A cloth strip tailor width positioning device for a sewing machine is characterized by comprising a folding mechanism and a pushing mechanism which are connected with each other, wherein the folding mechanism and the pushing mechanism are both arranged on the same side surface of a workbench on which the sewing machine is arranged; the folding mechanism comprises a fixed shell and a cloth strip folding structure arranged on the fixed shell in a sliding mode, the cloth strip folding structure comprises a U-shaped blocking piece, two sides of the blocking piece are respectively provided with a feeding opening and a discharging opening, the blocking piece comprises two side pieces, one side piece is used for being close to the workbench, and the other side piece is arranged in a direction away from the workbench and is spaced from the side piece close to the workbench; the distance between the two side pieces of the blocking piece is gradually reduced from the feeding opening to the discharging opening, and the feeding opening is used for enabling the cloth strips to enter the cloth strip folding structure from the feeding opening and to move along the inner wall of the curved surface in the cloth strip folding structure in a fitting manner; the delivery opening is used for enabling the cloth strips to leave through the delivery opening after being folded in the cloth strip folding structure, and the distance between the two side pieces of the cloth strips at the delivery opening for folding is equal to two times of the thickness of the cloth strips; a limiting plate perpendicular to the fixed shell is arranged on the fixed shell, the limiting plate and the cloth strip folding structure are positioned on the same side of the fixed shell, and inlet openings corresponding to the two side pieces are respectively formed in the limiting plate along the moving direction of the cloth strip folding structure, so that the two side pieces are respectively inserted into the corresponding inlet openings; the pushing mechanism is located on one side of the folding mechanism and used for controlling the cloth strip folding structure to slide on the fixed shell so as to adjust the distance between the bending position of the separation blade for sending out the opening and the limiting plate.

The cloth strip tailor width positioning device for the sewing machine according to claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing column, a measuring part and a controller, the controller is electrically connected with the pushing column and the measuring part respectively, the pushing column is fixed on the workbench, an output end of the pushing column and one side of the separation blade, which is far away from the limiting plate, are fixedly connected, and the measuring part is located on one side of the pushing column; the measuring part is used for measuring the width of the cloth strips and sending the cloth strips to the controller, so that the controller controls the output end of the pushing column to move in a telescopic mode, and the distance between the bending part of the separation blade with the opening in the sending direction and the limiting plate is half of the width of the cloth strips.

The cloth strip tailor width positioning device for a sewing machine according to claim 2, wherein the measuring part comprises a measuring box body with an opening on one side and a motor, and a pressing block, a positioning plate and an infrared measurer arranged in the measuring box body, the motor is arranged on the outer wall of the measuring box body; the infrared measurer and the motor are respectively and electrically connected with the controller, and the infrared measurer is positioned in the measuring box body and close to the side wall of the opening; a first slide way parallel to an infrared ray measuring path is arranged on any side wall, close to the opening, of the measuring box body and perpendicular to the side wall where the infrared ray measurer is located, the positioning plate is arranged on the first slide way in a sliding mode, a touch sensor is arranged on one side, facing the infrared ray measurer, of the positioning plate, and the infrared ray measurer is used for measuring the distance between the positioning plate and the side wall where the infrared ray measurer is located; the measuring box body is internally deviated from a second slide way perpendicular to the first slide way and arranged on the open bottom wall, the pressing block is arranged on the second slide way in a sliding mode, and the motor controls the pressing block and the positioning plate to slide respectively.

The cloth strip tailor width positioning device for the sewing machine according to claim 3, wherein a display screen is further disposed on an outer wall of the measuring box, the display screen is in signal connection with the controller, and the display screen is used for displaying the cloth strip width data measured by the infrared measurer and the positioning plate in cooperation.

The cloth trim seam width positioning device for the sewing machine according to claim 4, wherein the fixed shell is provided with a length measurement scale bar which is parallel to a moving path of the cloth folding mechanism and is close to the position of the discharge opening, and the starting end of the length measurement scale bar is located at the position of the limiting plate.

The fabric strip tailor width positioning device for sewing machine according to claim 2, wherein the fixing housing comprises a holding chamber, the fixing base plate is disposed at one end of the fixing base plate, the holding chamber and the fabric strip folding structure are both located at the same side of the fixing housing, and the side of the holding chamber facing the fabric strip folding structure is the limiting plate.

The cloth strip tailor width positioning device for the sewing machine according to claim 6, wherein a third slide way perpendicular to the limiting plate is provided on one side of the fixing base plate facing the cloth strip folding structure, a slide block is provided on one side of the cloth strip folding structure facing the fixing base plate, and the slide block is slidably provided in the third slide way.

The fabric strip tailor width positioning apparatus for a sewing machine according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the side of the limiting plate facing the fabric strip folding mechanism is provided with a pressing piece, the pressing piece is located between two side pieces, and the pressing piece is used for matching the side piece of the fabric strip folding mechanism close to the fixed shell, so that one side edge of the fabric strip slides between the pressing piece and the side piece of the fabric strip folding mechanism close to the fixed shell.
