After the illuminating lamp 13 is pushed back to the housing 11, the distance between the second slider 34 and the magnetic block 46 is relatively long, and the second slider 34 is not substantially subjected to the attraction force of the magnetic block 46, so that the illuminating lamp 13 can be kept stable in the housing 11.
A secondary switch 47 connected with the control switch 45 in series is arranged on the outer side of the shell 11, and the secondary switch 47 is in a normally open state; the illumination lamp 13 is also powered off when the sub switch 47 is turned off. This arrangement allows the user to turn off the illumination lamp 13 without pushing the illumination lamp 13 into the housing 11.
The movable first and second insertion rods 38 and 39 are disposed in the adjustment rod 28, so that the connection between the sliding assembly 20 and the adjustment rod 28 can be more stable, and the first sliding block 33 cannot be separated from the left groove 31.

In the initial state, the end of the inserted link is located inside the adjusting link 28, so that the first sliding block 33 is not influenced to slide into the left groove 31; the first sliding block 33 is provided with an insertion hole 35, the left groove 31 is provided with a through hole 36, and after the first sliding block 33 slides into the left groove 31, the through hole 36 is overlapped with the insertion hole 35; at this time, the rotation shaft 37 is rotated to insert the end of the first insertion rod 38 into the insertion hole 35 of the first slider 33 through the through hole 36 (similarly, the second insertion rod 39 can be connected to the second slide rod 22), so that the first slide rod 21 can be stably connected to the left recess 31 and the second slide rod 22 can be stably connected to the right recess 32 by the restriction of the insertion rods.
A rotating wheel 41 is arranged at the end part of the rotating shaft 37, and the rotating wheel 41 can be operated by fingers to drive the rotating shaft 37 to rotate; the first and second rods 38, 39 are retracted into the adjustment rod 28 by rotating the rotating wheel 41 in the opposite direction, so that the first slider 33 can be disengaged from the left recess 31.

3. The adjustable lighting apparatus of claim 2, wherein the housing comprises a top plate removably attached thereto, the top plate and the mounting plate being positioned on opposite sides of the housing.
4. An adjustable lighting fixture as recited in claim 1, wherein an end of said shaft extends outside of said adjustment rod and is connected to a wheel.
