The spring care should follow the principle of yang-nourishing and wind-proofing. In spring, the people are cold in the morning and evening, the weather changes rapidly, the yang qi of the human body conforms to nature and is dredged upwards and outwards, and the condition that the yang qi in the human body is damaged is avoided if the people need to pay attention to the preservation of the yang qi in the human body. Because the climate change is large in spring and people with weak constitution are difficult to adapt to the climate change, the climate change rate index is mainly used for spring old-age preservation, and the indexes of temperature, humidity, wind, sunshine and the like are used as auxiliary indexes.
Autumn old-age care is nourishing yin to prevent dryness, autumn yang qi gradually shrinks and yin qi grows, so that the function of nourishing yin is the primary task, and the key point of nourishing yin is dryness prevention. In autumn, the temperature begins to fall, the rainfall is reduced, the air humidity is relatively reduced, and the climate is more dry. Autumn qi should be lung, and dry weather in autumn is very likely to damage lung yin, so dry nature should be prevented in autumn health preservation.
In autumn, the dry qi also contains a cool autumn. After excessive diarrhea in summer, all tissue systems of the body are in a state of relatively poor water content, and if people catch cold again, a series of symptoms such as headache, nasal obstruction, stomachache, arthralgia and the like are easily caused, and even old diseases recur or new diseases are induced. The old and the weak people have poor adaptability and tolerance to the change and pay more attention to wind prevention and dryness prevention, so that the autumn old-care method mainly takes humidity and wind index as the main index and takes other indexes as the auxiliary indexes.
The first embodiment is as follows:

When the environmental parameters are obtained, the average value of each environmental parameter in each hour is obtained and used as the environmental parameter in the hour, and if the environmental parameter in a certain hour is vacant, a transition value is obtained by using fitting calculation.
The following table is a unit for each environmental parameter:
index (I) Period of time Unit of
Wind power H Stage
Temperature of H Degree of rotation
Humidity H Degree of rotation
Weather phenomenon H Rain and snow in cloudy or sunny days
Latitude Is free of Degree of rotation
Altitude (H) level Is free of M
Air pressure H hPa
Preferably, the acquiring environmental parameters of each travel destination suitable for old people in spring or autumn specifically comprises:

Example two:
example two a method for calculating a spring livability index is provided on the basis of example one.
The environmental indicators calculated in spring are defined as follows:
the temperature is the average temperature of the time period; the temperature change rate is the change rate of the daytime temperature and the nighttime temperature in a preset observation time (for example, the average value of the former 5 times of the change rate of the daytime temperature and the change rate of the nighttime temperature in three days is not more than 100%); the humidity is the average humidity of the time period; the humidity change rate is the change rate of the daytime humidity and the nighttime humidity in the observation time (for example, the average value of the former 5 times of the change rate of the daytime humidity and the nighttime humidity in three days is not more than 100%); the number of weather phenomena is the number of times of the weather phenomena in the observation time, namely the number of times of occurrence of cloudy weather, sunny weather, rain and snow; the latitude and the altitude are the latitude and the altitude corresponding to the tourist destination suitable for old people, and the air pressure is the air pressure of the time period.
Wherein the change rate is used to indicate the intensity of the change, and the greater the intensity of the change, the higher the change rate. For example: the temperature change rate is required to be effective in a certain temperature interval in spring, the temperature interval is the average temperature of one day or the current average temperature, the smaller the change intensity is, the lower the change rate is, the intensity of the temperature change rate can be divided into 3 grades according to the following table, wherein the smaller the temperature change rate is, the lower the grade is:
temperature interval Grade: is low in Grade: in Grade: height of
6℃~9℃ <40% 40%~80% >80%
10℃~20℃ <30% 30%~40% >40%
>20℃ <20% 20%~50% >50%
The temperature change rate can also be divided into an hour change rate and a four-section change rate which respectively represent the average change condition in one day and the change condition of day-night alternation in the morning and evening so as to adapt to the climate characteristics in spring.
In spring, the standard index is calculated by the following formula:
standard index A3 × 35% + a4 × 50% + A8 × 15%;
wherein, A3 ═ 100% — (temperature change rate + humidity change rate + a2) ÷ 3; when the weather phenomenon number is divided by 10>1, A2 is 100%, when the weather phenomenon number is divided by 10 not more than 1, A2 is the weather phenomenon number divided by 10;
a4 ═ (100-ABS (a 1-22) × 6) ÷ 100; a1 ═ temperature-0.55 × (1-humidity) × (temperature-14.4);
a8 ═ a5 × 30% + a6 × 30% + a7 × 40%; a5 ═ (ABS (latitude-35) × 2) ÷ 100; when altitude-1500 <0, a6 ÷ 100% ÷ 10000 × 2; when the altitude-1500 is greater than or equal to 0, a6 ═ altitude-1500 ÷ 10000 × 2; a7 ═ (1013-air pressure) ÷ 100.
The real-time index is calculated by:
real-time index B2 × 10% + B3 × 15% + B4 × 15% + B5 × 60%;
where B2 ═ (ABS (latitude-35) × 2) ÷ 100, where ABS is the absolute value operation; when altitude-1500 <0, B3 ÷ 100% ÷ 10000 × 2; when the altitude-1500 is more than or equal to 0, B3 is (altitude-1500) ÷ 10000 × 2; b4 ═ (1013-air pressure) ÷ 100; b5 ═ 100-ABS (B1-22) × 6 ÷ 100; b1 temperature-0.55 (1-humidity) x (temperature-14.4).
When the livable index is calculated by the management system, the principle that the climate change rate index is taken as a main index in spring and the indexes of temperature, humidity, wind, sunshine and the like are taken as auxiliary indexes is fully considered.
For the sake of brief description, the embodiments of the present invention do not refer to the corresponding contents in the foregoing embodiments of the present invention.
Example three:
example three a method for calculating the autumn livable index is provided on the basis of other examples.
The environmental indicators calculated in autumn are defined as follows:
the temperature is the average temperature of the time period; the temperature change rate is the change rate between temperatures in all time periods within a preset observation time (for example, the average value of 5 times before the change rate of morning and evening in three days is not more than 100 percent); wind power is wind speed, and the unit is meter/second; the wind power change rate is the change rate of wind power in each time period within a preset observation time (for example, the average value of 5 changes before the change rate in the morning and at the evening of day and night within three days does not exceed 100%); sunshine is the current sunshine condition. The number of weather phenomena is the number of times of the weather phenomena in the observation time, namely the number of times of occurrence of cloudy weather, sunny weather, rain and snow; the weather phenomenon change rate is the maximum value of the weather phenomenon change rate within the preset observation time and is not more than 100 percent; the latitude and the altitude are the latitude and the altitude corresponding to the tourist destination suitable for old people, and the air pressure is the air pressure of the time period.
Wherein the change rate is used to indicate the intensity of the change, and the greater the intensity of the change, the higher the change rate. For example: the temperature change rate is required to be effective in a certain temperature interval in autumn, the temperature interval is the average temperature of one day or the current average temperature, the smaller the change intensity is, the lower the change rate is, the intensity of the temperature change rate can be divided into 3 grades according to the following table, wherein the smaller the temperature change rate is, the lower the grade is:
Figure BDA0002205566320000101
Figure BDA0002205566320000111
the temperature change rate can also be divided into an hour change rate and a four-section change rate which respectively represent the average change condition in one day and the change condition of day-night alternation in the morning and evening so as to adapt to the climatic characteristics in autumn.
Because the autumn is cold, the influence of wind-force to the human body is greater than summer far away, consequently autumn still need carry out the calculation of wind-force effect, and wind-force effect calculates to be effective when wind speed is greater than 3 meters per second:
wherein T is temperature, V is wind speed (meter/second), S is sunshine, and the calculation is carried out for 6 hours on sunny days.
In autumn, the standard index is calculated by the following formula:
standard index ═ C3 × 35% + C4 × 50% + C8 × 15%;
wherein, C3 ═ 100% — (temperature change rate + C2) ÷ 3; when the weather phenomenon number is divided by 10>1, C2 is 100%, when the weather phenomenon number is divided by 10 not more than 1, C2 is the weather phenomenon number divided by 10;
when wind power >3, C4 ═ ABS (wind efficiency index) ÷ 400, otherwise C4 ═ 100-ABS (C1-22) × 6 ÷ 100, C1 ═ temperature-0.55 × (1-humidity) × (temperature-14.4)
C8 ═ C5 × 30% + C6 × 30% + C7 × 40%; c5 ═ (ABS (latitude-35) × 2) ÷ 100; when altitude-1500 <0, C6 ÷ 100% ÷ 10000 × 2; when the altitude-1500 is more than or equal to 0, C6 ═ altitude-1500 ÷ 10000 × 2; c7 ═ 1013-air pressure ÷ 100.
The real-time index is calculated by:
real-time index D2 × 10% + D3 × 15% + D4 × 15% + D5 × 60%;
where D2 ═ (ABS (latitude-35) × 2) ÷ 100, where ABS is the absolute value operation; when altitude-1500 <0, D3 ÷ 100% ÷ 10000 × 2; when the altitude-1500 is more than or equal to 0, D3 ═ 1500 ÷ (altitude-10000) ÷ 10000 × 2; d4 ═ (1013-air pressure) ÷ 100; when wind power is >3, D5 ═ ABS (wind effect) ÷ 400; otherwise D5 ═ 100-ABS (D1-22) × 6 ÷ 100; d1-temperature-0.55 × (1-humidity) × (temperature-14.4).
When the livable index is calculated by the management system, the principle that humidity and wind indexes are used as main indexes and other indexes are used as auxiliary indexes in autumn is fully considered.
For the sake of brief description, the embodiments of the present invention do not refer to the corresponding contents in the foregoing embodiments of the present invention.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description.
