The constant small tension path pay-off device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the yarn group mounting cylinder comprises a mounting cylinder body and a positioning mechanism arranged at the end part of the mounting cylinder body, the positioning mechanism comprises a cylinder coaxially arranged with the mounting cylinder body, a cam arranged inside the cylinder and at least one metal taper pin, wherein the cam is connected with a driving mechanism, a through hole is arranged on the cylinder, one end of the taper part of the metal taper pin penetrates through the through hole, and the other end of the metal taper pin abuts against the cam profile.
5. The constant small tension path pay-off device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the metal taper pin is further covered with an elastic member, the driving mechanism comprises a rotating handle fixedly connected with the cam, and one end of the rotating handle protrudes outside the cylinder.

The constant low tension path pay-off device as claimed in claim 5, wherein said cams are provided in at least two numbers, each cam corresponding to at least one metal taper pin, and a rotating handle fixedly connecting all cams; the mounting hole has been seted up at the cam middle part, and twist grip includes the dabber and with the fixed handle portion of dabber tip, the dabber runs through the mounting hole with all cam fixed connection, handle portion is located the drum outside.

The constant small tension path pay-off line as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cylinder is detachably connected to the mounting cylinder body, and an axis of the through hole of the cylinder is disposed perpendicular to an axis of the cylinder; the outer side wall of the installation cylinder body is evenly provided with a plurality of arc-shaped reeds in the circumferential direction.

The constant low-tension path pay-off device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base comprises a horizontally arranged base and a vertically arranged vertical plate mounted on the base, and one end of the yarn group mounting tube passes through a mounting hole on the vertical plate and is fixedly connected with the hysteresis brake positioned on the other side of the vertical plate.
9. The constant low tension path pay-off device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the riser is provided with an index mounting plate support cylinder, the guide wheel frame is provided on a guide wheel support fixed to the index mounting plate support cylinder.
10. A wire unwinding method based on the constant small tension path direct wire unwinding device of any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
acquiring the current rotating speed values of the yarn roll installation cylinder and the guide wheel in real time;
calculating to obtain an actual radius value when the current yarn group is unreeled according to the current rotating speed values of the yarn group installation cylinder and the guide wheel and the radius value of the guide wheel;
and calculating a target magnetic torque value of the hysteresis brake according to the actual radius value and the preset unwinding tension value when the yarn group is unwound, and adjusting the magnetic torque of the hysteresis brake according to the target magnetic torque value.
