The ultra-low odor waterborne one-component topcoat for use in cabinets of claim 1, further comprising: the base material of the pH regulator is neutralized amine, one or more combinations of N, N-dimethylethanolamine and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol are additionally added into the pH regulator, and sodium metabisulfite is also added into the pH regulator and is mainly used as a catalyst.

The ultra-low odor waterborne one-component topcoat for use in cabinets of claim 1, further comprising: the mildew preventive adopts zinc pentachlorophenate and aluminum acrylate as main mildew-proof components, and is also added with hydrophobic silicon dioxide, diatom ooze, titanium pigment and ligustral.

The ultra-low odor waterborne one-component topcoat for use in cabinets of claim 1, further comprising: the defoaming agent adopts one or more of a high-carbon alcohol fatty acid ester compound, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether and polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene glycerol ether.
7. The ultra-low odor waterborne one-component topcoat for use in cabinets of any of claims 1-6, prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
step 1, pouring the aqueous hydroxyl modified acrylic emulsion into a stirring kettle, adjusting the stirring kettle to 450-620R/min, adjusting the temperature in the stirring kettle to 45-60 ℃, slowly adding the aqueous polyurethane resin into the aqueous hydroxyl modified acrylic emulsion, and stirring for 20-30 min after the aqueous hydroxyl modified acrylic emulsion and the aqueous polyurethane resin are mixed;
2, filling the mixed solution of the mixed aqueous hydroxyl modified acrylic emulsion and the aqueous polyurethane resin into a container, placing the container at a position in a low-temperature environment for 24-36 hours, wherein most of the outer side of the container is made of a non-light-tight material, light is prevented from directly irradiating the mixed solution, the top end of the container is made of a light-tight material, a photocatalyst is sprayed inside the container, and good ventilation is kept;
step 3, stirring the mixed solution of the aqueous hydroxyl modified acrylic emulsion and the aqueous polyurethane resin by using the stirring kettle again, sequentially adding the film-forming assistant, the mildew preventive, the vegetable oil color paste and the pH regulator into the mixed solution, and dispersing the solution at a high speed of 950-1300 r/min for 15-20 min;
and 4, separating the foam on the surface of the mixed solution from the solution by adopting a physical mode, then adding a defoaming agent, and stirring the solution at a low speed of 120-200 r/min.
