Abstract
The invention discloses a top cover sealing device for a railway wagon, which relates to the technical field of railway wagons and comprises the following components: the bottom sealing structure comprises a bottom sealing strip arranged below the top cover side beam, the upper side of the bottom sealing strip is arranged to be a plane, the lower side of the bottom sealing strip is arranged to be a hollow circular arc structure, and rivet holes are formed in the bottom sealing strip and the top cover side beam; the central sealing structure comprises a central sealing strip arranged on one side of the side beam of the top cover, an L-shaped bent edge is arranged at the upper end of the central sealing strip, the middle part of the central sealing strip is an irregular semi-circular structure with a hollow middle part, a convex block is arranged on the upper side of the semi-circular structure, and a groove is arranged between one side of the convex block and the L-shaped bent edge; the sealing strip is plastically deformed to achieve the sealing effect by the extrusion force after the two top covers are closed and the extrusion force between the two top covers and the upper side beam of the wagon body, so that the sealing problem of the long and large top covers is solved.

Background
The vast width of our country is that railway freight occupies a great proportion in national freight transportation, the railway freight mainly realizes the transportation of goods through railway freight cars, and the railway freight cars have open wagons, hopper wagons, railway freight cars with top covers and the like according to different types of the transported goods.
The existing railway wagon movable top cover with the top cover is small in opening, the sealing effect can be achieved by using rigid sealing generally, the top cover sealing of the railway wagon with the long and large top cover is always difficult, and after steel sealing is adopted, due to the fact that welding deformation has large influence on the structure of the top cover, the expected sealing effect is difficult to achieve.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a top cover sealing device for a railway wagon, which aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and solves the sealing problem of a long and large top cover by plastically deforming a sealing strip through the extrusion force after the two top covers are closed and the extrusion force between the two top covers and the upper side beam of a wagon body.

the central sealing structure comprises a central sealing strip arranged on one side of the top cover side beam, an L-shaped bent edge is arranged at the upper end of the central sealing strip, the middle of the central sealing strip is an irregular semi-circular structure with a hollow middle part, a convex block is arranged on the upper side of the semi-circular structure, and a groove is formed between one side of the convex block and the L-shaped bent edge.
Optionally, a sealing glue is coated on the plane of the upper side of the bottom sealing strip.

the upper side of the bottom sealing strip is arranged to be a plane, so that a sufficient contact area can be provided for the attachment and fixation between the bottom sealing strip and the lower surface of the side beam of the top cover, the installation is easy, the resilience of the bottom sealing strip after compression and recovery can be improved by the hollow arc structure on the lower side of the bottom sealing strip, and the sealing performance is improved;
the central sealing structure comprises a central sealing strip arranged on one side of the top cover side beam, an L-shaped bent edge is arranged at the upper end of the central sealing strip, the middle of the central sealing strip is an irregular semi-circular structure with a hollow middle part, a convex block is arranged on the upper side of the semi-circular structure, and a groove is formed between one side of the convex block and the L-shaped bent edge.
The arrangement of the L-shaped bent edge can enable the central sealing strip to be better attached to the upper surface of the top cover, and the sealing performance of the upper side of the top cover is improved; the hollow design of the irregular semi-circular arc structure can improve the rebound resilience of the compressed central sealing strip when the central sealing strip is recovered, and improve the sealing performance; the setting of lug and slot can be so that central seal structure avoids the rainwater to be detained in the gap between central sealing strip and one side top cap after two top caps close, leads away the rainwater from the ditch inslot, improves sealed effect.
Optionally, a sealing glue is coated on the plane of the upper side of the bottom sealing strip.
The bottom sealing strip is fixed below the side beam of the top cover through the sealing glue, and the installation is simple and convenient.
Optionally, the height of the hollow arc structure on the lower side of the bottom sealing strip is greater than the distance between the roof side rail and the vehicle body upper side rail.
The bottom sealing strip has larger compression deformation amount through the size difference between the height of the hollow arc structure at the lower side of the bottom sealing strip and the distance between the top cover side beam and the vehicle body upper side beam, and the expected sealing effect can still be achieved after the welding deformation of the top cover side beam.

In the present embodiment, the height of the hollow arc structure on the lower side of the bottom weather strip 3 is greater than the distance between the roof side rail and the body side rail.

Claims (10)
1. A head cover sealing device for a railway wagon, the device comprising:
the bottom sealing structure comprises a bottom sealing strip arranged below the top cover side beam, the upper side of the bottom sealing strip is arranged to be a plane, the lower side of the bottom sealing strip is arranged to be a hollow circular arc structure, and rivet holes are formed in the bottom sealing strip and the top cover side beam;
the central sealing structure comprises a central sealing strip arranged on one side of the top cover side beam, an L-shaped bent edge is arranged at the upper end of the central sealing strip, the middle of the central sealing strip is an irregular semi-circular structure with a hollow middle part, a convex block is arranged on the upper side of the semi-circular structure, and a groove is formed between one side of the convex block and the L-shaped bent edge.
2. A roof seal assembly for a railway wagon as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing compound is applied to the flat surface of the upper side of the bottom sealing strip.

6. The head cover sealing device for a railway wagon of claim 1, wherein the center seal strip is provided with screw holes at both upper and lower ends thereof, and the center seal strip is fixed to one side of the side member of the head cover by a fastening member.
7. A roof seal arrangement according to claim 6, wherein a bead of sealant is provided between the fastener and the central sealant.
8. A head cover sealing device for a railway wagon as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper surface of the projection is higher than an upper surface of the head cover.
9. A roof sealing device for a railway wagon as claimed in claim 8, wherein the protrusion is provided with a circular arc on one side, and the circular arc is matched with the roof fillet.
10. A roof seal assembly for a railway wagon as claimed in claim 1, wherein the height of the irregular semi-circular arc structure in the middle of the central seal strip is greater than the gap between the two roof covers when closed.
