Background
The information disclosed in this background of the invention is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.
The quick freezing pathology in the operation is that after a fresh tissue sample to be examined is taken, sliced and stained, a pathologist conducts diagnosis in the operation to guide the quick diagnosis of the pathology in the excision range of the operation, a pathological diagnosis report is required to be provided within 30 minutes of the sample to be examined, and the timeliness and the accuracy of the pathological diagnosis report directly relate to the operation range and the treatment prognosis of a patient. Therefore, improving the optimization of the intraoperative rapid pathological material taking process plays an important role in accurate diagnosis of pathology.
In recent years, the number of specimens to be examined for rapid intraoperative pathological diagnosis has been increasing year by year, and the types of specimens have become more complicated. The inventor finds that:
(1) before each pathological specimen is taken, a lot of time is consumed for washing and drying a material taking plate, so that the timeliness of the rapid pathology in the operation is hindered; because the fresh tissue has larger water content, when the material taking knife or the material taking plate has water during material taking, a great amount of ice crystals appear in cell nucleuses and cytoplasm of the tissue during the freezing process, and the observation and accurate pathological diagnosis of doctors are influenced.
(2) Moreover, tumor tissues of some smaller lesions trimmed in the process of material drawing are usually washed away or ignored, and pathological diagnosis of the final paraffin section after operation is also influenced; tissue contamination may occur between different pathological specimens.
(3) After the tissue section is finished, a long time is needed for placing the tissue section in the embedding box after the tissue section is frozen and thawed from the specimen tray, the tissue section is easy to mix when the quantity of the specimens is large, and the timeliness of quick freezing in the operation is also seriously influenced.
