Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of marine equipment, and relates to a retractable fin stabilizer structure for a ship.
Background
The retractable anti-rolling fin for the ship is mainly used on a passenger rolling ship, a fishery ship, a scientific research ship and a military ship which sail on the sea, so that the rolling amplitude of the ship sailing in the stormy waves is reduced, and the riding comfort of passengers and the stability and safety of the ship sailing are improved. The structure of the fin stabilizer in the prior art is unreasonable, so that the ship body is difficult to obtain ideal stability in the working process.
The stopper is the important component part of stabilizer fin, and current stopper is whole cast aluminium spare, and fin case panel material is marine steel, and different materials can't adopt welded fastening, also consider the maintenance of dismantlement and later stage simultaneously, so neotype stopper adopts hydro-cylinder link block assembly and assembles on the slide, and the slide links into overall structure with the mount pad.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a retractable fin stabilizer structure for a ship, which is simple, ingenious and reasonable in structure, can enable the ship to rotate a positive attack angle and a negative attack angle generated by a fin to resist rolling moment generated by stormy waves in the stormy wave navigation process, enables the ship to be in a stable navigation state, reduces the resistance of the ship in navigation, and is reasonable and ingenious in design structure of a stopper component.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention: the utility model provides a structure of marine extendible stabilizer, its characterized in that: the ship comprises a rocker arm rotatably arranged on a ship body, wherein one end of the rocker arm is connected with a retraction cylinder arranged on the ship body, the retraction cylinder can rotate relative to the ship body, a stopper assembly is also arranged on the ship body to limit the rotation of the rocker arm, and fins are also rotatably arranged on the ship body;
the stopper subassembly includes the mount pad, and the fastening connects the slide on the mount pad, and sliding fit sets up the slider on the slide rail in the slide, still installs the hydro-cylinder on the mount pad, and the tailpiece of the piston rod of hydro-cylinder is connected with the slider.
As a further improvement of the invention, a tooth-shaped part and a fan-shaped part are formed on an end face connecting plate of the rocker arm, the tooth-shaped part is connected with the end of a piston rod of the retraction cylinder, and an arc-shaped waist groove is formed on the fan-shaped part.
As a further improvement of the invention, a limit plate is arranged at the end part of the sliding seat to limit the sliding block.
As a further improvement of the invention, the stopper assembly is mounted on the hull at a straight edge corresponding to a side of the sector remote from the tooth.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the product of the invention has reasonable and ingenious structure, can realize effective linkage to the rocker arm through the swinging oil cylinder, and meanwhile, the safety and reliability of the structure are ensured by fixing the sliding seat on the mounting seat, assembling the sliding block assembly on the sliding seat, installing the oil cylinder on the sliding seat and connecting and fixing the oil cylinder and the sliding block assembly through the transmission pin to form the integral mechanism of the stopper.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following specific figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 ~ 5, the hydraulic lifting device comprises a lifting cylinder 10, a rocker arm 20, a tooth-shaped part 21, a sector part 22, a fin 30, a stopper assembly 40, a cylinder 41, a slider 42, a slide seat 43, a mounting seat 44, a limit plate 45 and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 ~ 5, the retractable fin stabilizer structure for ship of the present invention comprises a rocker arm 20 rotatably mounted on the hull, one end of the rocker arm 20 is connected to a retractable cylinder 10 mounted on the hull, the retractable cylinder 10 can rotate relative to the hull, a stopper assembly 40 is mounted on the hull to limit the rotation of the rocker arm 20, and a fin 30 is rotatably mounted on the hull.
As shown in fig. 2 ~ 5, the stopper assembly 40 includes a mounting seat 44, a sliding seat 43 fixedly connected to the mounting seat 44, a sliding block 42 slidably fitted on a sliding rail in the sliding seat 43, and an oil cylinder 41 mounted on the mounting seat 44, wherein a rod end of the oil cylinder 41 is connected to the sliding block 42.
A tooth-shaped part 21 and a fan-shaped part 22 are formed on an end face connecting plate of the rocker arm 20, the tooth-shaped part 21 is connected with a piston rod end of the retraction cylinder 10, and an arc-shaped waist groove is formed in the fan-shaped part 22.
A limit plate 45 is mounted on the end of the slide 43 to limit the slide 42.
The stopper assembly 40 is mounted on the hull at a straight edge corresponding to a side of the sector 22 remote from the tooth 21.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 1: the installation seat 44 of the retainer assembly 40 in the product of the invention is fixed with the fin box by welding, the strength of the retainer assembly is ensured, the rocker arm 20 can be stably fixed by the retainer after the fins 30 are retracted in place, thus if the equipment is not opened in the navigation process, the retraction cylinder 10 can be better protected, the self-swinging of the retraction cylinder is not damaged due to the action of water flow, meanwhile, the uncertain factors of bending deformation and the like of the fins 30 due to the impact of the water flow are avoided, and the safety of the ship navigation and the comfort of people riding are ensured.
