The sewage purification device of the paper mill according to claim 1, wherein the reaction box (21) is installed on a containing plate (4), a base (3) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the containing plate (4), the driving mechanism comprises a driving wheel (1) controlled to rotate by a motor and a connecting rod (2) rotatably connected to the side eccentric position of the driving wheel (1), and one end of the connecting rod (2) far away from the driving wheel (1) is rotatably connected to the base (3).
