of the intelligent terminal is a networking state is detected, namely the network connection state of the intelligent terminal is detected. Since the remote connection between the intelligent terminal and the server requires that the intelligent terminal is in a networking state, in order to ensure the remote connection process between the intelligent terminal and the server, the current networking state of the intelligent terminal needs to be detected in real time. When the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state, the unique customer service assistance code of the intelligent terminal can be sent to the server side in the networking state. If the current network state of the intelligent terminal is not the networking state, namely the intelligent terminal is disconnected, the customer service assistance service cannot send the unique customer service assistance code to the service end, the customer service assistance service can continuously detect the network state of the intelligent terminal until the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in the networking state, and then the unique customer service assistance code is sent to the service end.
Optionally, if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is not in the networking state, the customer service assistance service may generate a networking prompt message to prompt the user to change the network state of the intelligent terminal.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the intelligent terminal is connected with the network currently is determined by detecting the current networking state of the intelligent terminal, and the unique customer service assistance code can be successfully sent to the server, so that the remote connection between the intelligent terminal and the server is realized.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, after the intelligent terminal is successfully remotely connected to the server, if some after-sale problems exist in the intelligent terminal and need to be solved by a server operator of the remote server, a user may send an operation request to the server through the intelligent terminal, and the specific process further includes:
when an operation request sent to the server by a user through the intelligent terminal is received, the operation request is sent to the server, so that the server sends a terminal operation prompt corresponding to the operation request to a server operator through a preset human-computer interaction page;
and when receiving an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request sent by the service-side operator through the service side, executing a terminal operation corresponding to the operation instruction, and sending an operation result of the terminal operation to the service side.
In the remote connection method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the intelligent terminal is successfully remotely connected with the server, a user of the intelligent terminal can send an operation request to the server through the intelligent terminal. The operation request is an operation request for requesting the server side to operate according to the after-sale problem of the intelligent terminal by the user according to the after-sale problem of the intelligent terminal. And when the customer service assistance service receives an operation request sent to the server by the user through the intelligent terminal, the operation request is sent to the server. And after the server receives the operation request, sending a terminal operation prompt to a server operator through a preset human-computer interaction interface, namely prompting the server operator about the after-sale problem fed back by the intelligent terminal user through a preset display interface. Specifically, the service end is connected with a customer service assistant of the service end, and a display interface of the customer service assistant displays a terminal operation prompt for a service end operator. The service end operator can issue an operation instruction according to the terminal operation prompt. The operation instruction includes, but is not limited to, installation and uninstallation of any application, a flashing service of the intelligent terminal, disinfection, memory cleaning and the like. And when receiving an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request sent by a server operator through the server, executing a terminal operation corresponding to the operation instruction according to the operation instruction, so that any application program specified by the instruction is installed or uninstalled in the intelligent terminal, or machine flushing, virus killing, cleaning and the like are performed. For example, when the recent card jam problem of the intelligent terminal is fed back in the operation request of the user, the service-side operator can issue an operation instruction for disinfection and cleaning, and the customer service assistance service or the intelligent terminal performs disinfection and cleaning operation on the intelligent terminal when receiving the operation instruction for disinfection and cleaning. After the terminal operation is completed, the operation result of the operation instruction can be fed back to the server, optionally, various current states in the intelligent terminal can also be fed back to the server, and specifically, the operation result and the various current states of the intelligent terminal can be displayed to a server operator in a graphical manner through a human-computer interaction interface by a customer service assistant.
It should be noted that, when the server issues an operation instruction to the intelligent terminal, the server needs to receive the operation instruction in the networking state of the intelligent terminal. And the customer service assistance service belongs to the root user group and has the root authority of the intelligent terminal, so that after the operation instruction is received, the customer service assistance service can be ensured to have the right to execute the terminal operation process of the operation instruction, and the terminal operation process can be ensured to be successfully executed.
Optionally, after the customer service assistance service in the intelligent terminal feeds back the current various states in the intelligent terminal to the service end, the service end operator may also actively issue an operation instruction according to the current various states in the intelligent terminal, for example, an application software in the intelligent terminal needs to be updated, and may issue an update instruction so that the intelligent terminal updates the application software without being perceived by a user. Or actively repairing the bugs of certain programs in the intelligent terminal so as to improve the use experience of the user.
Further, when the service-side operator issues the operation instruction to the intelligent terminal, the service-side may perform the verification of the rule and the authority according to the instruction issued by the service-side operator, and ensure that the operation instruction issued by the service-side operator is a regular operation instruction, so as to prevent an illegal user from pretending that the service-side operator sends an illegal operation instruction to the intelligent terminal, for example, an instruction for installing some illegal application programs or sending an illegal link to make the intelligent terminal suffer from an attack of a virus and other illegal operation instructions.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the intelligent terminal is remotely connected with the server, the intelligent terminal can receive the operation instruction issued by the server under the condition that a user does not sense the operation instruction, the customer service assistance service successfully executes the terminal operation process of the operation instruction according to the root authority owned by the intelligent terminal, and the whole process of operation is ensured to be free from the participation of the user, so that after-sale support is better provided for the user and the terminal using experience of the user is better improved.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the interaction process between the intelligent terminal and the server may be completed when the intelligent terminal is in a networking state. The specific implementation procedures and derivatives thereof of the above embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.
Corresponding to the method described in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a remote connection apparatus, which is used for implementing the method in fig. 1 specifically, the remote connection apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a computer terminal or various mobile devices, and a schematic structural diagram of the remote connection apparatus is shown in fig. 4, and specifically includes:
a starting unit 401, configured to start a customer service assistance service in an intelligent terminal when the intelligent terminal is started, where the customer service assistance service is an application program inside the intelligent terminal; the customer service assistance service belongs to a root user group of the intelligent terminal, and the root user group has a root authority of the intelligent terminal;
a determining unit 402, configured to determine whether a pre-generated unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal, where the unique customer service assistance code is a unique identification code for performing remote connection between the intelligent terminal and a preset server;
a sending unit 403, configured to send the unique customer service assistance code to the server when the unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal, and trigger the server to verify the unique customer service assistance code;
a detecting unit 404, configured to determine that the server passes the verification on the unique customer service assistance code when receiving a connection request returned by the server, and detect whether a current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state;
a connection unit 405, configured to start a root authority of the intelligent terminal by using the customer service assistance service if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state, and remotely connect the intelligent terminal and the server according to the root authority.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the determining unit includes:
the first acquisition subunit is used for acquiring each piece of identification information stored in a preset storage space;
a judging subunit, configured to judge whether there is identification information carrying a first identification bit in each piece of identification information, where the identification information carrying the first identification bit is identification information of the unique customer service assistance code;
a first determining subunit, configured to determine that the unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal if identification information carrying a first identification bit exists in each piece of identification information;
and the second determining subunit is configured to determine that the unique customer service assistance code does not exist in the intelligent terminal if the identification information carrying the first identification bit does not exist in each piece of identification information.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
and the generating unit is used for generating a unique customer service assistance code corresponding to the intelligent terminal when the unique customer service assistance code does not exist in the intelligent terminal, and storing the unique customer service assistance code in the storage space.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the generating unit includes:
the second acquiring subunit is used for acquiring terminal information of the intelligent terminal, wherein the terminal information comprises an MAC address of the intelligent terminal and a terminal machine model;
and the encryption subunit is used for determining an encryption algorithm preset in the intelligent terminal, encrypting the MAC address and the terminal machine model in the terminal information by applying the encryption algorithm and generating a unique customer service assistance code corresponding to the intelligent terminal.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the sending unit includes:
the detection subunit is configured to detect whether the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state:
the first sending subunit is configured to send the unique customer service assistance code to the server if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state;
and the second sending subunit is configured to detect the current network state of the intelligent terminal in real time if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is not in a networking state, and send the unique customer service assistance code to the server until the current network state of the intelligent terminal is detected to be in the networking state.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
the operation unit is used for sending an operation request to the server when receiving the operation request sent to the server by a user through the intelligent terminal, so that the server sends a terminal operation prompt corresponding to the operation request to a server operator through a preset human-computer interaction page; and when receiving an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request sent by the service-side operator through the service side, executing a terminal operation corresponding to the operation instruction, and sending an operation result of the terminal operation to the service side.
For the specific working processes of the starting unit 401, the judging unit 402, the sending unit 403, the detecting unit 404 and the connecting unit 405 in the remote connection device disclosed in the above embodiment of the present invention, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the remote connection method disclosed in the above embodiment of the present invention, and details are not described here.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which comprises stored instructions, wherein when the instructions are executed, the equipment where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the remote connection method.
An electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the structural diagram of the electronic device is shown in fig. 5, which specifically includes a memory 501 and one or more instructions 502, where the one or more instructions 502 are stored in the memory 501, and are configured to be executed by one or more processors 503 to perform the following operations according to the one or more instructions 502:
when the intelligent terminal is started, starting customer service assistance service in the intelligent terminal, wherein the customer service assistance service is an application program in the intelligent terminal; the customer service assistance service belongs to a root user group of the intelligent terminal, and the root user group has a root authority of the intelligent terminal;
judging whether a pre-generated unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal, wherein the unique customer service assistance code is a unique identification code for remotely connecting the intelligent terminal with a preset server;
when the unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal, the unique customer service assistance code is sent to the server, and the server is triggered to check the unique customer service assistance code;
when a connection request returned by the server is received, determining that the server passes the verification of the unique customer service assistance code, and detecting whether the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state;
and if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state, starting the root authority of the intelligent terminal by using the customer service assistance service, and remotely connecting the intelligent terminal with the server side according to the root authority.

Claims (10)

1. A method for remote connection, the method comprising:
when the intelligent terminal is started, starting customer service assistance service in the intelligent terminal, wherein the customer service assistance service is an application program in the intelligent terminal; the customer service assistance service belongs to a root user group of the intelligent terminal, and the root user group has a root authority of the intelligent terminal;
judging whether a pre-generated unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal, wherein the unique customer service assistance code is a unique identification code for remotely connecting the intelligent terminal with a preset server;
when the unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal, the unique customer service assistance code is sent to the server, and the server is triggered to check the unique customer service assistance code;
when a connection request returned by the server is received, determining that the server passes the verification of the unique customer service assistance code, and detecting whether the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state;
and if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state, starting the root authority of the intelligent terminal by using the customer service assistance service, and remotely connecting the intelligent terminal with the server side according to the root authority.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the pre-generated unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal comprises:
acquiring each identification information stored in a preset storage space;
judging whether identification information carrying a first identification position exists in each piece of identification information, wherein the identification information carrying the first identification position is the identification information of the unique customer service assistance code;
if the identification information carrying the first identification position exists in each piece of identification information, determining that the unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal;
and if the identification information carrying the first identification position does not exist in the identification information, determining that the unique customer service assistance code does not exist in the intelligent terminal.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and when the unique customer service assistance code does not exist in the intelligent terminal, generating the unique customer service assistance code corresponding to the intelligent terminal, and storing the unique customer service assistance code into the storage space.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein generating the unique assistance code corresponding to the smart terminal comprises:
acquiring terminal information of the intelligent terminal, wherein the terminal information comprises an MAC address and a terminal machine model of the intelligent terminal;
and determining an encryption algorithm preset in the intelligent terminal, encrypting the MAC address and the terminal machine model in the terminal information by applying the encryption algorithm, and generating a unique customer service assistance code corresponding to the intelligent terminal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the unique assistance code to a pre-configured server comprises:
detecting whether the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state;
if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state, the unique customer service assistance code is sent to the server;
and if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is not in the networking state, detecting the current network state of the intelligent terminal in real time, and sending the unique customer service assistance code to the server side until the intelligent terminal is detected to be in the networking state.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the intelligent terminal is remotely connected to the server, the method further comprises:
when an operation request sent to the server by a user through the intelligent terminal is received, the operation request is sent to the server, so that the server sends a terminal operation prompt corresponding to the operation request to a server operator through a preset human-computer interaction page;
and when receiving an operation instruction corresponding to the operation request sent by the service-side operator through the service side, executing a terminal operation corresponding to the operation instruction, and sending an operation result of the terminal operation to the service side.
7. A remote connection device, comprising:
the system comprises a starting unit, a service processing unit and a service processing unit, wherein the starting unit is used for starting customer service assistance service in an intelligent terminal when the intelligent terminal is started, and the customer service assistance service is an application program in the intelligent terminal; the customer service assistance service belongs to a root user group of the intelligent terminal, and the root user group has a root authority of the intelligent terminal;
the system comprises a judging unit, a service processing unit and a service processing unit, wherein the judging unit is used for judging whether a pre-generated unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal, and the unique customer service assistance code is a unique identification code for remote connection between the intelligent terminal and a preset server;
the sending unit is used for sending the unique customer service assistance code to the server and triggering the server to verify the unique customer service assistance code when the unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal;
the detection unit is used for determining that the server passes the verification of the unique customer service assistance code when receiving a connection request returned by the server, and detecting whether the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state;
and the connection unit is used for starting the root authority of the intelligent terminal by applying the customer service assistance service if the current network state of the intelligent terminal is in a networking state, and remotely connecting the intelligent terminal and the server side according to the root authority.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the determining unit comprises:
the first acquisition subunit is used for acquiring each piece of identification information stored in a preset storage space;
a judging subunit, configured to judge whether there is identification information carrying a first identification bit in each piece of identification information, where the identification information carrying the first identification bit is identification information of the unique customer service assistance code;
a first determining subunit, configured to determine that the unique customer service assistance code exists in the intelligent terminal if identification information carrying a first identification bit exists in each piece of identification information;
and the second determining subunit is configured to determine that the unique customer service assistance code does not exist in the intelligent terminal if the identification information carrying the first identification bit does not exist in each piece of identification information.

and the generating unit is used for generating a unique customer service assistance code corresponding to the intelligent terminal when the unique customer service assistance code does not exist in the intelligent terminal, and storing the unique customer service assistance code in the storage space.
