Abstract
The invention discloses a method for cleaning and sterilizing down for clothing, which comprises the following steps: (1) soaking down in a deodorizing liquid for deodorization, wherein the deodorizing liquid comprises polymeric ferric sulfate and ivy powder; (2) soaking the deodorized down in enzyme washing liquid for enzyme washing, wherein the enzyme washing liquid comprises trichoderma viride and lysozyme; (3) putting the down feather after enzyme washing into an ozone disinfection solution for cleaning and disinfection; (4) washing with running water, and drying. The invention has the advantages that: can effectively remove the fishy smell of the down feather, kill bacteria and dirt carried by the down feather and keep the original structural characteristics of the down feather, so that the down feather can be widely applied to the field of clothing.

As can be seen from the above table, the cleaning and sterilizing method provided by the invention can ensure that the down feather has no peculiar smell, white color, fluffy and complete down feather and extremely low bacteria content. In addition, comparing the example 2 with the control group 1, it can be found that the deodorizing liquid without the addition of the ivy powder has a certain deodorizing effect, but the treated down still has slight fishy smell, which indicates that the ivy powder can promote the deodorizing effect of the polyferric sulfate, while the control group 2 can find that the deodorizing effect of the ivy powder is poor, which indicates that the ivy powder and the polyferric sulfate have mutual promotion effect on the deodorizing of the down, but none of them is enough; comparing example 2 with control 3, it can be found that the down feather has dark yellow color and poor quality and partial down feather breaking phenomenon occurs after the enzyme lotion without adding trichoderma viride, thereby showing that the trichoderma viride and lysozyme are used together, the down feather breaking phenomenon can be avoided, the down feather quality can be improved, and the bacteriostasis effect can be promoted; the control group 4 showed that only Trichoderma viride had been used, which resulted in poor results, indicating that Trichoderma viride and lysozyme also had to be used simultaneously.
