Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a nut and bolt assembly capable of self-locking.
Background
Bolt: mechanical parts, cylindrical threaded fasteners fitted with nuts. A fastener consisting of a head part and a screw (a cylinder with external threads) needs to be matched with a nut and is used for fastening and connecting two parts with through holes. This form of connection is known as a bolted connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so that the bolt connection belongs to detachable connection.
The nut is a nut, is a part which is screwed together with a bolt or a screw rod to play a role in fastening, and is a part which is used in a large number in mechanical production and manufacturing. According to different materials, the materials are classified into carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals (such as copper) and the like.
The general nut can be loosened by itself due to vibration and other reasons in the using process, and in order to prevent the phenomenon, the self-locking nut is invented. The self-locking nut has the functions of looseness prevention and vibration resistance and is used for special and important occasions.
The self-locking nut used in a large range at present is a nut self-locking by friction force. Thus, when the torque applied by the outside is sufficiently large, it can be screwed.
Although the existing self-locking nut has certain anti-loose and anti-vibration capabilities, the existing self-locking nut still fails under the condition that the external interference is strong enough. In addition, the existing self-locking nut does not have certain anti-misoperation capacity. When the engineering personnel overhaul or other conditions, the device can be opened by mistake, so that accidents happen.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments described in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts are within the scope of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, is a structure of the present invention. The invention provides a nut and bolt assembly capable of self-locking, which comprises a bolt 1 and a nut 2, wherein the outer wall of the nut 2 is circular; the outer side wall of the bolt 1 is correspondingly provided with two locking grooves 11, and correspondingly, two slotted holes 21 are formed in the nut 2; a locking piece 3 is arranged in the slotted hole 21, and the locking piece 3 can be clamped into the locking groove 11 to complete locking work; the locking piece 3 is connected with a strip-shaped connecting piece 4, the slotted hole 21 is connected with a detecting hole 22, the tail part of the connecting piece 4 extends out of the detecting hole 22 and is wound on the outer wall of the nut 2, and the tail ends of the two connecting pieces 4 are connected together to form a node 40; the back of the locking piece 3 is provided with a spring 33, the spring 33 acts on the locking piece 3 to enable the locking piece 3 to move towards the outside of the slotted hole 21, and the connecting piece 4 pulls the locking piece 3 to enable the locking piece 3 not to displace.
An annular groove 32 is formed in the locking piece 3, and the spring 33 is arranged in the annular groove 32.
The depth of the locking groove 11 is half of the thickness of the locking member 3.
The locking piece 3 is internally provided with a cavity, the front end of the connecting piece 4 is provided with an end 41 with a corresponding size, the size of the end 41 is larger than the peripheral size of the connecting piece 4, and the end 41 is arranged in the cavity so as to enable the connecting piece 4 and the locking piece 3 to be tightly connected.
The connecting piece 4 is a plastic rod or a rubber rod.
The tail ends of the connecting pieces 4 are mutually bonded after being heated and melted, and the junction is formed after being cooled.
The end of the locking member 3 is provided with an arc surface 31, and the arc surface 31 can reduce friction force when the nut 2 is screwed on the bolt 1, and make the locking member 3 smoothly enter the locking groove 11.
The outer edge of the probe hole 22 is provided with a round chamfer 23, and the round chamfer 23 prevents the connecting piece 4 from being cut by a crack when passing through the round chamfer.
The width of the locking groove 11 of the bolt 1 of the present invention is not less than the width of the locking member 3, so that the locking member 3 can be smoothly inserted into the locking groove 11. Further, the lock groove 11 is not necessarily limited. However, the size of the slot 21 needs to be set and the lock 3 is placed at this position, so the size of the slot 21 is larger than that of the lock 3, the size difference between the two needs to be determined according to the wall thickness of the nut, and the requirement is met as long as the requirement is met, and the proportional relation of the carved plate is not required.
The nut of the present invention has a circular shape, so that a general wrench cannot be screwed, but the coupling member 4 and the node 40 are provided outside the nut. Thus, the operator can insert the rigid rod 51 into the space between the connector 4 and the outer wall of the nut and turn it. As shown in fig. 2, the nut is driven to rotate by the connection between the two connecting pieces 4. Due to the design, the nut can be rotated under the condition that an operator forgets to carry the wrench. Pliers may also be used to grasp the knot 40 and thereby drive the nut.
After being rotated into position, the external excess connecting element 4 is removed, so that the two locking elements 3 are separated from one another. The nut and the bolt are installed in place, so that the locking grooves 11 and the slotted holes 21 at the two positions are opposite, and after the external part of the connecting piece 4 is subtracted, the locking piece 3 can smoothly retreat into the locking grooves 11 under the action of the spring, and the locking work is completed.
In addition, the connecting piece 4 of the invention can be deformed under the condition of heating, if the nut at the position is determined not to be screwed out, the nut at the position can be heated, so that the connecting piece 4 is melted and deformed, enters the groove hole 21 of the locking groove 11 and is hardened after cooling. This prevents the locking element 3 from being displaced, i.e. the nut cannot be screwed out smoothly.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 8, the present invention may be arranged such that 4 locking members 3 are provided in the nut and then four connecting members 4 are connected in two groups. In this way, the nut can be driven to rotate by two rods, thereby providing more balanced torque to enable the nut to be mounted on the bolt. And, set up 4 locking pieces 3, can provide the locking strength of sufficient strength, improve the locking effect.
