Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，包括主体，主体的内部固定安装有布层，布层的顶部和底部均固定覆盖有防水层，防水层的外端覆盖有防腐蚀层，防腐蚀层的外端覆盖有PVC层，主体的两端均固定连接有连接辊，连接辊的两端均固定连接有连接轴，连接轴的中央开有螺纹孔，连接轴的一端连接有卡轴，卡轴的外端套接有耐磨层。本发明通过在布层的两面覆盖由PTFE薄膜材料制作而成的防水层，利用PTFE薄膜材料的特性增强本发明的防水性能，通过设置由有机硅改性聚氨酯材料制作而成的防腐蚀层可增强本发明的防腐蚀性能，从而防止本发明因酸雨或碱雨的侵蚀，从而延长本发明的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蓬盖布，特别涉及一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布。
背景技术
众所周知，在日常生活中，为防止物品遭受雨淋，人们一般会使用蓬盖布并将其覆盖在物品上，起到遮挡的作用，但是目前市场上所使用的蓬盖布在使用的过程中，由于没有针对酸雨或者碱雨进行强化，使得蓬盖布因酸雨或碱雨的侵蚀而导致蓬盖布破损，实用性不强，因此需要针对这一问题设计一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，增强本发明防水性能和防腐蚀性能，延长本发明的使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
本发明一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，包括主体，所述主体的内部固定安装有布层，所述布层的顶部和底部均固定覆盖有防水层，所述防水层的外端覆盖有防腐蚀层，所述防腐蚀层的外端覆盖有PVC层，所述主体的两端均固定连接有连接辊，所述连接辊的两端均固定连接有连接轴，所述连接轴的中央开有螺纹孔，所述连接轴的一端连接有卡轴，所述卡轴的外端套接有耐磨层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述防水层主要是由PTFE薄膜材料制作而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述防腐蚀层主要是由有机硅改性聚氨酯材料制作而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述PVC层主要是由PVC树脂材料制作而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述耐磨层主要是由耐磨树脂材料制作而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述主体和连接轴通过连接辊固定连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明通过在布层的两面覆盖由PTFE薄膜材料制作而成的防水层，利用PTFE薄膜材料的特性增强本发明的防水性能，通过设置由有机硅改性聚氨酯材料制作而成的防腐蚀层可增强本发明的防腐蚀性能，从而防止本发明因酸雨或碱雨的侵蚀，从而延长本发明的使用寿命。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1所示，本发明提供一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，包括主体1，主体1的内部固定安装有布层2，布层2的顶部和底部均固定覆盖有防水层3，防水层3的外端覆盖有防腐蚀层4，防腐蚀层4的外端覆盖有PVC层5，主体1的两端均固定连接有连接辊6，连接辊6的两端均固定连接有连接轴7，连接轴7的中央开有螺纹孔8，连接轴7的一端连接有卡轴9，卡轴9的外端套接有耐磨层10。
进一步的，防水层3主要是由PTFE薄膜材料制作而成,PTFE膜材料是以聚四氟乙烯为原料，经过压延、挤出、双向拉伸等方法制成的微孔性薄膜，该膜表面每平方厘米能达到十多亿个微孔，这些微孔可使水蒸气通过，而水滴不能通过，从而可利用这种薄膜达到优秀的防水透湿功能，因此使用PTFE薄膜制成的防水层可增强本发明的防水性能。
防腐蚀层4主要是由有机硅改性聚氨酯材料制作而成，有机硅改性聚氨酯材料有着良好的电绝缘性、阻燃性和耐气候性，且其具有十分理想的物理与化学惰性，无毒害，不污染生态环境，因此使用有机硅改性聚氨酯材料制作而成的防腐蚀层4可利用自身的化学惰性不与雨水中的化学物质发生反应，从而有效阻止了腐蚀的发生，同时有机硅改性聚氨酯材料具有良好的易成膜性，因此防腐蚀层4可更好的覆盖在本发明的表面，有机硅本身具有憎水性，因此使用有机硅将聚氨酯材料改性后制成防腐蚀层4可防止雨水沾附。
PVC层5主要是由PVC树脂材料制作而成，PVC树脂材料是一种硬而脆的材料，其具有良好的物理和化学性能，因此广泛适用于工业、建筑、农业、日用生活、包装、电力、公用事业等领域。
耐磨层10主要是由耐磨树脂材料制作而成，耐磨树脂材料本身十分耐磨，因此使用耐磨树脂材料制作而成耐磨层10可有效防止卡轴9磨损，从而延长本发明的使用寿命。
主体1和连接轴7通过连接辊6固定连接，使用者可通过将连接轴7一段的卡轴9安装，从而是本发明可与承重部件固定连接，并通过在螺纹孔8内钉入螺纹钉使本发明安装完成。

1.一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，包括主体(1)，其特征在于，所述主体(1)的内部固定安装有布层(2)，所述布层(2)的顶部和底部均固定覆盖有防水层(3)，所述防水层(3)的外端覆盖有防腐蚀层(4)，所述防腐蚀层(4)的外端覆盖有PVC层(5)，所述主体(1)的两端均固定连接有连接辊(6)，所述连接辊(6)的两端均固定连接有连接轴(7)，所述连接轴(7)的中央开有螺纹孔(8)，所述连接轴(7)的一端连接有卡轴(9)，所述卡轴(9)的外端套接有耐磨层(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，其特征在于，所述防水层(3)主要是由PTFE薄膜材料制作而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，其特征在于，所述防腐蚀层(4)主要是由有机硅改性聚氨酯材料制作而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，其特征在于，所述PVC层(5)主要是由PVC树脂材料制作而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，其特征在于，所述耐磨层(10)主要是由耐磨树脂材料制作而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐雨蚀PVC蓬盖布，其特征在于，所述主体(1)和连接轴(7)通过连接辊(6)固定连接。
