In at least one embodiment of the present invention, the authenticating unit 112 authenticates the first user identity information according to the all-user identity information, including:
the authentication unit 112 decrypts the first user identity information, matches the decrypted first user identity information with the all-user identity information, and when the decrypted first user identity information fails to match with the all-user identity information, the authentication unit 112 determines that the first user identity information fails in authentication.
Further, when the decrypted first user identity information is successfully matched with all the user identity information, the authentication unit 112 determines that the first user identity information passes authentication.
When the first subscriber identity information passes authentication, the execution unit 113 executes the configuration instruction on the blockchain node.
In at least one embodiment of the invention, the configuration instructions may include, but are not limited to, a combination of one or more of the following:
the system comprises a vehicle binding instruction, a vehicle violation information inquiry instruction, a vehicle violation information processing instruction, a vehicle logout instruction and the like.
Of course, in combination with the blockchain technique, the execution unit 113 can also implement online processing of the above instructions, thereby avoiding geographical restrictions.
Through the above embodiment, only the user with the authority can control the execution unit 113 to execute the configuration instruction on the block chain node, thereby improving the security.
Specifically, the executing unit 113 executing the configuration instruction on the blockchain node includes:
when the configuration instruction is the vehicle binding instruction, the execution unit 113 performs vehicle binding, wherein the number of bound vehicles is less than or equal to a preset value.
Further, the preset value can be configured by self-definition, and can also be configured according to related legal provisions of the traffic and management bureau, which is not limited by the invention.
For example: and according to the relevant regulations of the traffic administration, 3 vehicles can be bound at most, and the preset value is configured to be 3 so as to meet the regulation of traffic management.
Through the above embodiment, the execution unit 113 can perform binding on the vehicle, so as to facilitate subsequent processing of the related matters of the bound vehicle.
For example: the execution unit 113 is capable of handling violations of bound vehicles, etc.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
the detecting unit 115 detects the validity of the bound vehicles, and when there is a vehicle invalid in the bound vehicles, the canceling unit 116 cancels the bound invalid vehicle.
For example: when three vehicles, namely a vehicle A, a vehicle B and a vehicle C, are bound on the block chain account of the user X, the execution unit 113 can process the vehicle violation records of the vehicles A, B and C on line, and at the moment, if a vehicle D exists, the execution unit 113 cannot continuously bind the vehicle D, and cannot process the vehicle violation record of the vehicle D.
However, if the detection unit 115 detects that the vehicle a is invalid, for example, the vehicle a is scrapped, or the license plate of the vehicle a is checked out in the record of the traffic management, the cancellation unit 116 may cancel binding of the vehicle a, the execution unit 113 continues to bind the vehicle D, and further processes the record of the vehicle violation of the vehicle D.
Through the implementation mode, the execution unit 113 can process invalid binding in time so as to avoid influencing the timely processing of traffic violation by a user.
According to the technical scheme, when vehicle violation information is received, the vehicle violation information can be recorded on the block chain link points to avoid information tampering and improve data security, when a configuration instruction is received, first user identity information is obtained from the configuration instruction, all user identity information recorded on the block chain link points is obtained, the first user identity information is authenticated according to all the user identity information, the security of data in the block chain is further ensured, and when the first user identity information passes authentication, the configuration instruction is executed on the block chain link points to achieve online processing of the instruction, so that processing time is saved, and timeliness is improved.
