Claims (10)

1. The water-based acrylic amino baking paint is characterized in that: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
15-30% of epoxy modified acrylic resin, 5-10% of organic silicon-organic fluorine copolymer resin, 4-10% of high methyl etherified melamine resin, 3-5% of cosolvent, 2-4% of glass powder, 1-2% of pH regulator, 0.5-1% of defoamer, 0.5-1.5% of dispersant, 0.3-0.5% of base material wetting agent, 0.5-1% of nano silver, 1-2% of siloxane, 3-5% of nano metal oxide dispersion liquid, 0.2-0.4% of flatting agent, 10-25% of pigment and the balance of deionized water.
2. The aqueous acrylic amino baking varnish according to claim 1, wherein: the type of the epoxy modified acrylic resin is ZTC-018.
3. The aqueous acrylic amino baking varnish according to claim 1, wherein: the type of the organic silicon-organic fluorine copolymer resin is WS-1680.
4. The aqueous acrylic amino baking varnish according to claim 1, wherein: the type of the high methylated melamine resin is CYMEL 303 LF.
5. The aqueous acrylic amino baking varnish according to claim 1, wherein: the cosolvent is diethylene glycol butyl ether; and/or
The grain size of the glass powder is less than or equal to 2.5 mu m; and/or
The pH regulator is dimethylethanolamine; and/or
The defoaming agent is polyether modified organic siloxane defoaming agent.
6. The aqueous acrylic amino baking varnish according to claim 1, wherein: the dispersant is a polymer containing high pigment anchoring groups; and/or
The base material wetting agent is polyether modified polysiloxane wetting agent.
7. The aqueous acrylic amino baking varnish according to claim 1, wherein: the particle size of the nano silver is 23-28 nm; and/or
The siloxane is heptadecafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane.
8. The aqueous acrylic amino baking varnish according to claim 1, wherein: the nano metal oxide dispersion liquid is a nano aluminum oxide dispersion liquid.
9. The aqueous acrylic amino baking varnish according to claim 1, wherein: the leveling agent is polyether siloxane copolymer; and/or
The pigment is one of titanium dioxide, iron oxide red and carbon black.
10. The method for preparing the aqueous acrylic amino baking varnish according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: at least comprises the following steps:
a. according to the mass ratio of the raw materials, 1/3 epoxy modified acrylic resin, 1/2 deionized water, 1/3 pH value regulator, dispersant, 1/2 defoamer, 1/2 cosolvent, glass powder, nano silver and pigment are mixed, stirred for 25-30min at 1000-1200r/min, and ground until the fineness is less than or equal to 15 mu m to obtain grinding slurry;
b, according to the mass ratio of the raw materials, under the stirring speed condition of 500-600r/min, sequentially adding the rest 2/3 epoxy modified acrylic resin, the rest 1/2 cosolvent, the rest 1/2 pH value regulator, grinding slurry, high methylated melamine resin, organic silicon fluorine copolymer resin, siloxane, nano metal oxide dispersion, the rest 1/2 defoamer, a base material wetting agent, a flatting agent and the rest 1/2 deionized water into a container, uniformly mixing, and stirring for 10-15min at 1000-1200 r/min.
