The bottom of the purifying box body 21 is provided with a second liquid through pipe 8 communicated with the liquid inlet end inside the reverse osmosis filter box 3; a liquid inlet cavity 31, a reverse osmosis filter cavity 32 and a purified water cavity 33 are sequentially arranged in the reverse osmosis filter tank 3 along the water flow direction; the reverse osmosis filter cavity 32 is internally provided with a plurality of permeation film cylinders 5, a sewage inlet 511 of each permeation film cylinder 5 is arranged in the liquid inlet cavity 31, a filtered water outlet 591 of each permeation film cylinder 5 is arranged in the purified water cavity 33, and a purified water outlet pipe 35 communicated with the outside is arranged in the purified water cavity 33; the waste water outlet 521 of the permeable membrane cartridge 5 is arranged in the reverse osmosis filter chamber 52, the reverse osmosis filter chamber 52 is provided with the waste water outlet pipe 34 communicated with the outside, and the sewage is subjected to reverse osmosis filtration through the permeable membrane cartridge 5, so that inorganic salt ions in the sewage are removed.
The permeable membrane cartridge 5 sequentially comprises a shell 53, a first water inlet channel 54, a first membrane 55, a second water inlet channel 56, a second membrane 57 and a third water inlet channel 58 from outside to inside, wherein a water purification central tube 59 is arranged in the third water inlet channel 58, a plurality of through holes are formed in the side wall of the water purification central tube 59, and the through holes are communicated with the inner cavities of the third water inlet channel 58 and the water purification central tube 59; the two ends of the permeable membrane cylinder 5 are respectively provided with a water inlet cover 51 and a water outlet cover 52, and the water inlet cover 51 and the water outlet cover 52 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the first water inlet channel 54, the second water inlet channel 56 and the third water inlet channel 58 in a sealing manner; the water inlet cover 51 is provided with a sewage inlet 511 communicated with the first water inlet channel 54; the water outlet cover 52 is provided with a waste water outlet 521 communicated with the second water inlet channel 56; a filtered water outlet 591 of the water purification central pipe 59 extends out of the water outlet cover 52; thus, sewage enters the first water inlet channel 54 from the sewage inlet 511, sequentially flows through the first membrane 55, the second water inlet channel 56, the second membrane 57 and the third water inlet channel 58, then enters the water purification central pipe 59, and performs reverse osmosis on the sewage through the first membrane 55 and the second membrane 57, wherein the permeation pore diameter of the second membrane 57 is smaller than that of the first membrane 55; thereby the sewage has better reverse osmosis effect at the osmosis membrane cylinder 5 and better filtering effect of inorganic salt ions in the sewage. The first water inlet channel 54, the second water inlet channel 56 and the third water inlet channel 58 are respectively provided with an annular water inlet runner network 581; the inlet channel net 581 is arranged in the first inlet channel 54 in a wavy elastic extrusion manner, the wave crests of the inlet channel net 581 are arranged on the outer side wall of the first inlet channel 54 in an extrusion manner, the wave troughs of the inlet channel net 581 are arranged on the inner side wall of the first inlet channel 54 in an extrusion manner to elastically support the first inlet channel 54, the second inlet channel 56 and the third inlet channel 58, and the first inlet channel 54, the second inlet channel 56 and the third inlet channel 58 are prevented from collapsing after long service time to influence the permeation of sewage.
The various communication lines of the present apparatus are provided with on-off valves.
A sewage treatment process method comprises the following steps: the flocculation tank 1 is used for flocculating and settling suspended pollutants in the sewage; a rotary purification structure 4 is arranged in the water purification tank 2 to adsorb and remove impurities from soluble organic matters in the sewage, and chlorine is injected into the water purification tank 2 to disinfect and sterilize the sewage; the reverse osmosis filter tank 3 is internally provided with a permeable membrane cylinder 5 for carrying out reverse osmosis filtration on original inorganic salt ions in sewage and inorganic salt ions generated in the flocculation tank 1 and the water purification tank 2, and finally, the purification treatment of the sewage is finished, and the method comprises the following specific steps: step 1, carrying out flocculation precipitation treatment on sewage; sewage and a flocculating agent are respectively led into the coagulation liquid inlet pipe 10 from the sewage liquid inlet pipe 102 and the coagulation liquid medicine pipe 103, and the liquid outlet part of the coagulation liquid medicine pipe 103 extends into the coagulation liquid inlet pipe 10 and uniformly sprays medicine to the radial direction of the coagulation liquid inlet pipe 10; when sewage flows through the coagulation liquid inlet pipe 10, the sewage and the flocculating agent are fully mixed together, and the mixed solution flows into the lower cavity 13 of the flocculation box 1 for standing and sedimentation; suspended pollutants in the sewage are gathered together under the action of a flocculating agent and are precipitated at the bottom of the lower cavity 13, and the flocculated sewage enters the upper cavity 12 and flows into the purification box 2 through the first liquid through pipe 6; step 2, adsorbing soluble impurities in the sewage and disinfecting and sterilizing the sewage; the rotary purification structure 4 is arranged in the purified water tank 2, wherein the rotary purification structure 4 comprises a filler cylinder 42 and an activated carbon filler ball in the filler cylinder 42, and the rotating plate 412 on the rotating frame 41 is used for rotationally stirring the sewage in the purified water tank 2, so that the activated carbon filler ball is fully contacted with the sewage, and soluble impurities in the sewage are adsorbed; meanwhile, chlorine is introduced into the sewage in the purification box 2 through a chlorine generating device 7, and is fully dissolved in the sewage under the stirring action of the rotary purification structure 4, so that the chlorine can disinfect and sterilize harmful bacteria and viruses in the sewage; step 3, filtering inorganic salt impurities in the sewage; the sewage in the purifying box 2 enters the reverse osmosis filtering box 3 through the second liquid through pipe 8, at this time, the inorganic salt pollution ions contained in the sewage and the inorganic salt ions generated in the flocculation box 1 and the water purifying box 2 are subjected to reverse osmosis filtration in the osmosis membrane cylinder 5 in the reverse osmosis filtering box 3, finally, the inorganic salt ions in the sewage are separated from the sewage, the finally purified sewage flows out from the purified water outlet pipe 35 of the reverse osmosis filtering box 3, and the sewage purification is finished.

Claims (10)
1. A town sewage treatment device is characterized in that: the sewage treatment device sequentially comprises a flocculation tank (1), a purification tank (2) and a reverse osmosis filter tank (3) along the flowing direction of sewage; the flocculation tank (1), the purification tank (2) and the reverse osmosis filter tank (3) are communicated in sequence; a coagulation liquid inlet pipe (10) is communicated with the flocculation tank (1), and sewage enters the flocculation tank (1) through the coagulation liquid inlet pipe (10) for flocculation and precipitation; a rotary purification structure (4) is horizontally arranged in the purification box (2), and the rotary purification structure (4) is arranged in the purification box (1) in a semi-immersed manner; and a permeable membrane cylinder (5) is arranged in the reverse osmosis filter box (3), and sewage is subjected to osmotic filtration through the permeable membrane cylinder (5).
2. The town sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein: a filtering clapboard (11) is arranged in the flocculation tank (1), and the filtering clapboard (11) separates the inside of the flocculation tank (1) into an upper cavity (12) and a lower cavity (13); a concrete liquid inlet pipe (10) is communicated with the side wall of the lower cavity (13), and the bottom of the lower cavity (12) is gathered in a funnel shape; the upper cavity (12) is communicated with the purifying box (2) through a first liquid passing pipe (6); one end of the first liquid through pipe (6) extends into the bottom of the upper cavity (12), and the other end of the first liquid through pipe is communicated with the top of the purification box (2).

The town sewage treatment device according to claim 2, wherein: the liquid inlet end of the coagulation liquid inlet pipe (10) is respectively communicated with a sewage liquid inlet pipe (102) and a coagulation liquid medicine pipe (103) through a three-way pipe (101), the liquid outlet part of the coagulation liquid medicine pipe (103) stretches into the coagulation liquid inlet pipe (10), the liquid outlet part of the coagulation liquid medicine pipe (103) is coaxially arranged with the coagulation liquid inlet pipe (10), a plurality of liquid outlet holes (1031) are uniformly arranged on the side wall of the liquid outlet part (1030) of the coagulation liquid medicine pipe (103) in a circumferential mode, and the top end of the liquid outlet part (1030) of the coagulation liquid medicine pipe (103) is arranged in a conical mode along the flowing direction of sewage in the coagulation liquid inlet pipe (10).
4. The town sewage treatment device according to claim 3, wherein: the purifying box (2) comprises a purifying box body (21) and a purifying box cover (22) arranged on the side wall of the purifying box body (21), a supporting limiting column (23) is arranged on the purifying box cover (22), a limiting hole (24) matched with the supporting limiting column (23) is formed in the side end of the purifying box body (21), and the supporting limiting column (23) is horizontally arranged in the limiting hole (24) of the purifying box body (21) in a telescopic mode; a sealing ring (25) is arranged at the sealed position of the inner side end of the purifying box cover (22) and the purifying box body (21), and the sealing ring (25) is matched with an inner cavity opening of the purifying box body (21); the sealing ring (25) is arranged in a frustum shape.

The town sewage treatment device according to claim 4, wherein: the purifying box body (21) is arranged in a square structure in shape, and the inner cavity of the purifying box body is arranged in a cylindrical shape; the rotary purification structure (4) is coaxially and rotatably arranged in a cylindrical inner cavity of the purification box body (21); the rotary purification structure (4) comprises a rotary frame (41) and a packing cylinder (42), the periphery of the packing cylinder (42) is arranged at the outer side end of the rotary frame (41), and the length direction of the packing cylinder (42) is arranged along the axial direction of the rotary frame (41); the side wall of the packing cylinder (42) is provided with a plurality of through holes, the packing cylinder (42) is filled with active carbon packing balls, and the diameter of each active carbon packing ball is larger than that of each through hole; the chlorine purifying device is characterized in that a chlorine generating device (7) is arranged at the outer side end of the purifying box body (21), an air outlet pipe (71) of the chlorine generating device (7) is communicated with the bottom in the purifying box body (21), an air return pipe (72) is arranged at the top of the purifying box body (21), and the air return pipe (72) is communicated with a chlorine generating part of the chlorine generating device (7).

The town sewage treatment device according to claim 5, wherein: the outer side end of the purifying box cover (22) is provided with a rotating motor (43), the rotating motor (43) is provided with a rotating shaft (44) through coupling transmission, the rotating shaft (44) extends into the purifying box body (21), and the end part of the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the inner side wall of the purifying box body (21) opposite to the purifying box cover (22); the rotating frame (41) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (44) and is arranged in a rotating mode along with the rotating shaft (44); through support spacing post (23) drive purifying box lid (22) and keep away from purifying box (21), rotatory purification structure (4) leave from purifying box (21) inside along with purifying box lid (22).

The town sewage treatment device according to claim 7, wherein: the bottom of the purifying box body (21) is provided with a second liquid through pipe (8) which is communicated with the liquid inlet end inside the reverse osmosis filter box (3); a liquid inlet cavity (31), a reverse osmosis filter cavity (32) and a purified water cavity (33) are sequentially arranged in the reverse osmosis filter box (3) along the water flow direction; a plurality of permeable membrane cylinders (5) are arranged in the reverse osmosis filter cavity (32), a sewage inlet (511) of each permeable membrane cylinder (5) is arranged in the liquid inlet cavity (31), a filtered water outlet (591) of each permeable membrane cylinder (5) is arranged in the purified water cavity (33), and a purified water outlet pipe (35) communicated with the outside is arranged in the purified water cavity (33); the waste water outlet (521) of the permeable membrane cylinder (5) is arranged in the reverse osmosis filter cavity (52), and the reverse osmosis filter cavity (52) is provided with a waste liquid outlet pipe (34) communicated with the outside.

The town sewage treatment device according to claim 8, wherein: the permeable membrane cylinder (5) sequentially comprises a shell (53), a first water inlet channel (54), a first membrane (55), a second water inlet channel (56), a second membrane (57) and a third water inlet channel (58) from outside to inside, a water purification central pipe (59) is arranged in the third water inlet channel (58), a plurality of through holes are formed in the side wall of the water purification central pipe (59), and the through holes are communicated with the inner cavities of the third water inlet channel (58) and the water purification central pipe (59); the two ends of the permeable membrane cylinder (5) are respectively provided with a water inlet cover (51) and a water outlet cover (52), and the water inlet cover (51) and the water outlet cover (52) are respectively arranged at the two ends of the first water inlet channel (54), the second water inlet channel (56) and the third water inlet channel (58) in a sealing manner; the water inlet cover (51) is provided with a sewage inlet (511) communicated with the first water inlet channel (54); a waste water outlet (521) communicated with the second water inlet channel (56) is arranged on the water outlet cover (52); a filtered water outlet (591) of the water purification central pipe (59) extends out of the water outlet cover (52); annular water inlet runner nets (581) are respectively arranged in the first water inlet channel (54), the second water inlet channel (56) and the third water inlet channel (58); the water inlet channel net (581) is arranged in the first water inlet channel (54) in a wavy elastic extrusion mode, the wave crests of the water inlet channel net are arranged on the outer side wall of the first water inlet channel (54) in an extrusion mode, and the wave troughs of the water inlet channel net are arranged on the inner side wall of the first water inlet channel (54) in an extrusion mode.

A process for treating sewage according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: the flocculation tank (1) is used for flocculating and settling suspended pollutants in the sewage; a rotary purification structure (4) is arranged in the water purification tank (2) to adsorb and remove impurities from soluble organic matters in the sewage, and chlorine is injected into the water purification tank (2) to disinfect and sterilize the sewage; the reverse osmosis filter box (3) is internally provided with a permeable membrane cylinder (5) for carrying out reverse osmosis filtration on original inorganic salt ions in sewage, inorganic salt ions generated in the flocculation box (1) and the water purification box (2), and finally, the purification treatment of sewage is finished, and the method comprises the following specific steps:

step 2, adsorbing soluble impurities in the sewage and disinfecting and sterilizing the sewage; the rotary purification structure (4) is arranged in the purified water tank (2), wherein the rotary purification structure (4) comprises a filler cylinder (42) and an activated carbon filler ball in the filler cylinder (42), and sewage in the purified water tank (2) is rotationally stirred through a rotating plate (412) on a rotating frame (41), so that the activated carbon filler ball is fully contacted with the sewage, and soluble impurities in the sewage are adsorbed; meanwhile, chlorine is introduced into the sewage in the purifying box (2) through a chlorine generating device (7), and is fully dissolved in the sewage under the stirring action of the rotary purifying structure (4), so that harmful bacteria and viruses in the sewage are sterilized by the chlorine;
step 3, filtering inorganic salt impurities in the sewage; the sewage in the purifying box (2) enters the reverse osmosis filtering box (3) through the second liquid through pipe (8), at the moment, inorganic salt pollution ions contained in the sewage and the inorganic salt ions generated in the flocculation box (1) and the water purifying box (2) carry out reverse osmosis filtration in a permeable membrane cylinder (5) in the reverse osmosis filtering box (3), finally, the inorganic salt ions in the sewage are separated from the sewage, the finally purified sewage flows out from a purified water outlet pipe (35) of the reverse osmosis filtering box (3), and the sewage purification is finished.
