The invention discloses a preparation method of an insert type integrated hot-press forming non-woven fabric, which comprises 5 steps of selecting the non-woven fabric, heating the non-woven fabric, carrying out pressure forming on the non-woven fabric, adding a skeleton insert and positioning the insert; non-woven fabrics made of PET materials with the mass percentage of 100 percent are adopted; carrying out contact heating on the non-woven fabric by adopting two hot aluminum plates, wherein the temperature of the hot aluminum plates reaches 100-160 ℃ after heating; placing the non-woven fabric subjected to the heating step on a forming die, and then pressing and forming the non-woven fabric; firstly, placing the skeleton insert on a pre-made mould, and then sleeving the non-woven fabric product subjected to pressure forming on the mould added with the skeleton insert; and (3) positioning the non-woven fabric and the inserts by using a heat sealing process, and performing heat sealing on a plurality of insert bosses at one time. The invention is a preparation method of the insert type integrated hot-press forming non-woven fabric with low cost, simple and convenient manufacturing process and better forming effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation methods of insert type non-woven fabrics, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an insert type integrated hot press molding non-woven fabric.
Background
Nonwoven fabrics, also known as nonwovens, are composed of oriented or random fibers, usually polypropylene, which are produced as a nonwoven fabric by air-laying or mechanically laying the fibers directly from polymer chips, staple fibers or filaments, hydroentangling, needling or hot-rolling, and finishing. The non-woven fabric is a novel fiber product with soft, air-permeable and plane structure, and has the advantages of no generation of fiber scraps, toughness, durability, silky softness, cotton feeling and reinforcement.
When the non-woven fabric is used as a reinforcing material, the non-woven fabric is usually made into an insert non-woven fabric, the insert non-woven fabric in the prior art is all made by sewing steel wires into the non-woven fabric, and the preparation method of the insert non-woven fabric in the prior art comprises the following steps: firstly, cutting the shape of the non-woven fabric, secondly, sewing the non-woven fabric at the position with the shape, then cutting the steel wire, inserting the cut steel wire into the non-woven fabric after sewing, and finally forming the shape of the insert non-woven fabric by the steel wire, but the insert non-woven fabric in the prior art has a plurality of defects: firstly, the process is more complicated, the non-woven fabric needs to be subjected to the sewing process, secondly, the forming effect of adopting the steel wire for forming is not ideal, and the insert material used in the manufacturing process of the insert non-woven fabric in the prior art is more, so that the cost of the insert non-woven fabric is higher. (1) selecting non-woven fabrics: non-woven fabrics made of PET materials with the mass percentage of 100 percent are adopted;
(2) heating non-woven fabrics: two hot aluminum plates are adopted to heat the non-woven fabric in a contact way, the temperature of the hot aluminum plates for heating the non-woven fabric is controlled by a contact thermocouple, and the temperature of the hot aluminum plates reaches 100-160 ℃ after being heated;
(3) non-woven fabric pressure forming: placing the non-woven fabric subjected to the heating step on a forming die, and then pressing and forming the non-woven fabric;
(4) adding a skeleton insert: firstly, placing the skeleton insert on a pre-made mould, and then sleeving the non-woven fabric product subjected to pressure forming on the mould added with the skeleton insert;
(5) positioning the insert: and (3) positioning the non-woven fabric and the inserts by using a heat sealing process, and performing heat sealing on a plurality of insert bosses at one time.
Preferably, in the step (1), the low-melting-point PET in the non-woven fabric component accounts for 40-50% of the mass percent of all PET materials.
Preferably, in the step (2), the non-woven fabric is heated by contact heating with two aluminum plates by a specific operation method comprising: the non-woven fabric is placed between the two hot aluminum plates, the surfaces of the two hot aluminum plates carry out contact heating on the non-woven fabric, and the heat source of the hot aluminum plates is an electric heating pipe.
Preferably, in the step (3), the nonwoven fabric is subjected to pressure molding under a pressure of 500kg to 5000kg and a pressure-holding time per pressure molding is 15s to 30 s.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects or benefits: the forming effect of the integrated hot-press formed non-woven fabric prepared by the preparation method of the insert integrated hot-press formed non-woven fabric is better than that of the non-woven fabric sewn in the position with the shape in the prior art, and the insert material used by the integrated hot-press formed non-woven fabric prepared by the preparation method of the insert integrated hot-press formed non-woven fabric is less than that used by the existing hot-press formed non-woven fabric in the prior art, so that the cost of the manufactured insert integrated non-woven fabric is lower.
