Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a liquid identification system 10 with warning notification, fig. 2 is a schematic side view of a liquid sensing device 11 disposed on a dropping device 50 in the liquid identification system 10 with warning notification of fig. 1, fig. 3A and 3B are schematic diagrams of liquid waveform information obtained by the liquid sensing device 11 of fig. 2 after sensing, and fig. 4A and 4B are schematic diagrams of preset liquid waveform information in the liquid identification system 10 with warning notification of fig. 1. The liquid identification system 10 with warning notification includes a liquid sensing device 11, a database 12 and a determination module 13. The determining module 13 is communicatively connected to the liquid sensing device 11 and a database 12, so as to receive information from the liquid sensing device 11 and the database 12. The communication connection is a wired connection or a wireless connection, such as bluetooth, RFID, etc., but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the liquid sensing device 11 is used for sensing a liquid 15 provided according to a predetermined liquid demand information 14. In this embodiment, the preset liquid requirement information 14 is a medical prescription information, and the liquid 15 is a drop of liquid stored in a dropping device 50.
The dropper device 50 includes at least a storage tube 51, the liquid 15 and a pipeline 52. The liquid 15 (in this embodiment, a drip) is stored in the storage tank 51 and injected through the line 52. The liquid sensing device 11 can be disposed on an outer side 531 of a sleeve 53, and the sleeve 53 has a hollow hole (not shown) for sleeving the pipeline 52, so that the liquid sensing device 11 can be easily disposed on the pipeline 52 through the sleeve 53. In addition, in other embodiments (not shown), there is no kit, and the liquid sensing device can be directly disposed on the pipeline.
The liquid sensing device 11 is used for sensing the liquid 15 to obtain a liquid waveform information, and in this embodiment, the liquid waveform information includes a first liquid waveform information (as shown in fig. 3A) and a second liquid waveform information (as shown in fig. 3B), wherein the vertical axis of the first and second liquid waveform information shown in fig. 3A and 3B is intensity, and the horizontal axis is time. The liquid sensing device 11 at least includes a first light source 111, a second light source 112 and a sensor 113. When the liquid 15 flows through the pipeline 52, the first light source 111 emits a plurality of first lights to the liquid 15, and the sensor 113 receives the plurality of first lights from the liquid 15 to obtain the first liquid waveform information (as shown in fig. 3A). Then, the second light source 112 emits a plurality of second light beams to the liquid 15, and the sensor 113 receives the plurality of second light beams from the liquid 15 to obtain second liquid waveform information (as shown in fig. 3B). In order to facilitate the sensing of the liquid sensing device 11, the pipeline 15 and the sheath 53 are made of light-permeable material. In this embodiment, the first light source 111 may be a red light, and the second light source 112 may be an infrared light, but not limited thereto, and may also be light with other wavelengths. In addition, in other embodiments (not shown), the liquid sensing device includes only a single light source emitting light with a specific wavelength and only single liquid waveform information, and in other embodiments (not shown), the liquid sensing device may include more than three light sources emitting light with three specific wavelengths and having more than three liquid waveform information, but not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, the sensor 113 is disposed below the light sources (the first and second light sources 111, 112) for receiving the plurality of light beams (the first and second light beams) refracted, reflected, diffracted, etc. by the liquid 15, and sensing the plurality of light beams by the sensor 113. In other embodiments (not shown), the sensor may be disposed above, beside, opposite to the light source, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, the database 12 includes at least one preset liquid waveform information corresponding to a preset liquid, and for the present embodiment, the preset liquid waveform information includes a first preset liquid waveform information (as shown in fig. 4A) and a second preset liquid waveform information (as shown in fig. 4B). In the first and second preset liquid waveform information shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the vertical axis represents intensity, and the horizontal axis represents time.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the determining module 13 is configured to receive the liquid waveform information (shown in fig. 3A and 3B) from the liquid sensing device 11 and the preset liquid waveform information (shown in fig. 4A and 4B) of the information base 12, and determine whether the liquid waveform information (shown in fig. 3A and 3B) and the preset liquid waveform information (shown in fig. 4A and 4B) are different. When the liquid waveform information (as shown in fig. 3A and 3B) is different from the preset liquid waveform information (as shown in fig. 4A and 4B), an alarm notification is sent.
In other words, the two waveform information obtained by comparing the waveform information are different, that is, although the preset liquid demand information (the medical prescription information in the present embodiment) is relied on, a wrong liquid (a drip in the present embodiment) is provided carelessly or carelessly, and therefore, a warning notice is also sent. The warning notification can be a ring tone, a warning light, a specific warning message presented by a computer, etc., but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any means capable of being used as the notification falls within the scope of the warning notification described in the present application.
Through the liquid identification system with the warning notice, when medical care personnel inject wrong dropping liquid carelessly or carelessly, the continuous injection of the wrong dropping liquid can be stopped in advance, so that the influence on the body health of patients or the possible fatal danger can be avoided, and medical disputes can be avoided or reduced.
It should be noted that, since the light emitted by the light source and the measured waveform information have sensitivity, i.e. easily vary according to different environments and conditions, the sensing of the waveform information of the liquid in the dropper or the sensing of the waveform information of the preset liquid in the database collection stage should be performed under the same or similar environments and conditions as much as possible to improve the identification performance.
In addition, in principle, a liquid may have a liquid waveform information, but when the types of the liquid are many, the liquid waveform information may be similar to each other, and therefore, the single liquid may have a plurality of sub-liquid waveform information (i.e., the liquid waveform information includes the first waveform information, the second waveform information, etc.) by using two or more light sources with different wavelengths, so that the identification among the liquids can be enhanced. In addition, the light sources with different wavelengths have different light emitting time or change the sequence of light emission, which is also helpful to obtain the waveform information of specific liquid, thereby enhancing the identification among various liquids.
