According to the invention, the nut cap is in threaded connection with the top end of the hydraulic rod II, so that when the detection rod is pressed on the plate workpiece, the deformation amount caused by the bending resistance reaction force borne by the nut cap is nearly zero, so that the position precision represented by the thickness of the plate workpiece is improved, and meanwhile, the control effect of the bending resistance deformation amount can be further improved through the variable cross section arrangement of the detection rod.
