Background
The equipment in the conventional communication field is composed of a cabinet, a rack, a machine frame, a single board, and the like, but the equipment of different manufacturers is different and is not limited to the combination mode among the cabinet, the rack, the machine frame, and the single board. In addition, as equipment evolves, the equipment form of the same manufacturer also changes, for example, no rack is required to be configured, or no rack is required.
To draw a site device, two types of information are typically required: one is the physical information of the device, including size, picture, etc.; one type is configuration information for the devices, which is used to describe which devices are currently configured by the site. The combination of the two types of information can draw a device diagram of a station. However, as the devices are derived, the hierarchy of the devices may change, for example, as the evolution progresses, the racks are no longer needed, but are limited by the original device management manner, and the drawn device legend may also have racks, so that the device legend is not the appearance of real devices, which causes trouble to the device manager.

As shown in fig. 3, the device model 301 describes static information of the device, such as device name, size, etc. As shown in fig. 4, the equipment model mainly includes parameter information of objects such as a cabinet, a machine frame, a rack, and a board. Cabinet, rack and shelf objects, all including some common attributes such as device name, length, width, device picture; the attributes of the slot distribution on the equipment comprise the coordinates of the slot, the length and the width of the slot, the slot number and the like.
