Background
Urban garbage is a great problem in urban environment management. Landfill leachate from refuse terminals, incineration sites or landfills is produced from various compounds and decaying substances and contains very high concentrations of BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), nitrogen compounds, phosphorus compounds, organic halides, sulfides and inorganic salts. Landfill leachate not only has a foul smell, but also is a carcinogen in many cases. If the waste water is discharged to the ground surface, the environment is polluted, the waste water is dissolved into the ground, and the water source is polluted, so that the waste water becomes a great harm to the urban environment and the human health. And the longer the landfill time is, the higher the concentration of leachate is, and the greater the damage is. Therefore, how to purify the landfill leachate becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.

In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a landfill leachate treatment system, where the landfill leachate treatment system includes a regulating tank, a filtering device, a leachate storage tank, a reverse osmosis device, a degasser, a clean water tank, and a concentrated solution storage tank; the regulating tank is connected with the filtering device, the filtering device is connected with the percolate storage tank, the percolate storage tank is connected with the reverse osmosis device, the reverse osmosis device is respectively connected with the degassing device and the concentrated solution storage tank, and the degassing device is connected with the clean water tank; and the purified water generated by the reverse osmosis device is transported to the degassing device, and the concentrated solution generated by the reverse osmosis device is transported to the concentrated solution storage pool.

Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention provides a landfill leachate treatment system, which includes a conditioning tank 10, a filtering apparatus 20, a leachate storage tank 30, a reverse osmosis apparatus 40, a degasser 50, a clean water tank 60, and a concentrate storage tank 70.
The adjusting tank 10 is connected with the filtering device 20, the filtering device 20 is connected with the percolate storage tank 30, the percolate storage tank 30 is connected with the reverse osmosis device 40, the reverse osmosis device 40 is respectively connected with the degassing device 50 and the concentrated solution storage tank 70, and the degassing device 50 is connected with the clean water tank 60; wherein the purified water produced by the reverse osmosis device 40 is transported to the degasser 50, and the concentrated solution produced by the reverse osmosis device 40 is transported to the concentrated solution storage tank 70.
The adjusting tank 10 is used for adjusting the water quantity and the water quality of the landfill leachate, adjusting the pH value and the water temperature of sewage, has a pre-aeration effect, and can also be used for accident drainage.
And the filtering device 20 is used for filtering solid suspended matters in the landfill leachate.
And the leachate storage tank 30 is used for storing the filtered landfill leachate.
And the reverse osmosis device 40 is used for purifying the landfill leachate.
And a degasifier 50 for removing odor from the purified water generated from the reverse osmosis apparatus 40.

When the landfill leachate treatment system is operated, the landfill leachate is lifted by the lift pump 80 to enter the filtering device 20 after the water quality and the water quantity are adjusted by the adjusting tank 10, and the filtering device 20 removes solid impurities in the landfill leachate and then enters the leachate storage tank 30. When the liquid level in the leachate storage tank 30 reaches a set height, the reverse osmosis unit 40 operates, and after the landfill leachate reaches a set recovery rate, the reverse osmosis unit 40 discharges the concentrate to the concentrate storage tank 70. The purified water produced by the reverse osmosis device 40 is deodorized by the degasser 50 and then is conveyed to the clean water tank 60 for direct discharge or reuse.
Further, a lift pump 80 is arranged in the adjusting tank 10, the lift pump 80 is connected with the filtering device 20, and the lift pump 80 is used for transporting the landfill leachate in the adjusting tank 10 to the filtering device 20.
Further, the filtering device 20 includes a sand filter 21, and the sand filter 21 is connected to the lift pump 80. The sand filter 21 is used for filtering solid suspended substances with the particle size of more than 50 mu m in the landfill leachate.
Further, the filtering device 20 further comprises a cartridge filter 22, and the cartridge filter 22 is connected to the sand filter 21 and the percolate storage tank 30 respectively. The cartridge filter 22 is used for filtering solid suspended substances with the particle size of more than 10 mu m in the landfill leachate.
Further, the landfill leachate treatment system further comprises an acid adding device 90, wherein the acid adding device 90 is connected with the leachate storage tank 30 and is used for adding acid into the leachate storage tank 30 so as to adjust the pH value of landfill leachate in the leachate storage tank 30 to 6-6.5.

2. The landfill leachate treatment system of claim 1, wherein a lift pump is disposed in the conditioning tank, the lift pump is connected to the filtration device, and the lift pump is configured to transport the landfill leachate in the conditioning tank to the filtration device.
3. The landfill leachate treatment system of claim 2, wherein the filtration device comprises a sand filter, the sand filter being connected to the lift pump.
4. The landfill leachate treatment system of claim 3, wherein the filtration device further comprises a cartridge filter, the cartridge filter being connected to the sand filter and the leachate storage tank, respectively.
5. The landfill leachate treatment system of claim 4, further comprising an acid addition device connected to the leachate storage tank for adding acid into the leachate storage tank.
6. The landfill leachate treatment system of claim 5, wherein the reverse osmosis unit comprises a first high pressure plunger pump connected to the leachate storage tank and a primary reverse osmosis unit connected to the first high pressure plunger pump.
7. The landfill leachate treatment system of claim 6, wherein the reverse osmosis unit further comprises a second high pressure plunger pump and a secondary reverse osmosis unit, the second high pressure plunger pump being connected to the primary reverse osmosis unit, the secondary reverse osmosis unit being connected to the second high pressure plunger pump.
8. The landfill leachate treatment system of claim 7, wherein the secondary reverse osmosis unit is connected to the primary reverse osmosis unit.
9. The landfill leachate treatment system of claim 8, wherein the primary reverse osmosis unit is connected to the concentrate storage tank.
10. The landfill leachate treatment system of claim 9, wherein the secondary reverse osmosis unit is connected to the degasser.
