Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, the present invention proposes an ink cartridge and a printer.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides an ink cartridge detachably mountable to a printer main body, the ink cartridge comprising: the anti-reversion device comprises a body, a rotating wheel, an anti-reversion mechanism and a pushing piece, wherein the rotating wheel and the pushing piece are respectively and rotatably arranged on the body, the anti-reversion mechanism is fixed on the body and used for preventing the rotating wheel from reversing, a plurality of first lugs and second lugs are alternately arranged on the periphery of the rotating wheel at intervals, the first lugs are used for being matched with a hook piece of a printer host, a slide way is arranged on the body, and the slide way is used for guiding the hook piece to move relative to the body along a preset direction;
when the ink box is installed, the pushing piece is pushed by the hook piece to abut against the first lug or the second lug so that the rotating wheel rotates relative to the body, the corresponding first lug is aligned to the hook piece, and the rotating wheel enters a locking state;
when the ink box is disassembled, the pushing piece is abutted against the first lug or the second lug under the pushing action of the hook piece, so that the rotating wheel rotates relative to the body, the corresponding second lug is oppositely positioned on the hook piece, and the rotating wheel is changed from a locking state to an unlocking state.
In this embodiment, the ink cartridge further includes a first pivot fixed to the body, and the pushing member is rotatably mounted on the first pivot.
In this scheme, the ejector part includes first rotor arm, second rotor arm and second pivot, first rotor arm pivot in on the first pivot, first rotor arm by first pivot is cut apart into two sections, and first section is used for accepting hook spare, and the spout has been seted up to the second section, second pivot movably installs in the spout, the one end fixed connection of second rotor arm in the second pivot, the other end of second rotor arm is used for the butt first lug or the second lug.
In this scheme, the ink cartridge further comprises a first return spring, one end of the first return spring is fixed on the body, and the other end of the first return spring abuts against the first rotating arm so as to provide restoring force for resetting the pushing member.
In this scheme, the ink horn still includes first spacing post, first spacing post fixed set up in on the body is used for keeping off and establishes first rotation arm to it is spacing the turned angle of first rotation arm.

In this scheme, the anti-reverse mechanism includes a stop member and a second return spring, a plurality of stop grooves are formed in the inner side of the rotating wheel, each stop groove corresponds to a corresponding first bump or second bump, the stop member can stop against the corresponding stop groove to stop the rotating wheel from reversing, and the second return spring elastically supports against the stop member to provide a restoring force for the return of the stop member.
In the scheme, along the rotating direction of the rotating wheel, the front surface of the first bump is concave or is arranged along the radial direction of the rotating wheel and is used for hooking the hook piece; the back surface of the first bump is concave or arranged along the radial direction of the rotating wheel and is used for abutting against the pushing piece;

In the scheme, the ink box also comprises an elastic piece, the elastic piece is elastically abutted against the printer host, and the elasticity of the elastic piece provides power for the ink box to automatically separate from the printer host; and/or
The body is provided with a butting part which is used for butting against a spring on the printer host and enabling the spring to generate elastic restoring force, and the elastic restoring force of the spring provides power for the ink box to automatically depart from the printer host.
The invention also provides a printer, which comprises a printer host and the ink box, wherein the ink box is detachably arranged on the printer host.
The ink box of the invention realizes the process of dismounting the ink box by arranging the rotating wheel, the anti-reversion mechanism and the pushing piece on the ink box body and mutually matching with the hook piece of the printer host. The ink box is simple in disassembly and assembly structure principle and easy to operate, so that the disassembly and assembly difficulty of the ink box is reduced; meanwhile, the dismounting structure occupies a small space, and is beneficial to the miniaturization and compact design of the ink box and the printer.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. As shown in fig. 1, a first aspect of the present invention provides an ink cartridge 100, the ink cartridge 100 being detachably mounted on a printer host, the ink cartridge 100 comprising: the anti-reversion device comprises a body 10, a rotating wheel 20, an anti-reversion mechanism 30 and a pushing piece 40, wherein the rotating wheel 20 and the pushing piece 40 are respectively and rotatably arranged on the body 10, the anti-reversion mechanism 30 is fixed on the body 10 and used for preventing the rotating wheel 20 from reversing, a plurality of first lugs 21 and second lugs 22 are alternately arranged on the periphery of the rotating wheel 20 at intervals, the first lugs 21 are used for being matched with a hook piece 200 of a printer host, a slide rail 11 is arranged on the body 10, and the slide rail 11 is used for guiding the hook piece 200 to move relative to the body 10 along a preset direction;
when the ink cartridge 100 is mounted, the pushing member 40 abuts against the first protrusion 21 or the second protrusion 22 under the pushing action of the hook member 200, so that the rotating wheel 20 rotates relative to the body 10, the corresponding first protrusion 21 is aligned with the hook member 200, and the rotating wheel 20 enters a locking state;
when the ink cartridge 100 is disassembled, the pushing member 40 abuts against the first protrusion 21 or the second protrusion 22 under the pushing action of the hook member 200, so that the rotating wheel 20 rotates relative to the body 10, the corresponding second protrusion 22 is aligned with the hook member 200, and the rotating wheel 20 is changed from the locking state to the unlocking state.
It can be understood that when the rotating wheel 20 is in the locking state, the first protrusion 21 of the rotating wheel 20 can be in locking engagement with the hook member 200, so that the ink cartridge 100 is installed in the printer host; when the rotating wheel 20 is changed from the locked state to the unlocked state, the second protrusion 22 of the rotating wheel 20 cannot be locked and engaged with the hook member 200, and at this time, the ink cartridge 100 can be detached from the printer host.
Further, the ink cartridge 100 further includes a first pivot 50, the first pivot 50 is fixed to the main body 10, and the pushing member 40 is rotatably mounted on the first pivot 50. Preferably, the first pivot 50 is cylindrical.
Specifically, the pushing member 40 includes a first rotating arm 41, a second rotating arm 42 and a second pivot 43, the first rotating arm 41 pivots on the first pivot 50, the first rotating arm 41 is divided into two sections by the first pivot 50, the first section is used for receiving the hook member 200, the second section is provided with a chute 44, the second pivot 43 is movably mounted in the chute 44, one end of the second rotating arm 42 is fixedly connected to the second pivot 43, and the other end of the second rotating arm 42 is used for abutting against the first bump 21 or the second bump 22.
It is understood that the second pivot 43 may move along the length direction of the slide groove 44 in the slide groove 44, or may rotate. Preferably, the second pivot 43 is cylindrical, the sliding slot 44 is rectangular, and the diameter of the second pivot 43 is matched with the width of the rectangle.
Further, the ink cartridge 100 further includes a first return spring 60, one end of the first return spring 60 is fixed on the body 10, and the other end of the first return spring abuts against the first rotation arm 41 to provide a restoring force for returning the pushing member 40. It can be understood that by providing the first return spring 60, when the hook member 200 releases the abutting force against the pushing member 40, the first return spring 60 can make the pushing member 40 reset in time, so as to prepare for initialization of the next assembly and disassembly work of the ink cartridge 100.
Further, the ink cartridge 100 further includes a first limiting post 70, and the first limiting post 70 is fixedly disposed on the body 10 and is used for blocking the first rotating arm 41 to limit the rotating angle of the first rotating arm 41.
Further, the ink cartridge 100 further includes a second limiting post 80 and a third limiting post 90 fixed on the body 10, wherein the second limiting post 80 and the third limiting post 90 are respectively located at two sides of the second rotating arm 42 for limiting the second rotating arm 42.
It can be understood that the first position-limiting column 70, the second position-limiting column 80 and the third position-limiting column 90 are provided to effectively limit the movable range of the first rotating arm 41 and the second rotating arm 42, thereby further ensuring the stability of the operation of attaching and detaching the ink cartridge 100.
As shown in fig. 2, the anti-reverse rotation mechanism 30 includes a stop member 31 and a second return spring 32, a plurality of stop grooves 23 are formed in the inner side of the rotating wheel 20, each stop groove 23 corresponds to a corresponding first protrusion 21 or second protrusion 22, the stop member 31 can stop against the corresponding stop groove 23 to stop the rotating wheel 20 from reversing, and the second return spring 32 elastically abuts against the stop member 31 to provide a restoring force for returning the stop member 31. In the present embodiment, the number of the plurality of stopper grooves 23 is equal to the sum of the number of the plurality of first protrusions 21 and the number of the plurality of second protrusions 22.
Further, along the rotating direction of the rotating wheel 20, the front surface of the first bump 21 is concave or arranged along the radial direction of the rotating wheel 20, and is used for hooking the hook member 200; the back surface of the first bump 21 is concave or arranged along the radial direction of the rotating wheel 20 and is used for abutting against the pushing piece 40;
along the rotating direction of the rotating wheel 20, the front surface of the second protrusion 22 is convex or is inclined towards the opposite direction of the rotating wheel 20, so that the hook member 200 can be conveniently separated from the rotating wheel 20; the back surface of the second projection 22 is concave or arranged along the radial direction of the rotating wheel 20, and is used for abutting against the pushing piece 40.
Further, an ink chamber (not shown) is provided in the body 10, and the ink chamber is used for storing ink; the ink box also comprises an ink interface fixed on the body, and the ink interface is communicated with the ink cavity and is used for supplying the ink in the ink cavity to the printer host.
Further, the ink cartridge 100 further includes an elastic member (not shown), the elastic member elastically abuts against the printer host, and the elastic force of the elastic member provides power for the ink cartridge to automatically come out of the printer host; and/or
The body 10 is provided with a butting part (not shown) which is used for butting against a spring on the printer host and enabling the spring to generate elastic restoring force, and the elastic restoring force of the spring provides power for the ink box to automatically come out of the printer host.
Further, the free end of the hook member 200 is provided with an engaging portion (not shown) which extends into the slide 11 and moves along the slide 11.
Fig. 3 to 6 show the state of attachment and detachment of the ink cartridge of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, during installation, the engaging portion abuts against the first rotating arm 41 and drives the rotating wheel 20 to rotate through the first rotating arm 42, when the rotating wheel rotates by a preset angle, the stopping member 31 of the anti-reverse mechanism 30 stops against the corresponding stopping groove 23 of the rotating wheel 20 to prevent the rotating wheel 20 from rotating, and at this time, the engaging portion just hangs on the first protrusion 21 of the rotating wheel 20, thereby completing the installation process of the ink cartridge 100.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, during detachment, the engaging portion abuts against the first rotating arm 41 and drives the rotating wheel 20 to rotate through the first rotating arm 42, when the rotating wheel rotates by a predetermined angle, the stopping member 31 of the anti-reverse mechanism 30 stops against the corresponding stopping groove 23 of the rotating wheel 20 to prevent the rotating wheel 20 from rotating, at this time, the engaging portion is located on the second protrusion 22 of the rotating wheel 20, but because the front surface of the second protrusion 22 is convex or inclined toward the opposite direction of the rotation of the rotating wheel 20, the engaging portion cannot be locked with the second protrusion 22, and the engaging portion will automatically slide away from the rotating wheel 20 along the front surface of the second protrusion 22, thereby completing the detachment process of the ink cartridge 100.
The second aspect of the present invention also provides a printer including a printer main body and an ink cartridge detachably mounted on the printer main body, the ink cartridge including: the anti-reversion device comprises a body, a rotating wheel, an anti-reversion mechanism and a pushing piece, wherein the rotating wheel and the pushing piece are respectively and rotatably arranged on the body, the anti-reversion mechanism is fixed on the body and used for preventing the rotating wheel from reversing, a plurality of first lugs and second lugs are alternately arranged on the periphery of the rotating wheel at intervals, the first lugs are used for being matched with a hook piece of a printer host, a slide way is arranged on the body, and the slide way is used for guiding the hook piece to move relative to the body along a preset direction;
when the ink box is installed, the pushing piece is pushed by the hook piece to abut against the first lug or the second lug so that the rotating wheel rotates relative to the body, the corresponding first lug is aligned to the hook piece, and the rotating wheel enters a locking state;
when the ink box is disassembled, the pushing piece is abutted against the first lug or the second lug under the pushing action of the hook piece, so that the rotating wheel rotates relative to the body, the corresponding second lug is oppositely positioned on the hook piece, and the rotating wheel is changed from a locking state to an unlocking state.
Furthermore, the ink cartridge further comprises a first pivot fixed on the body, and the pushing member is rotatably mounted on the first pivot.
Further, the pushing piece comprises a first rotating arm, a second rotating arm and a second pivot, the first rotating arm pivots on the first pivot, the first rotating arm is divided into two sections by the first pivot, the first section is used for bearing the hook piece, the second section is provided with a chute, the second pivot is movably arranged in the chute, one end of the second rotating arm is fixedly connected to the second pivot, and the other end of the second rotating arm is used for abutting against the first lug or the second lug.
Furthermore, the ink box also comprises a first return spring, one end of the first return spring is fixed on the body, and the other end of the first return spring abuts against the first rotating arm so as to provide restoring force for the return of the pushing piece.
Furthermore, the ink box further comprises a first limiting column, wherein the first limiting column is fixedly arranged on the body and used for blocking the first rotating arm so as to limit the rotating angle of the first rotating arm.
Furthermore, the ink box further comprises a second limiting column and a third limiting column which are fixed on the body, wherein the second limiting column and the third limiting column are respectively located on two sides of the second rotating arm and used for limiting the second rotating arm.
Furthermore, the anti-reverse mechanism comprises a stop member and a second return spring, a plurality of stop grooves are formed in the inner side of the rotating wheel, each stop groove corresponds to the corresponding first lug or second lug respectively, the stop member can abut against the corresponding stop groove to stop the rotating wheel from reversing, and the second return spring elastically abuts against the stop member to provide restoring force for the return of the stop member.
