Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle spontaneous combustion early warning system, which comprises a control unit, a temperature detection unit, a GPS module, a gravity sensor, a display, an alarm, an electromagnetic power switch and a vehicle storage battery, wherein the control unit is used for controlling the temperature of the vehicle storage battery; the control unit is respectively connected with the temperature detection unit, the GPS module, the gravity sensor, the display, the alarm and the electromagnetic power switch, and the electromagnetic power switch is connected with a vehicle storage battery; the temperature detection unit comprises a plurality of temperature measurement cables which are respectively arranged in an instrument desk, an engine and an oil pipe area, and the temperature measurement cables are respectively wound and bound along a main wiring harness of the instrument desk, a main wiring harness of the engine and the oil pipe. The invention can monitor the temperature of the vehicle in real time and can automatically warn when the temperature is abnormal.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a vehicle spontaneous combustion early warning system and an early warning method, and belongs to the technical field of automobile electric appliances.
Background
With the development of social economy and the improvement of the living standard of people, the automobile has higher and higher use popularization rate and develops towards modularization, high integration and intellectualization. With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the number of automobile spontaneous combustion is also continuously increased. The vehicle self-ignition is generally caused by the reasons of electric circuits, oil passages or foreign matters, and the like, wherein the electric circuits and the oil passages are main reasons. The key point of the method is to grasp the ignition time point, and if the ignition time point can be effectively controlled before the vehicle is spontaneously ignited or the fire spreads, the casualties and the damage of the vehicle to passengers can be greatly reduced, and the purpose of effectively preventing the vehicle from spontaneously combusting is achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a vehicle spontaneous combustion early warning system which can monitor the temperature of a vehicle in real time and can automatically early warn when the temperature is abnormal. The invention also provides a vehicle spontaneous combustion early warning method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the vehicle spontaneous combustion early warning system comprises a control unit, a temperature detection unit, a GPS module, a gravity sensor, a display, an alarm, an electromagnetic power switch and a vehicle storage battery, wherein the control unit is used for controlling the temperature of the vehicle;
the control unit is respectively connected with the temperature detection unit, the GPS module, the gravity sensor, the display, the alarm and the electromagnetic power switch, and the electromagnetic power switch is connected with a vehicle storage battery;
the temperature detection unit comprises a plurality of temperature measurement cables which are respectively arranged in an instrument desk, an engine and an oil pipe area, and the temperature measurement cables are respectively wound and bound along a main wiring harness of the instrument desk, a main wiring harness of the engine and the oil pipe.
Preferably, the control unit comprises an MCU; the MCU is respectively coupled with each temperature measuring cable, and is used for receiving the temperature from each temperature measuring point and comparing the temperature with the stored preset temperature parameters.
Preferably, the GPS module is mounted on the vehicle and configured to collect vehicle speed information and detect whether the vehicle is in a driving state.
Preferably, the gravity sensor is arranged below the main driver seat, the auxiliary driver seat and the sleeping berth cover and is stuck and fixed on the foaming cushion.

1) When the temperature measuring point of the temperature measuring cable detects that the temperature is abnormal, an automatic power-off program is entered, the control unit receives a vehicle speed signal fed back by the GPS module and detects whether the vehicle is in a running state, if the detected vehicle speed value is zero, the control unit combines feedback information of the gravity sensor to detect whether a person exists in the vehicle or not, if the person exists in the vehicle, the control unit executes a countdown power-off program for 5 seconds, the display displays a countdown numerical value and is accompanied with light flicker of an alarm and voice alarm, and if the person does not exist in the vehicle, the power-off program is executed and a remote alarm notification is sent to a vehicle owner through the GMS module;
2) If the detected vehicle speed value is not zero, the vehicle is in running, the alarm prompts the driver to decelerate and stop while the vehicle is running through voice, a countdown power-off program for 5 seconds is entered when the vehicle speed is reduced to zero, the display displays a countdown numerical value and is accompanied with light flashing and voice alarm, the countdown is finished, the power-off of the whole vehicle is executed, and otherwise, the vehicle speed signal is continuously detected.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the temperature measuring cable is used as a temperature detecting element of the early warning system and is arranged in a winding and binding mode, so that the temperature condition of an area with high fire point can be monitored in real time timely and accurately.
2. The invention can detect whether a vehicle is occupied or not by people by utilizing the gravity sensors arranged on the main driving seat, the auxiliary driving seat and the sleeping berth, and execute corresponding alarming and power-off programs, so that a vehicle owner can acquire early warning information in time, and the system is ensured to really play an early warning role.
3. The invention utilizes the GPS module to detect the running state of the vehicle, and does not execute a power-off program under the running condition of the vehicle, thereby ensuring the safety of the vehicle and personnel.
4. The invention adopts a double-power supply mode combining the lithium battery and the storage battery, and ensures the normal and stable work of the early warning system.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below. It should be understood, however, that the detailed description herein of specific embodiments is intended to illustrate the invention and not to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a vehicle spontaneous combustion early warning system comprises a control unit, a temperature detection unit, a GPS module, a gravity sensor, a display, an alarm, an electromagnetic power switch, and a vehicle battery;
the control unit is respectively connected with the temperature detection unit, the GPS module, the gravity sensor, the display, the alarm and the electromagnetic power switch, and the electromagnetic power switch is connected with a vehicle storage battery;
the temperature detection unit comprises a plurality of temperature measurement cables 1 which are respectively arranged in an instrument desk, an engine and an oil pipe area, and the instrument desk and the engine area are considered to be fire-point high-emission areas, so that the temperature measurement cables 1 are wound and bound along an instrument desk trunk wiring harness 2, an engine trunk wiring harness 3 and an oil pipe 4 respectively, and the arrangement modes are respectively shown in figures 2, 3 and 4. The instrument desk main wiring harness 2 is generally formed by winding a flannelette adhesive tape 5 in a flower mode, and the temperature measuring cable 1 is arranged on the outer side of the flannelette adhesive tape 5, so that temperature signals can be obtained relatively timely and accurately; the engine trunk wiring harness 3 is generally wrapped and protected by a corrugated pipe 6, certain influence is generated on the measurement of the internal temperature of the wiring harness, and in order to acquire temperature signals timely and accurately, temperature measuring cables 1 are arranged inside and outside the corrugated pipe 6; the temperature measuring cable 1 at the oil pipe 4 is arranged along the outer side of the oil pipe 4. The system monitors the temperature conditions of the areas in real time, and once the areas generate high temperature, high temperature signals are transmitted to the control unit through the data lines. In addition, the adopted temperature measuring cable 1 is FTLD, and other types of products meeting the performance requirements can be adopted.
As a modification of the embodiment, the control unit includes an MCU (model number TTC 200); the MCU is respectively coupled with each temperature measuring cable 1, is used for receiving the temperature from each temperature measuring point on the temperature measuring cable 1, compares the temperature with the stored preset temperature parameters, and decides whether to send out an alarm signal according to the comparison result. Meanwhile, the control unit controls the electromagnetic type power switch to turn off a power supply of the whole vehicle (the power supply comprises a storage battery and a generator power supply output), and the power-off of the whole vehicle is executed.
As improvement of the embodiment, the GPS module is installed on the vehicle and used for collecting vehicle speed information and detecting whether the vehicle is in a running state or not.
As an improvement of the embodiment, the gravity sensors (with the model of cgq-07) are arranged below the main driving seat, the auxiliary driving seat and the sleeping surface cover and are fixedly adhered to the foaming pads, so that the detection of whether the vehicle has personnel can be realized, the control unit decides whether to execute a remote alarm program according to the detection result, and the remote alarm can be realized through the GMS module connected with the control unit.
In addition, as the improvement of the embodiment, the control unit further comprises a dual power supply change-over switch, and the dual power supply change-over switch is respectively connected with the standby lithium battery and the electromagnetic power supply switch. According to the invention, a dual-power supply mode combining a lithium battery and a storage battery is adopted, the control unit monitors the voltage of the storage battery and the loop current in real time, and when the voltage of the storage battery is lower than a preset lower limit or the loop current is higher than a preset upper limit, the control unit cuts off the power supply of the storage battery by controlling the dual-power change-over switch, and simultaneously switches on the lithium battery, so that the normal and stable work of the early warning system is ensured.
Finally, as shown in fig. 4, the invention further provides a vehicle spontaneous combustion early warning method, which comprises the following steps:
1) When a temperature measuring point of the temperature measuring cable 1 detects that the temperature is abnormal, an automatic power-off program is started, the control unit receives a vehicle speed signal fed back by the GPS module and detects whether the vehicle is in a running state or not, if the detected vehicle speed value is zero, the control unit combines feedback information of the gravity sensor to detect whether a person exists in the vehicle or not, if the person exists in the vehicle, the control unit executes a countdown power-off program for 5 seconds, the display displays a countdown numerical value and is accompanied with alarm light flicker and voice alarm, and if the person does not exist in the vehicle, the power-off program is executed and meanwhile a remote alarm notification is sent to a vehicle owner through the GMS module;
2) If the detected vehicle speed value is not zero, the vehicle is in running, the alarm prompts the driver to decelerate and stop while the vehicle is running through voice, a countdown power-off program for 5 seconds is entered when the vehicle speed is reduced to zero, the display displays a countdown numerical value and is accompanied with light flashing and voice alarm, the countdown is finished, the power-off of the whole vehicle is executed, and otherwise, the vehicle speed signal is continuously detected.
The temperature measuring cable is used as a temperature detecting element of the early warning system and is arranged in a winding and binding mode, so that the temperature condition of the high-fire-point fire-emitting area can be timely and accurately monitored in real time.

the control unit is respectively connected with the temperature detection unit, the GPS module, the gravity sensor, the display, the alarm and the electromagnetic power switch, and the electromagnetic power switch is connected with a vehicle storage battery;
the temperature detection unit comprises a plurality of temperature measurement cables (1) which are respectively arranged in an instrument desk, an engine and an oil pipe area, and the temperature measurement cables (1) are respectively wound and bound along a main wiring harness (2) of the instrument desk, a main wiring harness (3) of the engine and an oil pipe (4);
the vehicle spontaneous combustion early warning method comprises the following steps:
1) When the temperature measuring point of the temperature measuring cable (1) detects that the temperature is abnormal, an automatic power-off program is entered, the control unit receives a vehicle speed signal fed back by the GPS module and detects whether the vehicle is in a running state, if the detected vehicle speed value is zero, the control unit detects whether a person exists in the vehicle or not by combining with information fed back by the gravity sensor, if the person exists in the vehicle, the control unit executes a countdown power-off program for 5 seconds, the display displays a countdown numerical value and is accompanied with alarm light flashing and voice alarm, and if the person does not exist in the vehicle, the power-off program is executed and a remote alarm notice is sent to a vehicle owner through the GMS module;
